An important task of a higher educa onal establishment is to form university students’ na onal consciousness and dignity. In psychological literature, na onal consciousness is a person’s awareness that he is a member of some na onal (ethnic) community and the bearer of na onal (ethnic) va- lues formed in the course of the long historical development of the na onal community, his self-realization as the subject of the na onal reality. The na onal self-consciousness of a par cular individual, as well as the es himself with, have some inherent desire ficonsciousness of other members of the na on, the individual iden for self-expression and self-realiza on of his na onal iden ty and uniqueness, the necessity to take a proper cant contribu on to the development of human fiplace among other na onal communi es and make a signi history. National self-identity of a personality is a phenomenon that should be examined taking into consideration not only the informative component (knowledge of the language, history and culture of the nation), but also value components which, in the structure of consciousness, determine internal factors of actions, and are orienting points in purposeful and meaningful actions of a person. The objective of the research is to find out socio-psychological principles of students’ national consciousness and dignity formation. The main material. The basis for the forma on of a person’s na onal values is moral and world outlook values of the Ukrainian ethnos. The content structure singles out the following components (Zhyhailo, 2008): har- mony (harmony of life, inner world, interpersonal rela onships, rela onships with nature); good (good as the truth, supreme good, deep belief in the triumph of good over evil, charity, mercy, humanism); freedom (inner freedom, love of freedom, recogni on of human uniqueness, intolerance of slavery, freedom of expression); jus ce (sincerity, honesty, desire for truth, social jus ce, belief in the Higher Jus ce – God); family as a funda- mental principle of a person’s development and forma on; spiritual, cultural and economic development of the 56
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 society; people (the respect for working people, the ability to comprehend the history, culture, tradi ons and moral values of your people, the belief in their spiritual strength, the desire to see the Ukrainian people take their righ ul place in the civilized world); Ukraine (patrio sm, striving for the strenthening of statehood, econ- omy, culture, readiness to make every eff ort for the sake of your Motherland). It is natural that every normal, civilized national community’s desire to discover and implement their national distinctive features is integrally combined with the need for the discovery and development of common to mankind values and characteristics. National dignity is an inseparable component of the national consciousness formation and the most characteristic feature of national identity. It is based on the understanding of the importance of all positive things in the national life of the people, and these positive things involve everything created by the nation and received in the international communication process. The formation of students’ national dignity means teaching deep respect for the Ukrainian language, culture, their ancestors’ land, deep respect for everything created by the people, especially for their history, traditions and customs. National dignity implies respect for everything that had national importance in the lives of previous generations and takes a significant interest in the modern period, when we have a real opportunity to fully develop on the national basis. National dignity in the independent Ukrainian state is becoming more and more important, because it is connected with the love of the native land, the father’s house, the native language, respect for elderly people. This noble feeling is passed from generation to generation through the mother’s milk, through the melody of folk songs. National dignity is displayed in the sense of belonging to your people, the awareness that you are their flesh and blood, and the desire to learn, save and pass the spiritual heritage to the future generations. The whole path traversed by the mankind shows that only the ideals defi ned and protected by the Chris- an tradi on for centuries can be the basis according to which a human personality is formed. Moreover, the historical experience proves that religion was and s ll is the stabilizing factor which increases and promotes the welfare of the society. This is confi rmed by the words of prominent public fi gures and thinkers: - Socrates (469-399 B.C.), a Greek philosopher says, “The wisest and most powerful na ons are at the same me the most religious ones”; - George Washington (1732-1799), the fi rst US president says: “Faith, religion and morality are indispens- able supports of prosperity and government. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patrio sm, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness. Reason and experience show us that morality can not exist without faith”; - Gustav Fechner (1801-1887), a German physiologist states: “My soul fi nds peace in God. As God is alive, I am also alive. I can not exist if He does not help me”; - Charles Darwin (1809-1882), an English biologist, a naturalist claims, “I have never denied the existence of God. I think the theory of evolu on is fully compa ble with faith in God. I think the greatest argument for the existence of God is the impossibility of demonstra ng and understanding that the immense universe, sublime above all measure, and man were the result of chance”; - Volodymyr Vernadskyi (1863-1945), the founder and fi rst president of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, the founder of geochemistry, biogeochemistry, and radiogeology says: “Religious ideas, the leading for many centuries, if not millenniums ideas, preceded philosophical intui ons and generaliza ons.” Faith in God is the evidence of high scien fi c and moral culture of a personality. Science and religion have the same sources and lead to the same goal. They both search for the truth and complement one another. Religion leads directly to God, seeking the Creator, and science comes to the Creator indirectly, through His cre- a on. The great scien st, the founder of quantum fi eld theory Max Planck wrote: “For believers, God is in the beginning, and for physicists He is at the end of all considera ons.” Science can not deny the existence of God and its fi ndings rather prove His existence than reject Him. There is no confl ict between science and Chris anity. Faith helps the scien st to choose the scien fi c direc on which will be benefi al and good for the humanity, and science helps the believer to be er understand his faith. St. Augus ne taught: “Understand so that you may believe, believe so that you may understand.” Modern sci- ence helps religion to free from supers on, and Chris an faith frees science from absolu sm. The evidence of high scien fi c and moral culture of a personality, refl ected in the proper Chris an con- sciousness, is the famous Ukrainian devotees: Professor Ivan Polui – an outstanding physicist and translator of the Holy Scripture, Hryhorii Vashchenko – a famous pedagogoue and psychologist. The high intellectuality and spirituality were characteris c of such Ukrainian geniuses as Taras Shevchenko, Ivan Franko, Lesia Ukrainka, Ivan Ohienko who glorifi ed our culture and spirituality. 57
