Summer is finally here, and as it’s Volunteers Week in June, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank all our valued volunteers and share your stories. A personal message from our CEO, Mark Hanna “I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for your time and commitment to supporting older people. Collectively, you provided 41,186 hours of volunteer support last year which is a significant amount of time and support that older people would not have benefitted from had you not been there. We know how valued you all are by the people you support from the vast amounts of positive feedback we receive. We would not be an effective charity without you and so please accept my sincere thanks for what you have done and for continuing to volunteer for Age UK Hertfordshire”.
