ARC Welder SeriesManual Metal Arc Welding , also know as shielded Metal Arc Welding , Flux shielded ArcWelding or informally as stick welding , is a manual arc welding process that uses aconsumable electrode coted in flux to lay the weld . An electrode current , in the form ofeither AC or DC from a welding power supply , is used to from an electric arc between theelectrode and the metal to be joined .Because of versatility of process and simplicity of its equipments and operation , shieldedmetal arc welding is one of the world’s most popular welding processes . The process is usedprimarily to weld and steels (including stainless steel ) but Aluminium , Nickel and CopperAlloys can also be welded with this method .SPECIFICATIONS ARC 200 ARC 250 ARC 315 D ARC 400 MOS/ ARC 500 IJ ARC 630 400 G/400 IJ2Phase Single Three Single & Three Three Three ThreeInput Voltage (Vin) AC 220v ± 15% AC 415v ± 15% AC 220v ± 15% AC 415v ± 15% AC 415v ± 15% AC 415v ± 15% AC 415v& ± 15%Frequency (Hz) 50/60 50/60 50/60 50/60 50/60 50/60Rated Input Power (KVA) 6.6 9.4 13 17.15 23.83 35.89Rated Input Current (Amp) 30 14.3 30 & 15 23.9 33.2 50No-Load Voltage (V) 58 66 73 68 74 85Output Current Range (A) 20-200 20-250 30-250 & 30-315 40-400 40-500 40-460Rated Output Voltage (V) 28 30 30 36 40 44Force Range (A) NA 0-100 NA 0-100 0-100 0-100Duty Cycle (%) 60 60 60 60 60 60No-Load Loss (W) 40 50 60 100 150 150Efficiency (%) 80 85 85 85 85 85Power Factor 0.73 0.93 0.73 & 0.93 0.93 0.93 0.93Insulation Grade FFFFFFHousing Protection IP 21 IP 21 IP 21 IP 21 IP 21 IP 21Grade Electrode Diameter(mm) 2.0 - 3.15 2.0 - 3.15 2.0 - 3.15 2.0 - 4.00 2.0 - 5.00 2.0 - 6.30Weight (kg) 8 17.5 19 27/22/33 30 54Dimension (HxWxL) (mm) 395 x 153 x 301 455 x 202 x 372 480 x 204 x 303 565 x 306 x502 650 x 310 x 640 670 x 320 x 640 515 x 262 x 468 550 x 280 x 545

MIG - MMA Welder SeriesMetal Inert Gas (MIG) welding or Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding , also known as Gas MetalArc welding (GMAV) is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process in which acontinuous and consumable wire electrode and a shielding gas are fed through a weldinggun. A constant voltage , DC power source is most commonly used with MIG/MAG , butconstant current system , as well as AC , can be used .There are four primary method of metaltransfer in MIG/MAG , called globular , short-circuiting , spray , and pulsed-spray , each of whichhas distinct properties and corresponding advantages & limitation .The process became highly used in industry . Today , MIG/MAG is the most commonindustrial welding process , preferred for its versatility , speed and the relative ease ofadapting the process to robotic automation . Unlike welding processes that do not employ ashielding gas , such as MMA , it is rarely used outdoors or in other areas of air volatility . Arelated process , flux cored arc welding , often does not utilize shielding gas , instead employinga hollow electrode wire that is filled with on the inside . TIG / MMA Welder SeriesTungsten Inert Gas (TIG ) welding , also known as Gas Tungsten Arc welding (GTAW) , is anarc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld . Theweld area is protected from atmospheric contamination by a shielding gas (usually an inertgas such as argon) , and a filler is normally used . A constant-current welding power supplyproduces energy which is conducted across the arc through a column of highly ionized gas &metal vapors known as a plasma .GTAW is most commonly used to weld thin sections of stainless steel and non-ferrous metalssuch as aluminum , magnesium and copper alloys . The process grants the operator greatercontrol over the weld than computing processes such shielding metal arc welding & gas metalarc welding , allowing for stronger , higher quality welds . However, GTAW is comparatively morecomplex and difficult to master , and furthermore , it is significantly slower than most otherwelding techniques . A related process , plasma arc welding , uses a slightly differently weldingtorch to create a more focused welding arc & as a result is often automated . Air Plasma Cutter SeriesPlasma Cutting is a process that is used to cut steel and other metals of different thickness(or sometimes other materials ) using a plasma torch . In this process , an inert gas (in someunits , compressed air) is blown at high speed out of a nozzle ; at the same time an electricalarc is formed through that gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut , turning some of thatgas to plasma . The plasma is sufficiently hot to melt the metal being cut and movessufficiently fast to blow molten metal away from the cut .