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) A vivid example of the Chris an moral values adop on is “The Instruc ons of Vlolodymyr Monomakh.” This is a sort of father’s testament to his children. The author dwells on important issues of moral educa on, provides the rules and norms of behaviour which he considers to be the criteria of a well-bred person. It is easy to no ce that they are based on Chris an principles: to be obedient, respect your peers and younger people, be helpful to others, keep your promises, sympathize with other person’s grief, do good. The necessity of educa on based on the principles of Chris anity was ardently argued by a Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda. The leitmo f of all his philosophical works is the idea of man returning to his original, i.e. spiritual nature. According H. Skovoroda, there is no way to God without faith, and man will always remain a prisoner of his fl esh without God (Pomytkin, 2005). H.Skovoroda claims that people must get to know themselves, which means they must get to know the divine in themselves. Following the Gospel principles, the philosopher condemns social exploita on and inequality, feud, desire for money, physical pleasures, tles, awards and honors. God is not an object of blind faith and worship for Skovoroda. The philosopher felt His super- natural power searching for the truth, moral choice, and even for the des na on of his life. The true exponent of Chris an educa onal tradi ons was Shevchenko. He contributed to rich spiritual heritage of the Ukrainian culture. Shevchenko is a poet, prophet, Chris an-poet, Messiah-poet. All his life he was a believer, and never parted with the Bible, which was an inexhaus ble source of absolute truth for him. In Kobzar’s works, par cularly in his “Primer”, poem “Haidamaky”, “Psalms of David” poems “It’s not that I’m of God complaining”, “The Prophet” we can feel some infi nite, extrasensory experience of God. Nowadays, when we try to teach the young Chris an morality and faith in God, we cannot ignore the legacy of the talented poet, teacher, translator of liturgical books, historian Ivan Ohienko; he entered the history of Ukraine as the Prophet of God’s Truth and should be taken as a model of moral and spiritual growth for the young genera on. Till the end of his life he followed the commandments of God, serving people, helping the poor, the underprivileged, and this way he professed Chris an morality. Ivan Ohienko gave the transla on of the Bible, prayer books, and scien fi c works to his descendants. He treated the concept of spirituality as a broad category. In his opinion, spirituality is not only a theological interpreta on, but also culture, language, literature and art. According to Ivan Ohienko, educa on based on Chris an morality provides us with self-awareness as well as a deep knowledge of na onal spirituality, Chris an culture and it makes people worthy. Modern Ukrainian psychological and pedagogical ideas work out a system of values based on Chris- tian principles, because it corresponds to our educational traditions, mentality and culture. The future of the Ukrainian nation depends on the extent spirituality becomes the basis of our life. Thus, the research found out that only new Ukrainian teachers will bring up the healthy and effective Ukrainian society and state. Teachers are the most numerous representatives of the national intelligentsia. Teachers should be the main promoters of the national idea, prepare the future active citizens and patriots of the state. The Ukrainian society should strive for new teachers and educate them. The society should create conditions for the formation of a new teacher, so that the pedagogical university will receive the strongest applicants who are not only intelligent, gifted, but also well-bred. The President, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the Parliament, the head of the parliamentary committee on education and science, politicians and public figures should give publicity to the problem of education. Educational authorities and establishments will not solve the problem on their own. What is the new teacher? Firstly, his primary task is to “teach a man”, teach him how to live, teach how to become a ci zen, teach his students how to become future specialists. Secondly, he is a developed, mentally, psychologically, socially, morally and spiritually healthy and strong personality. It means he has personal abili es: a) fundamental abili es: to believe, love, do good, freedom and responsibility; b) abili es to live eff ec vely (he can cope with problems); c) to develop, bring up, educate stu- dents and to defend himself; e) to construc vely feel, think and refl ect. Thirdly, he has construc ve professional competence. Fourthly, the pedagogue has a healthy style of educa onal work. What is healthy educational work? It: a) is productive; b) effective; c) has the personal and social im- portance; d) doesn’t interfere with personal life; f) doesn’t deprive the teacher of his health. Politicians and pragmatists will have a huge economic benefit from the new teacher working at school: he will teach, educate and develop healthy future citizens who will later become eff ec ve workers and actively par cipate in the development of the Ukrainian society and state; they will not get ill, they will take pleasure in life, and bring up healthy children – good future citizens – in their families. The famous Ukrainian pedagogue Hryhorii Vashchenko developed a na onal Ukrainian educational sys- tem, the main elements of which are idealis c world-view, Chris an morality, high level of pedagogical education, 58
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 organizing and conduc ng educa onal researches, publishing educa onal works, textbooks on the highest ar- s c and technical level. Morality is a doctrine or a set of specifi c principles (rules), which people must follow in life. If the ideal of morality is imperfect, the formula on of moral behavior rules has rela ve character. Psychologists (Boryshevskyi, 2000; Moskalets, 2004) defi ne three spheres of the morality expression: 1) Social sphere: morality regula ng the rela ons among people. Here we o en see what is moral and what is immoral; 2) Psychological sphere: fi rst of all we mean mental health (the balance of all energy kinds). Everyone un- derstands that truth is be er than a lie, love is be er than hate. We are created in such a way that when we come into confl ict with this knowledge, we feel anxiety and confusion. This is our remorse, our conscience. So, the universal moral law says, “Do good, avoid evil”; 3) Spiritual sphere: the precondi on of a person’s morality is the clear answer to the ques on: why should a person be moral? And we fi nd the answer in the spiritual sphere, in the sphere of faith. Taking into considera on the centuries-old experience of educa on based on Chris an values, its increasing importance in the Ukrainian society and taking into account its signifi cant opportuni es to improve the educa- onal process, Ivan Franko Na onal University of Lviv and Ivan Franko Drohobych State Pedagogical University developed and worked out the approaches to the forma on of students’ na onal consciousness and dignity based on Chris an values. The forma on of the students’ national consciousness and dignity based on Christian morality principles of future specialists is implemented with the help of lectures and practical classes in such courses as “General Psychology”, “Social Psychology”, “Educational Psychology”, ‘Social Pedagogics” and others. Due to these dicsiplines, students learn the fundamentals of psychological knowledge for self-knowledge and spiritual development, at the same me they are explained the important problems of psychology such as sanc ty, charity, self-denial, it describes the aspects of national consciousness and dignity, and focuses on interpersonal communication. During lessons, students have to cover the important stages of research work: to learn the basic inves ga- on methods of phenomena, observe these phenomena and identify their properties, relationships with other phenomena; master the inves ga on methods of phenomena by means of experiment; learn the rules of research work (making a scientific hypotheses, verifying it by a complex of techniques and special methods, proving it by statistic analysis, explaining the received data and findings of the problem theoretical and practical aspects). After familiarizing themselves with the research rules, all students receive practical tasks, for example, making a genealogical tree. In particular, they must know their origins, parents, grandparents and ancestors, usually to the seventh genera on. The first genera on – me; the second – father and mother; the third – two grandfathers and two grandmothers; the fourth – four great-grandfathers and four great-grandmothers; the fifth – eight great-grandfathers and great-grandmothers; the sixth – 16 great-grandfathers and 16 great- grandmothers; the seventh genera on includes 32 male ancestors and 32 female ancestors. The top of the tree has 32 branches on the mother’s side and 32 branches on the father’s side. Students receive a number of specific research tasks. For instance, studying the theme “The role and importance of the na ve language for the personality forma on”, students provide examples from scientific and pedagogical literature about the views and opinions of scientists concerning the importance of the Ukrainian language and speech in the life and activity of the Ukrainian people and every Ukrainian in par cular; collect folk proverbs, tales, legends, myths. Studying the theme “The role and significance of national education for communication” students choose a national Ukrainian hero as a model of an ideal to admire. Having studied the theme “The importance of religious education for the development of a personality” students use par cular examples to prove the importance and meaning of Christian morality and ethic education norms by quo ng the scientists: art historians, religion scholars, clergymen, poets, writers, artists, etc. Under the supervision of the teacher, students prepare researches, make hypotheses, study methodology and methods of verifi ca on, develop methods of collecting material, select methods of static processing of the received qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the results. At the fi nal lesson, students speak on the crea ve research works, make scien fi c conclusions in their course papers and Bachelor’s projects, which confi rm theore cal principles, prac cal signifi cance of the fi ndings and their crea ve independent work. How can we form students’ na onal consciousness and dignity? First of all, it can be done through the morality of a god-given teacher, a wise teacher who makes all his crea ve eff orts to provide students with 59
