We actively recruit Paraplanners throughout the UK and make regular appearances in the 'Professional Paraplanner\" Magazine. We have an extensive network of suitability quali ed, experienced and adaptable candidates, and will do our utmost to ensure they can t straight into your business. For us to match you with a Paraplanner that will t seamlessly into your business, we will work closely with you to obtain a thorough understanding of your company structure and a bespoke and detailed pro le will be prepared. This entails knowing the systems used, identifying the exact role and duties that will be undertaken and obtaining a clear understanding of career progression opportunities. We will also discuss the following: - Quali cations: What modules have been taken, what is being studied, are they working towards becoming chartered? - Platforms used and Software: CRM, Research Software and Cash ow Modelling tools used. - Business set up and skillset: Areas of advice covered, strongest skillset, business mix and current working set up (1-1, POD system or pooled). - Clients: What your typical client looks like, in terms of wealth, interaction and relationship with those clients and advice required.

We assess our candidates thoroughly, ensuring that they are quali ed, hold CAS and hold an up to date SPS certi cate. We are transparent and will make you aware should they have any industry debt, upheld complaints, internal breaches and any lender panel restrictions. You will not nd that advisor you are looking for on a job board, trust us... we know!

An Experienced Administrator is paramount to achieving an e cient, streamlined and successful business. Administrators are at the forefront of any company, proactively developing and maintaining e ective relationships with clients, colleagues and 3rd party rms. Administrators are often the rst point of contact, able to deal with all client servicing, new business queries whilst also providing support to advisers and operational colleagues. To ensure our Administrators can hit the ground running, we want to ensure our candidates are tailored to be the perfect t. When presenting our Administrators to you, we will understand how your business operates and the expectations and day to day duties and responsibilities that are expected. We will also take into consideration the following: - Experience: We ensure our Administrators are suitably quali ed, have transferable skills, and have the appropriate experience working within a required nancial planning business. - Systems and Set up: We look at your current setup, CRM systems and platforms used, and consider what training if any will be required.
