This includes supervision throughout all Festivalvenues, performance & warm up rooms and changing areas/ toilets that may be provided. In the case of injury, medical emergency, fire or any event requiring evacuation of thepremises, the Festival Duty Manager will be called and will take charge. No unauthorised photography, audio or video recording is allowed at our Festival.Where parents/guardians/carers do not wish photos to be taken at all, then the responsibleadult attending should ensure that their child/pupil/vulnerable adult is not included inofficial authorised photos. Some children and vulnerable adults may have specific needs in order to take part. If this isthe case we ask the responsible teachers/parents/guardians/carers to contact the FestivalOrganisers prior to arrival. The Festival actively seeks wherever possible to meet theseneeds, but must know beforehand in order to prepare support or to advise that help cannot beprovided on this occasion. The Festival's Child Protection Policy and approach to Creating Safer Festivals for Everyoneis published explicitly in our syllabus, programme and website.