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) spiritual, moral, social, psychological, mental and physical health through the program of spiritual and intellec- tual self-development. We presented the criteria the personality of the teacher should possess: 1) morality: a spiritual personality is a religious person; a prac cing Chris an; has objec ve and subjec ve authority, nobleness, inspira on; loves and respects his work; is fair; has ethic and business tact and gets pleasure from communica on; 2) intellectual and professional development: high level of professional training; good memory, fl exible thinking, crea ve imagina on; temperament, labile nervous system (innate factors); willpower and faith (acquired factors); lan- guage culture, rhetoric; intui on; observa on; 3) physical features: clothes, posture, behavior; The sources of the spiritual personality forma on are: the book of books – the Holy Scriptures; Theology (the science about God); Divine Liturgy – the teacher of life (A. Sheptytskyi); Prayer – the development of soul; church art; Chris an philosophy (knowledge of God); nature, culture, art, sports, etc. Conclusions. The consolida on and prosperity of our country is possible only on condi on of professional and spiritual development of every ci zen, professional, specialist, strengthening their na onal consciousness and na onal dignity, which must become the crucial force ensuring Ukraine’s irreversible progress towards the will, glory, economic and social welfare, healthy na on and strong state of the world level. In the general structure of the causes of mortality due to cardiovascular diseases, PE comes the third (Beno , Ockene, Alpert, 1983). In 85% of clinical observa ons, it is caused by venous thrombosis in the inferior vena cava (IVC), which is asymptoma c in 10-20% of cases. Thromboly c therapy has become a treatment of choice for such pathology. Special a en on should be paid to pa ents with developed chronic post-embolic pulmonary hypertension (CPEPH ). ering from acute PE (Lewczuk, Piszko, Jagas, Porada, Wojciak, Sobkowicz, ffIts development is observed in 0.1-4% of pa ents su Wrabec, 2001; Moser, Bloor, 1993; The PIOPED Inves gators, 1990). The drama c nature of the situa on is exacerbated by the poor prognosis of both the natural course of the disease and the outcomes of conserva ve treatment. The key factor contribu ng to a decrease in life expectancy is the development of right ventricular (RV) dysfunc on against the background of excessive pressure ve- fiin the pulmonary artery (PA). Thus, pa ents with mean pressure in the pulmonary artery (mean PAP) of >30 mm Hg have a ve-year survival rate to 10% (Dartevelle, fiyear survival rate of approx. 30%, and an increase of more than 50 mm Hg reduces the Fadel, Mussot, Chapelier, Hervet, de Perrot, Cerrina, Ladurie, Lehouerou, Humbert, 2004; TIartz, Byrne, Levitsky, Park, Rich, 1996; Jamieson, Kapelanski, Sakakibara, Manecke, Thistlethwaite, Kerr, Channick, Fedullo, Auger, 2003). According to several clinics, the ve-year survival rate in pa ents a er surgical treatment of CPEPH remains close to 80-83%, which clearly demonstrates the ben- fi t of the treatment modality. fie Keywords: pulmonary embolism, post-embolic pulmonary hypertension, thrombolysis, venous thrombosis, D-dimer. [5, 6, 8]. The pa ents were 18 to 84 years of age (on average 49±6.4). The diagnosis involved the analysis of clinical data and laboratory tests: CBC, urinalysis, blood chemistry values, including determina on of the D-dim level. Instrumental studies included registra on of ECG, echo, chest X-ray, computed tomography, and angiopulmonography. The pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) was in the range of 45-85 mm Hg, and 61
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) 2 -5 was on average 66±9.0 mm Hg, the total pulmonary resistance (TPR) was on average 850±135 dyn/cm /sec . The amount of treatment was determined with a view to the clinical presenta on, dura on of the disease, central haemodynamic disorder, and pancrea c dysfunc on, according to the echo and the D-dim blood level. Conserva ve treatment was administered in 235 (92.2%) pa ents and surgical removal of thromboembolic lesions due to the ineff ec veness of therapeu c measures was carried out in 20 (7.8%) pa ents. Study outcomes: Massive pulmonary embolism was diagnosed in 85 (33.3%) pa ents, submassive – in 35 (14.9%) pa ents, and nonmassive – in 135 (52.9%) pa ents. The right ventricular dysfunc on was detected in all pa ents with massive and submassive PE, and in 59 (43.7%) pa ents with the nonmassive pulmonary embolism. Right ventricular dysfunc on, as a predictor of more severe haemodynamic circulatory disorders, was characteris c of massive and submassive PE (95% and 34%, p<0.05, r = 0.86, respec vely). Another important indicator of the acuity of thrombo c process against the background of PE was a signifi cantly elevated D-dimer level in blood. So, in pa ents with acute pul- monary embolism, depending on the severity of the process and the extent of thrombosis, there wasits pronounced increase in the blood (10000±2000 mg/L) within the fi rst 5-7 days, which was typical for 92% of pa ents with acute PE. We interpreted the insignifi cant increase in the D-dimer blood level (500±50 mg/L) against the background of severe RVH (>7±2 mm, p<0.05, r = 0.78) as chronic post-embolic pulmonary hypertension (CPEPH), which was detected in 20 (7.8%) pa ents. Thromboly c therapy was carried out for all pa ents with massive and submassive PE, as well as 59 (43.7%) pa ents with nonmassive PE with unstable haemodynamics and RV dysfunc on. 100 mg of Alteplaza ssue plasminogen ac vator (tPA) or 1500000 IU of Streptase were used as thromboly cs. The IV infusion took 120 minutes. Pa ents with nonmassive PE and stable haemodynamics without RV dysfunc on received heparin infusion. A er the bolus injec on of 10,000 IU of heparin, it was administered as 18 IU/kg/h IV infusions. Control over APTT made it possible to correct the infusion rate of heparin and maintain the level of hypocoagula on by 1.5-2.0-fold higher than the ini al one. The an coagulant therapy took 7 days with the subsequent transi on to the administra on of indirect an coagulants. Pa ents, for whom acute pulmonary embolism was ruled out, as evidenced by the low D-dimer level, severe right ventricular myocardial hypertrophy and the chronic right ventricular failure, subsequently underwent surgeries in various medical ins tu ons. Surgical treatment was performed in 20 (7.8%) pa ents: with the use of car- diopulmonary bypass – in 8 pa ents, and with the help of a closed procedure on the side of the lesion – in 12 pa ents. A posi ve eff ect of the treatment was observed in 230 (90.2%) pa ents. The index of a posi ve result (Table 1) was a decrease in systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery by 42.3%, an increase of СI by 27.6% and a 31.2% decrease in the ACP, and an increase of PaO2 by 28.6% (p<0.05). American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 Discussion.Contrary to a conven onal opinion about the low eff ec veness of conserva ve methods of treat- ment of PE and their lack of prospects, our experience of treatment argues otherwise. In many respects, the eff ect of treatment is determined by its mely provision. The main point in achieving the result is the normal- iza on of pressure in the PA and the reduc on of the pulmonary resistance. The key factor contribu ng to a decrease in life expectancy is the development of the RV dysfunc on against the background