Talentiir enables scale-up and growth stage companies to hire the best talent. We offer 3 tiir levels of service, and modular plug and play services. We provide custom solutions to enable you to scale, and at high volume.

Tiir 2 Our Tiir 2 Embedded Talent Service is designed to provide high impact and fast turn-around recruiting. We deploy specialist Talent consultants, who report through to a Talentiir Account Manager, to work within your environment, either physical or virtual usually working under your branding.

Tiir 2 - Embedded Talent Service Our Tiir 2 service can be used in two ways; To augment your own talent team in order to meet peak demand at critical times in your recruiting cycle To create your own talent team where none currently exists, in either case our Tiir 2 service provides a wider reach, faster candidate access and a clear cost benefit analysis compared to internal talent teams Key features of our Tiir 2 Service: Service Level Agreement At the outset of an assignment, we agree a Service Level Agreement quantifying the volume of hires being targeted over clear timelines. We will establish the operational metrics of the programme which can include the targeted number of candidates to be identified, the number of candidates screened by our talent Consultants and the number interviews to be conducted by your hiring authorities and the ratio of interviews to placements Pricing Each client project we undertake is unique, however we base our terms on a standard pricing model (see below) which gives clarity of spend and enables our client’s finance teams to easily establish a cost benefit analysis. On rare occasions we may need to vary our terms subject to the nature of specific assignments. Flexibility Our TIIR 2 service is based on an initial minimum term of 3 months but it is flexible, it can be ramped up or switched off and then re-engaged at short notice giving you the ability to react to changes in hiring demand.

Service Structure Our Talent Consultants are experienced and specialised, they are trained by Talentiir in advanced recruiting methodologies and are familiar with current recruiting technology systems We use a multi-channel approach to gain the widest reach on behalf of our clients Direct Search: Our Talent Consultants have full access to the Talentiir CRM system and research capabilities. Our CRM system has been developed over the past [8] years and is continuosly updated by our own team of researchers and consultants Targetted on-line advertising: Our market knowledge gives us the expertise to write the most impactful advertising copy and to place adverts on the most appropriate sites Social Reach: Our position in the market enables us to generate significant applicant traffic through a targeted social media campaign reaching out with impactful messaging in order to develop a growing potential candidate community for our clients Client Data Subject to compliance with relevant national data protection legislation we develop a dedicated database of all relevant people identified through our recruiting activities. This database can be integrated into our client’s internal talent systems and used in an ongoing way to create a referral network which will progressively improve the accuracy of search activity and reduce timescales Management Information A key element of our Tiir 2 service is the data analytics we are able to produce. A Tiir 2 service can be run on our own systems or where they exist on our client’s systems We will implement a data analytics system that will break down all activity to record; All candidates identified against each role worked The ratio of approaches to interview and interview – broken down by Talentiir Consultant and client hiring authority – to placement ratio In the event of offer rejection, the reasoning will be recorded The source of each candidate entered onto the system will be recorded so that we can analyse the effectiveness and cost of each recruiting channel
