Similarly, if you have not registered your new IC Members (inducted into the IC) with the T-SHe Box yet, please do so at the earliest.  In addition, if you have a new PoSH External Member, please register the person with the T-SHe Box. Answer: Yes. The SHOR App, and the SHOR website (www.shorapp.in) provide for uploading the IC-AR through a Circular dated 14 November 2019. Even though this Circular only mentions the IC-AR for the Calendar year 2019 and the last date for filing 31 January, it should mean the upcoming Calendar years.  It also has the provision for registering the organization and uploading the relevant details of the PoSH Committee Members. As per t he PoSH Act , 2013, ever y locat ion wit h G10etoTr omKonroeweUms p loy eeOs umr uOsftf ehrainvges  o wnSICurveys  Resources  Contact Us it s and file the IC-AR individually.  Rainmaker Training Recommends: If this is not practical and even if you have regional IC/zonal IC, we would still recommend filing IC-AR in every location where there are more than 10 employees to comply with the local requirements.  Rainmaker Training Recommends: Given these different acceptance patterns, it is highly advisable not to take any chances, play it safe, and submit the Annual Reports by 31 January of every year, unless a date to the contrary is provided. The IC/Employer should submit the physical copies of the Reports to the District Collector’s Office of every location. An acknowledgement should be taken on a duplicate copy. It is better to submit the physical copy by hand though many organizations send it by registered post.