of excessive pres- sure in the PA. Thus, pa ents with mean pressure in the pulmonary artery (mean PAP) of >30 mm Hg have a fi ve-year survival rate of 30%, and its increase by more than 50 mm Hg reduces the fi ve-year survival rate to 10% (Dartevelle, Fadel, Mussot, Chapelier, Hervet, de Perrot, Cerrina, Ladurie, Lehouerou, Humbert, 2004; TIartz, Byrne, Levitsky, Park, Rich, 1996). The achievement of a posi ve result in our series of observa ons is due precisely to a decrease in the afore- men oned indicators. The clinical determina on of the markers of acute thrombosis in combina on with the defi ni onof RV dysfunc on signifi cantly increased the quality of diagnosis and made it possible to determine the op mal type of treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The improved treatment effi cacy is due to the determina on of an eff ec ve therapeu c window for throm- bolysis – an average of 6±0.8 days with a posi ve result of thromboly c therapy in 87.1% of cases. Its predictors are the prescrip on of the disease of at least 72 hours and the mPAP of <60 mm Hg. Determina on of thrombosis markers is a sensi ve method for diagnos cs of acute thrombo c condi ons. Using determina on of D-dimer along with the determina on of the RV dysfunc on can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of PE (95%, p<0.05, r = 0.86, respec vely). The surgical disoblitera on of the PA branches remains the treatment of choice for pa ents with chronic post-embolic pulmonary hypertension (CPEPH). References: Alpert, J.S., Dalen, J.E. (1994). Crea on of principally new medical technical nanotechnologies simula ng and poten- tiating ca on, elimina on and neurometabolic correc on is one of priority issues in cur- finatural mechanisms of detoxi - firent addic on therapy. This stream in clinical addictology is one of priori es, and numerous hardware detoxi ca on methods, which were developed under the direc on of Professor I.K. Sosin at addictology department of erent therapy which ffKharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Educa on (KhMAPE), created a new chapter – e uses laser therapy methods as basic techniques to construct many innova on therapeu c programs. Currently, integra ve nanotechnologies in addictology are seen as applica on of combined approaches in treatment of addicts with comorbidity by intensive therapy methods, including pharmacotherapy, medica on- free and therapeu c restora ve methods. 64
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 Laser adjuvant variants of extracorporeal detoxifi ca on (hemosorp on, electrochemical detoxifi ca on, membrane plasmapheresis, etc.) and pharmacotherapy are prevalent in clinical addictology. These methods include combined synergism of detoxifi ca on capaci es essen ally of intensive detoxifying techniques and laser therapy which allow to solve the most complex and cri cal me-dependent issues of addic on. Development of adjuvant therapeu c rehabilita on complexes based on laser nanotechnologies is an extremely important task for all stages of intensive care for addic on diseases. Recently, tandem intensive care techniques based on interpoten ated cura ve eff ects of laser therapy and hemosorp on, laser therapy and electrochemical detoxifi ca on, membrane plasmapheresis are becoming increasingly perspec ve. However, emergency condi ons in clinical course of alcohol and opioid dependence which mostly determine serious current situa on in our country, must be the priority in research and introduc on of laser detoxifi ca on programs (Narcology. Sosin, Chuev, Artemchuk, et al., 2014; Chuev, 2015; Chuev, 2010). Background. Various modifi ed laser impact techniques are seen as prospec ve medica on-free methods. It is confi rmed by recently appeared fundamental inves ga ons on effi ciency of their applica on undertaken to solve issues of emergency and rou ne addictology [Narcology. Sosin, Chuev, Artemchuk, et al., 2014; Sosin, Chuev, 2011). These works are systemic, comprehensive and targeted, they were performed under target na onal programs covering these problems. Mechanisms of medical eff ects provided by laser detoxifi ca on in emergency states in clinical course of addic on diseases were studied, feasible areas and methods of their applica on in addictology prac ce, perspec ves of their combined use with other eff erent modifi ca ons and pharmacotherapy were described. Laser therapy techniques modifi ed for addictology, parameters of therapeu c infl uence, hardware register modes in complex of medical measures have been developed. Perspec ves for combined usage of laser and pharmacotherapy have been studied (Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, Misna, Misnyi, Deineka, 2014; Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, 2016). Recently, isolated and combined modifi ed laser nanotechnology techniques were developed for treat- ment of various urgent issues associated with addic on: 1) current medica on-resistant forms of dependence with severe forms of abs nence syndrome; 2) post-intoxica on organ dysfunc on; 3) paroxysmal and pre-delirious preparedness; 4) psychoneurological consequences of massive intoxica on. Based on many years’ experience, new approaches to the treatment have been grounded, including usage of hardware detoxifi ca on methods and present-day advances in psychopharmacology, prospec ve scien fi c direc ons have been determined. Development and improvement of laser therapy methods logically yielded series of priority Patents of Ukraine, innova ons and inven ons. This communica on introduces current aspects of laser nanotechnologies applied in complex therapy associated with clinical situa on issues arisen in addictology prac ce (Narcology. Sosin, Chuev, Artemchuk, et al., 2014; Sosin, Chuev, 2011; Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, Misna, Misnyi, Deineka, 2014; Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, 2016; Chuev, 2015; Chuev, 2010). The research was performed within the theme of scien fi c research of addictology department of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Educa on “Integrated approaches to diagnosis, therapy, preven on and rehabilita on in modern addictology” (state registra on number 0114U000515). Objec ve of the research is to develop complex laser integra ve detoxifi ca on techniques for therapy of alcohol and opioid dependence syndrome. Results and their discussion. Tandem laser detoxifi ca on method. The treatment results obtained in 85 pa ents, hospitalized for opioid depen- dence, were studied. Clinical picture of the inves gated pa ents contained marked psychic and physical dependence, abs nence syndrome, typical dynamics of tolerance, psychopathological and somatoneurological cons tuents of intoxica on, with common transforma on into epilep form and chroniosep c condi ons. Therapeu c complexes which included nanotechnological modifi ca ons of intravascular laser hemotherapy (ILH), electric chemical detoxifi ca on (ED), hemosorp on (HS), membrane plasmapheresis (MPP) were used isolated and in adjuvant combina ons, applied in original technical projects. ILH was performed with “Lika-Therapeu st” unit (manufactured by “Photonika”, Cherkasy, Ukraine), 30-40 minutes exposure, 1.5-2 mWa power; ED method was realized with EDO- 4 unit, with infusion of sodium hypochlorite solu on, 300-600 mg/L concentra on; АСВ-01 unit with hemosorp on column was used for HS, perfusion velocity was about 60-120 mL per minute. For MPP we used “Hemophoenix” unit with perfusion rate up to 50 mL/min along extracorporal circuit with preliminary injec on of heparin, up to 10 000 U. Perfusion total volume was about 1000 mL of blood with single removal of 600-1000 mL of plasm. Exfused plasm was recompensed properly in autonomous working mode with sodium chloride 0.9% solu on. Therapeu c algorithm which included daily infusion injec on of sodium hypochlorite, 400 mL, against the background of synchronous IHL, the course of treatment, 4-6 day long, appeared to be the most eff ec ve 65
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) for relieving opioid abs nence syndrome. In severe cases of opioid dependence this therapeu c complex was extended at day 2 with a HC treatment, and at day 4 with a MPP procedure which were combined with laser infl uence on the re-infused blood. Actually, tandem s mula on and op miza on of physiological systems of the body which are responsible for accelerated elimina on of toxins and metabolites in the pa ents with addic on problems, prac ced in such complexes. Complex therapy allowed to achieve signifi cant reduc on of psychopathological and somatoneurological symptoms in 90% pa ents within 2-4 days. Our experience demonstrates that the presented combined techniques o en show suffi cient poten a ng for each other and synchronizing therapeu c eff ects. Intensive detoxifi ca on methods based on laser nanotechnologies are most acceptable to be used in cases of insuffi cient effi ciency of medica on therapy and growing severity of the pa ent’s condi on, aimed at elimina on of soma c and metabolic disorders, side eff ects and intending to overcome therapeu c resistance. Choice of method depends on severity of homeosta c disorders, prevailing psychopathological syndrome and dis nc ve features of soma c condi on of the pa ent. Therapeu c combina ons of the proposed methods may be prac ced in addictology either for emergency or rou ne indica ons. Method of laser forced diuresis. Recently, in view of clinical pathomorphosis of alcohol dependence, modern addictology increased sharply the number of pa ents, due to those of young age, being hospitalized in severe condi on with marked post-intoxica on somatoneurological problems. Clinical course of dipsomaniac and post- dipsomaniac condi ons o en consists of ini al phenomena of pre-delirium symptoms, and relieving measures cons tute the resuscita ng aspect in addic on therapy. We approved and introduced into prac ce laser intensive relieving therapy method, aimed at diuresis ac va on and accelerated elimina on of ethanol biological oxida on toxic products out of body. Taking into considera on the fact that our recommended chain and dosages for injected detoxicants and diure cs which cause increased urina on, diff er from tradi onal pa erns in toxicological prac ce, this modifi ca on was termed as “laser modifi ca on of forced diuresis”. Laser modifi ca on of forced diuresis (FD) has become a universal technique in intensive therapy for ini al manifesta ons of alcohol pre-delirious symptoms, developing against the background of hypoxia with impaired water-electrolyte and vitamin balance, hemodynamic and vegeta ve shi s. Indica on for laser modifi ed FD were the following: episodic hearing and visual hallucina ons, stable disorders of sleep, post-dipsomaniac psychophysical exhaus on, generalized tremor, marked hyperhidrosis, anorexia, motor excita on, speech disinhibi on, which clinically were revealed in the pa ents. Contraindica ons included acute cardiovascular failure, pneumonias, acute renal failure (anuria). Before performing the procedure, laboratory and paraclinical research were carried out; electroencepha- lography allowed to determine the character of changes in brain bioelectric ac vity; electrocardiography method was used to assess toxic impairment of heart, rhythm disorders and myocardial conduc on, changes in S-T ven- tricular complex. Osmodiure c agent “Manitol” was injected intravenously (15% solu on) in amount of 200 mL, once-twice a day; treatment course lasted 2-3 days, on personal grounds, under arterial pressure and diuresis monitoring. Saline solu ons infusion program for targeted detoxifi ca on was corrected dynamically and could be changed appropriate to the parameters of blood circula on, diuresis and general condi on of a pa ent. If appropriate, it was subs tuted with high molecular weight solu ons (rheopolyglucin, polyglucin, rheosorbilact) infusions, which are also signifi cant detoxica ng agents. Therapeu c interven ons were added by symptoma c agents and an depressants, an convulsants, tranquilizers, agents which normalize sleeping formula. Intravascular laser hemotherapy (2 mWa power, 0.63 mcm wavelength, exposure of 30-40 minutes) was prescribed since the fi rst day of hospitaliza on of the pa ent, the treatment course included 6-8 days. “Lika Therapeu st” laser therapy unit was used. Within the fi rst 24 hours, a er the complex relieving therapy was performed, the episodic hallucinatory delirious feelings were reduced discretely, became dimmed, rare or prac cally vanished. Psychomotor disorders were reduced, cri cal a tude to the own condi on appeared, pulse, respira on frequency decreased, arterial pressure normalized, hyperhidrosis and tremor reduced. While laser complex treatment, a no ceable reduc on of cardiotoxic and hepatopathic manifecta ons caused by alcohol intoxica on were registered, accompanied with posi ve dynamics of laboratory parameters. Sanogenesis of laser modifi ed forced diuresis in these observa ons was explained not only by the eff ect achieved due to elimina on of ethanol toxic metabolites out of the body, improvement of homeostasis, but also by therapeu c eff ects of the taken psychotropic and symptoma c pharmaceu cals and remedies. 66
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 Thus, the developed technology of modifi ed forced diuresis at the base of laser technologies, adopted to clinical addictology, allows to provide complex ac ve therapy of pre-delirious states, caused by massive and con nuous alcohol intoxica on. Applica on of this modifi ca on requires constant monitoring of mental and soma c state of the pa ent. Method of infusion laser detoxifi ca on. Our many years’ inves ga ons clearly prove the necessity to renovate permanently the search detoxica ng, an depressant, hepatoprotec ve agents required for addic on emergency problems, which can stabilize and improve psychic and somatoneurological status of addicts, improve life quality of such cohort of pa ents (Napreenko, Vynnyk, Vlokh, et al., 2011; Hren, 2016; Compendium 2014 – medica ons, 2014; Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, Horban’, Petruk, et al., 2015). Among the remedies used in infusion therapy, “Reamberin” 1.5% solu on is of a special value, which is determined by inclusion of succinic acid (reamberin’s main substrate) in balanced polyionic solu on, that determined its principal proper es of a metabolic and energe c correc ve agent. Entering the energy metabolism, succinic acid directs the processes of oxida on in more economic way, that is successfully applied in medical prac ce at hypervolemic and hypoxic condi ons of various e ology (intoxica on, blood loss, injury, shock). Infusion method of reamberin injec on intensifi es early an -ischemic eff ect of the medica on, infl uences favorably on the course of ini al post-ischemic arrhythmias. Reamberin shows hepatoprotec ve eff ect, comparable with eff ects of the famous hepatoprotector “Carsil”, normalizes bilirubin concentra on in blood serum. Accumulated to the date informa on about biological ac vity of succinic acid allows to refer it to adaptogens. It was determined that reamberin improves microcircula on and rheological proper es of blood, leads to intensifi ca on of metabolism, diuresis s mula on, elimina on of toxins out of the body. A group of 27 pa ents with alcohol abs nence syndrome was observed, medica on “Reamberin” (400 mL intravenously, once a day) was added to tradi onal detoxica ng relieving pa erns (intravascular laser he- motherapy + symptoma c therapy). Injec on of medica on “Reamberin” was provided against the background of synchronous laser hemotherapy. The presented method allows to perform laser and infusion therapy simul- taneously, single-use probe, connected with the laser therapy unit, is inserted into the needle lumen where it is permanently washed with reamberin solu on. Op c irradia on from the end of the probe, is directed along the needle lumen, along the vessel that allows to provide even illumina on of blood. We described this treatment algorithm as a “Method of infusion laser detoxifi ca on”. All the observed pa ents presented extended stages of alcohol dependence (stable abs nence syndrome, dipsomaniac forms of alcoholiza on, compulsive alcohol craving, combined forms of usage of psychoac ve substances, convulsive syndrome). Clinical picture of alcohol dependence in majority of the pa ents was characterized with high alcohol tolerance plateau, spontaneous relapses of the diseased craving to alcohol, a acks of unmo vated depressed mood and depression, anxiety, dysphoria. Besides, obvious signs of personality degrading (by alcohol type) and social maladjustment (family and professional) were registered. Algorithm of complex laser infusion detoxifi ca on consisted of 3-4 days. Clinical study of the range of somatoneurological complaints allowed to conclude that within 2-3 days the performed adjuvant combina on resulted in a signifi cant reduc on of general discomfort phenomena, weakness, iner a, bi er taste in mouth, nausea, emo onal sphere was normalized, sleep and appe te renewed in clinical course of abs nent disorders. Within en re period of the combined therapy, no marked side-eff ects or complica ons were registered in the pa ents. Successful detoxifi ca on therapy was confi rmed either by clinical condi on monitoring data, or by partly normalized biochemical func ons of liver within short-term therapy. Method of tandem laser hepatoprotec ve correc on. Liver is the main target of toxic ac on caused by psycho- ac ve substances in range of soma c comorbidity at alcohol and drug dependence (hepatomegaly, steatosis, acute and chronic hepa s, fi brosis, cirrhosis). Liver takes principal part in physiology mechanisms of natural detoxifi ca on and elimina on of psychoac ve substances. In connec on with it, new hepatoprotec ve medica ons, which can ac vate enzymes, accelerate processes of oxida on and elimina on of toxic metabolites, preven ng occurrence of primary structural degenera on of hepatocytes, decreasing probability of fi brosis and liver cirrhosis development, with adjuvant detoxifi ca on proper es, require clinical confi rma on, that is an important task of scien fi c addictology. Medica ons “Antral” and “Lesfal” (WAT “Pharmak”, Kyiv, Ukraine) were such hepatoprotec ve pharmaceu cals of new genera on which a racted our a en on. According to the available data, combined use of these agents “Antral” and “Lesfal” favors reduced lipid peroxida on and restora on of enzyme systems, improves liver metabolism, leads to normalizing protein metabolism, that ac vates regenera on of the damaged cells. These agents are indicated in acute and chronic hepa s of exogenous e ology, steatohepa s, cirrhosis of liver at ini al stage. 67
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) The objec ve of present research was to study effi ciency of therapeu c combina on consis ng of medica- ons “Antral” and “Lesfal” and intravascular laser hemotherapy while correc ng comorbid liver disorders in addicted pa ents. Twelve pa ents aged 22-28 with 2-4 year history of the disease were observed, all pa ents were diagnosed opioid dependence syndrome with high and stable tolerance, with evidence of psychic and physical dependence. In all observed pa ents, history data and clinical examina on fi ndings demonstrated the following signs of hepa c impairment: abrupt decrease of appe te, nausea, vomi ng, coated tongue, pains and weight feeling in right hypochondrium, icteri ous skin, icteri ous scleras, evidence of biliary pigments in urine, etc. In tradi onal laser detoxica ng complex which is used in treatment of opioid dependence, addi onally were prescribed within tradi onal pa ern treatments of membrane plasmapheresis and up-to-date hepatoprotectors: “Lesfal” – 5.0 mL intravenously, once daily, 5-10 injec ons per course and concurrently with lesfal – oral hepatoprotector “Antral”, 0.2 g tablets intake 20-30 minutes a er meals, 3 mes a day, followed by the medica on “Antral” course up to 3-4 weeks, and, as appropriate, – repeated in 3-4 weeks course of antral (Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, Horban’, Petruk, et al., 2015). In clinical picture of opioid dependence, along with classical symptoms of abs nence condi on, astheno- vegeta ve, painful and dyspep c disorders were predominant. Objec ve examina on revealed hepatomegaly of various intensity degree. Rheohepatography iden fi ed the signs of chronic diff use liver disease. All the pa ents revealed cytoly c syndrome with evidence of increased transferases levels AlAT to 1.2 ± 0.4 mmol/(L·h), AsAT content grew to 0.8 ± 0.1 mmol/(L·h). Hyperbilirubinemia was found in 9 pa ents, total bilirubin contents reached 32 mcmol/L. Clinical data of the teratment course were noted in a special chart of clinical observa on. Assessment of clinical signs of hepatoprotec ve tandem complex effi ciency considered its power to relief hepatopathic syndrome. In majority of observa ons, already since days 6-8 of “Antral” and “Lesfal” intake, against the background of synchronous intravascular laser hemotherapy (2 mWa power, 30-40 minutes exposure), a considerable reduce of painful disorders in hypochondrium, improved appe te, disappeared phenomena of general discomfort were registered, and by day 8-10, the complex therapy provided allowed to decrease signifi cantly the degree of principal clinical signs of hepatopathy. The men oned changes in the course of hepatopathy manifesta ons in the pa ents were accompanied by posi ve dynamics in levels of biochemical parameters (decreased ac vity of AsAT, AlAT enzymes, reduced bilirubin levels). Thus, our inves ga on demonstrated that medica ons “Antral” and “Lesfal” combined with intravascular laser hemotherapy and membrane plasmapheresis favor restora on of liver func onal ac vity in addicts, ac vate biochemical processes of detoxifi ca on and showed hepatoprotec ve proper es. We consider it reasonable to con nue our research connected with applica on of therapeu c adjuvant combina on (antral and lesfal + laser therapy + membrane plasmapheresis) in clinical addictology. Laser intravascular hemato-pharmacotherapy. Depressive states in the clinical course of opioid addic on are prevalent disorders which most of all begin to dominate at the day 6-8 a er relieving measures or spontaneously stopped opium consump on. Depressive pathology in this period as a rule isn’t isolated, it combines with astheno- neuro c, soma c and neurological consequences of drug use , and it is a relapse-threatening clinical situa on, which o en ini ates resump on of drug use (Narcology. Sosin, Chuev, Artemchuk, et al., 2014; Sosin, Chuev, 2011). Thereupon, we set a crea ve task to improve the method of relieving depressive disorders in the pa ents with opioid addic on. Fast achievement of therapeu c eff ect, reduced terms and cost of treatment, preven on of complica ons was a ained due to a principally new therapeu c combina on of intravascular laser hemotherapy, which allows to poten ate eff ects of pharmaceu cals, and an depressive medica on “Cipralex” in minimal dosages, that shows relieving and normalizing eff ect on the aff ec ve sphere. This method supposes that cases when opioid addict develops depressive disorders (depression, anxiety, dysphoria, enhanced irritability, emo onal instability, disordered sleep, deteriora on of appe te, local or abundant somatoneurological complaints) require comprehensive therapy with intravascular laser hemotherapy (wavelength 0.63 mcm, 2 mWa capacity, 30-40 minutes exposure), which is performed against the background of pharmacological eff ect of “Cipralex” medica on. Medica on ”Cipralex” was prescribed in daily dosage of 10-20 mg orally (as required), once a day. The treatment course was given for 14-21 day (Compendium 2014 – medica ons, 2014; Sosin, Chuev, Honcharova, Horban’, Petruk, et al., 2015). Inclusion in this method the intravascular laser hemotherapy is explained by its detoxification, antidepressant, immune correction, euphorizing (stimulating), analgesic, microcirculatory and metabolic therapeutic effects. 68
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 It determines therapeutic effect of this method that allows to use it in complex therapy of depressive disorders in opioid addiction. During the research we revealed the effect of laser potentiating of “Cipralex” medication therapeutic impact, laser therapy psychotropic activity spectrum was determined: 1) marked thymolep c (in par cular, an depressive) eff ects; 2) anxioly c eff ect; 3) s mula ng eff ect (reduc on of apathy, indiff erence). It allowed to achieve decreased manifesta on of acute depressive symptoms at opioid dependence in medium-term prospects (10-12 days). Inclusion of the medica on “Cipralex” to this treatment combina on was grounded by the well-known fact that cipralex in daily dosages (10-20 mg per 24 hrs, orally) has an depressant proper es. This treatment has ac va ng, energizing eff ect, with seda on, inhibi ng component which is expressed slightly. “Cipralex” has a property to normalize vegeta ve dysfunc ons, stabilizing psychophysical condi on of the pa ents, accelera on of regression not only depressive but neurosis-like disorders. Therapeu c adjuvant combina on consis ng of intravascular laser hemotherapy and medica on “Cipralex” allowed to relieve the progressive developing depressive symptoms in the structure of the opioid abs nence syndrome. Approba on of the results of the research results Prac cal value of usage of laser integra ve nanotechnologies consists of improving the quality of medical restora ve and resuscita on measures for the pa ents with alcohol and opioid dependence, development the block of reliable alterna ve therapeu c approaches which suppose their usage in complex therapy of all range of soma c, neurological and psychopathological manifestations under addic on condi ons. Clinical analysis revealed laser methods ”address targets” for relieving core syndromes and symptoms of emergency addic on diseases, the scale for diff eren ated usage of intensive methods of laser detoxifi ca on in addic on therapy was developed. The results of this research were reported and discussed at the ХIV-ХVII Ukrainian scien fi c prac cal conferences with interna onal par cipa on “Dovzhenko readings” (2013-2016); Interna onal conferences th “Laser applica on in medicine and biology” (2015-2016); 4 Na onal Congress of neurologists, psychiatrists and addictologists of Ukraine (2012). Conclusions Thus, laser integra ve nanothecnological programs are extremely on demand in didac cs of postgraduate medical educa on in the fi eld of addictology, as well as in medical clinical prac ce for relieving emergency states due to intoxica on and of post-intoxica on origin in current addic on therapy prac ce. Medica on-free impact on the principal pathogenic links in drug addic on diseases, on correc on of hemodynamic, metabolic, hypoxic vascular, neuromediatory and microcirculatory disorders is common for all these methods. The accumulated experience of laser applica on in addictology gives evidence of necessity of the further works to improve medical restora ve programs which have to consider the world tendencies of the development of laser technology an up-to-date advances of scien fi c technical progress. Under such condi ons, the key criterion for achieving the result is determined by the high level of produc vity of self-educa on ac vity of graduates of higher educa onal ins tu ons and their readiness for self-educa on in a professional environment. Thus, new requirements are created for the prepa- ec veness depends to a large extent on the cognitive- ffra on of students in an educa onal ins tu on, whose e style features of the educa onal process. American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 stable individual characteris c of ways of interac on of man with the informa on space, as a stable procedural peculiari es of cogni ve ac vity, characterizing the originality of methods of receiving and processing informa- on, using subjects of cogni ve strategies, as well as ways of reproducing informa on and methods of control. As a rule, cogni on is characterized not only because of the emergence in the cogni ve fi eld of human psychological neoplasm’s, but also the mandatory improvement, which, as is known, is carried out within self- educa on ac vi es. More a en on in contemporary psychological research is given to the problem of metacogni ve pro- cesses as an important condi on for increasing the success of cogni ve ac vity (D. Flelev, A. Brown, M. Reid etc.) by ncluding students in processes with the fi rst pronoun part of the “self” used for the designa on of diff erent types of personality self-ac vity, indicates: 1) the direc ng of ac ons on the very subject of ac vity, 2) the im- plementa on of their person independently, without external infl uence and any help, 3) their internal deter- minism, automata the reality of implementa on, actua on under the infl uence of internal mechanisms (Bilodid, Eds., 1978). Accordingly, the focus of our research is focused on metacogni on – the special mental states that provide correc on of their own ac ons and inten ons (Dotsevich, 2013). Under such condi ons, they are certain regu- lators of professional self-educa on. Let’s give a more detailed descrip on of the mechanisms of ac on of meta- cogni ve processes within the framework of professional self-educa on. Considering the ontology of the category of metacogni on, A.V. Karpov and І.М. Skitayeva (Karpov, Skita- yeva, 2005) emphasizes her connec on with refl exive processes aimed at understanding the personality of their own mental states. In phenomenological terms, the author considers metacogni on as the status of the subject as a whole and as the regulatory actual state of the subject of ac vity that controls several levels of regula on of ac vity, in par cular, the regula on of execu ve ac vity, strategies for its implementa on and its own mental states. That is, metacogni on, as processes of refl ec on, is a special state that provides correc on of own ac- ons and inten ons (Karpov, Skityaeva, 2005). Under such condi ons, the metacogni ve processes perform a control func on and are considered as metacogni ve control, which, according to the authors, ensures the achievement of the highest level of professionalism in any fi eld of knowledge and acts by scanning metacogni- ve strategies and the forma on of metacogni ve skills. The concept of “learning strategies” in the context of self-study (self-educa on) was ac vely studied by a number of foreign (P. Bimmel, A. Wenden, I. Lompsher, J. O’Mellie, R. Oxford, J. Rubin, A. Shamot, et al.) and domestic (O. Lyubashenko, I. Semenyshyn, E. Solovov, V. Yankov and others) scholars. Thus, the training strate- gies see how: a certain set of ac ons, steps, plans, which students use to obtain, store, access and use informa- on; plan (mental) ac on to achieve the goal, taking into account the key point of the cogni ve theory that a person has an inquisi ve mind that consciously constructs ideas, plans, and so on (Lubashenko, 2008). When it comes to metacogni ve strategies, the issue of the alloca on of certain control mechanisms within the educa onal process is being updated: planning, observa on, prepara on and tes ng of the educa- onal process. As proved Y.S. Izhko (Izhko, 2017), metacogni ve strategies can become the basis for the qualita- ve performance of almost any task and rely on the mechanisms of refl ec on of the thinking process. This may be the organiza on of educa onal material, monitoring own errors, self-evalua on (Sydorchuk, 2013). In fact, the metacogni ve strategies correspond to the student’s ac vity when performing any task: what to do fi rst or before the start? (Organiza on / Planning); what to do during the task? (Management); How to determine the faithfulness of the task? (Controlling); what to do a er comple ng the task? (Evalua on). Pedagogical interpreta on of metacogni ve control in the course of self-mastery of knowledge by future specialists is not only the ability to distribute eff orts, but also the mastery of metacogni ve skills, which involves the use of mechanisms for assimila ng informa on on the basis of a variety of methods of self-educa on. These include: • technique of repe on – a technique of keeping informa on in the short-term memory, which involves a mechanical, so-called behavioral, its repe on (the result is the deten on of informa on for a short me); • coding technology, which consists in the fact that each new message is associated with data already accumulated in the brain (the result is long-term memoriza on of informa on); • deep analysis techniques (informa on transforma on) – a detailed analysis of the material that binds new messages to those contained in the memory gives them deep meaning (the result is a long reten on in memory); • techniques of “background educa on” – a constant repe on of the material a er the fi rst error-free reproduc on of informa on, and provided you are sure that you know it well (the result is a long memory); 81
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) • mnemonic recep ons – specially created methods of emo onal ac on to ac vate the le hemisphere, the essence of which is the combina on of a new term, a new material with well-known concepts, ac ons, objects, living beings or their features (image, color, smell, the scan of such associa ons in the plot etc; • associa ve jokes; • presenta on of material in a poe c form (rumored texts are remembered more easily and quickly); • singing material on famous tunes; • use dance moves to understand the scan of certain processes, etc .; • presenta on of the material in the form of charts, graphs, drawings, etc. (Sydorchuk, 2013). To summarize, it should be emphasized that the choice in favor of metacogni ve processes for the im- provement of professional self-educa on is determined by the fact that they are forms of higher-level intellec- tual ac vity in comparison with tradi onally determined features and characteris cs of cogni ve processes. Such innova on allows expanding the possibili es of pedagogical support of future specialists in higher educa- onal ins tu ons in order to acquire the appropriate tools of self-educa on and to determine the direc ons of further prac cal-oriented research in order to improve the process of professional self-knowledge. The analysis of the data of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine shows that at erent systems of the ffpresent more than 50% of schoolchildren reveal func onal devia ons in the ac vity of di organism. The data of the Ins tute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ukraine reveals the situa on that only 7-10% of the infants are born healthy. The Ministry of Educa on and Science of Ukraine indicate that 36% of Ukrainian secondary school students have a low level of physical health, 34% – lower than average, 23% – average and only 7% – higher than average, and 1% – high level of physical health. Analysis of recent research and publica ons. So, the importance of rehabilita on and developmental erent categories of abnormal children grows with every passing year. The theore cal aspects of ffwork with di the men oned problem are presented in the studies of Ukrainian defectologists (V.I. Bondar, N.M. Goncharuk, B.B. Zasenko, I.G. Eremenko, O.V. Romanenko, V.M. Sinyov, T.V. Sak, T.V. Skrypnyk, E.F. Sobotovich, V.V. Tarasun, V.V. Tishchenko, M.K. Sheremet, L.O. Khanseruk M.D. Yarmachenko etc.). Actual is the experimental work of domes c and foreign defectologists, which contains data on the peculiari es of correc onal learning of the children (G.I. Zharenkova, N.M. Kompanets, N.I. Korolka, N.O. Menchinskaya, N.A. Nikashina L.I. Prokhorenko, N.O. Pipina, T.D. Puskaeva, C.G. Shevchenko etc.) (Degtyarenko, Vavina, 2008; Moiseyenko, Pedan, Berezhnyy, 2005; Social rehabilita on, 2000). In this connec on (Skrypnyk, 2012), the a empts are being made to construct a system of correc onal pedagogy, which, in its integral form, would unite a plurality of psycho-correc on techniques. The purpose of the ar cle. The conceptualiza on of the psycho-correc on system for children with Down syndrome and au s c children appears on the agenda, being the aim of the ar cle expressing an a empt to formulate a new paradigm of rehabilita on of the children with special needs. American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 On the level of higher psychic func ons, that is, on the level of the hemispheres of man’s cerebrum, we can observe the realiza on of the principle of holomity, since both hemispheres refl ect and master the world in the opposite ways: - right hemisphere refl ects con nuous-fi eld aspect of the world, forming an ambiguous polyseman c, ar s c context of world view, building sacral-religious, metaphoric reality; - le hemisphere, on the contrary, refl ects discrete-substance, plural aspect of the Universe, forming strictly one-seman c, unambiguous, abstract, discursive-theore cal world understanding, construc ng ra onal- technocra c reality. Func onal unity of the hemispheric informa on processing strategies, which is found, as EEG studies indicate, in medita on state (Murphy, Donovan, 1985) [3], enables to actualize “the moment of truth”, illumina- on, authen c, intui ve-medita ve percep on of the Being, being here both single, and plural, both complex, and simple... when actually-real, on the one hand and poten ally-possible, on the other, are not diff eren ated (which, by the way, is observed on the fundamental quantum level of the ma er). So, we have every reason to state that such a regulator is actualized on the basis of the func ons of hemi- spheres of man’s cerebral cortex, about whish B.G. Anan’jev (Ananev, 1963) wrote as far back as six es, and what is diffi cult to dispute nowadays. As appropriate experiments show, the hemispheres may be possibly considered a psycho-physiological focus of human organism, since with their func ons such sides of human en ty are related, as the mechanisms of aim crea on and searching for the ways of achieving the aims (Simonov, 1987), energe c and informa onal regula on of people’s behavior (Ananev, 1963), empathy and refl ec on, extroversion and in- troversion, automa c and spontaneous psychic ac vity, fi rst and second signaling systems, power and weakness of nervous processes, their lability and inertness, excita on and inhibi on, I and non-I, ergotrophic and tropho- trophic func ons, voli onal and non-voli onal psychic spheres, sympathe c and parasympathe c branches of vegeta ve nervous system etc. (Golubeva, 1980). Any automa c (subconscious) ac on of a man is included in right hemispheric psychic ac vity, and non- automa c (conscious) – in le hemispheric aspects of psychic ac vity. It should be noted that right hemispheric strategy of percep on, thinking and mastering the world represents the emo onal, concrete, expressive, holis c world view which forms ambiguous poly-seman c linguis c and mo va onal context of refl ec ng reality, cor- responding with the energy-fi eld aspect of the Universe which can be characterized as con nual type of matter. On the contrary, le hemispheric percep on strategy represents abstract-logical, sign-symbolic, discursive, con- ceptual, discrete, plural world outlook which forms accurate linguis c and mo va onal context of refl ec ng the surrounding world. Such a cogni ve strategy corresponds with the substance-informa onal aspect of the Universe which can be characterized as discrete type of ma er. We may add that the right hemisphere “creates” religious-mythological, ar s c reality, awaking to life such forms of social consciousness, as religion and art. The le hemisphere “creates” scien fi c-technocra c reality, revealing science and poli cs. It should be emphasized that in onto- and phylogenies of a living being one observes the process of gradual increasing the hemispheric asymmetry (in a baby the state of func onal symmetry of cerebral cortex takes place when the hemispheres work according to the func onal pa ern of the right hemisphere), the greatest expression of which is reached at a mature age. A erwards, the hemispheric asymmetry is gradually leveled. The condi on for func onal synthesis of hemispheres is revealed when elderly person, enriched in life experience, factually trans- forms himself into a child with its plas c psyche, spontaneity, frankness and openness of percep on of the world. Here we have a generally known philosophical idea about development (thesis – an thesis – synthesis) when the third stage of the development dialec cally reiterates the fi rst one, but on the higher level of develop- ment. If we take into considera on the fact, that right hemispheric func ons focus on the present me with turning to the past, and the le one – on the present me with turning to the future, then it is possible to say that a person’s development moves quite naturally from past to future, and from the la er – to their integra on, when spacio-temporal dichotomy of the Being is eliminated and a person liberates himself from “the curse of Chronos”. On the whole, we have three major forms of comprehension of the Being according to Y. A. Urmantsev (Urmantsev, 1993) – ra onal (le -hemispheric), sensa onal (right-hemispheric) and medita ve, which incorpo- rates the fi rst and the second forms. In the state of func onal synthesis, the synchroniza on process of brain’s hemispheres – the medita on (illumina on) state displays itself (Murphy, Donovan, 1985). We can arrive at a conclusion that a person’s development proceeds from sensa onal to ra onal and from the la er to medita ve form of understanding and mastering the world. 87
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) So, the goals of educa on and the ways of reaching them become quite understandable. First of all it is evident that the state of hemispheric harmony presupposes a suffi cient developmental level of the two hemispheres. For the me being a tradi onal school rests mostly on the development of analy c le -hemispheric thinking, though the fact of certain underes ma on of the importance of emo onal and imagina ve (right-hemispheric) mechanisms of psychic ac vity in the process of educa ng is acknowledged, and the experiments convince us that right-hemispheric func on ac va on ensures a respec vely signifi cant s mulus for the development of le -hemispheric form of psychic ac vity (Russel, 1979). So, we must admit that it is urgent to work out a new paradigm of educa on which could provide the structural and dynamic unity of sensa onal-empirical and abstract-theore cal spheres, trends of personality’s actualization. Special a en on is to be paid to the evolu onal unfolding of the right-hemispheric aspect of a person. The principle of con nuity of psychic ac vity presupposes the unity of hemispheric strategies of infor- ma on processing both in the sphere of synchronic and diachronic analysis of man’s evolu on. That is why, the “basic” right-hemispheric aspect of a man, the development of imagina ve and visual thinking, the ability in empirical generaliza on in a child play a very important role in an adult’s life. They don’t represent “the tem- porary stage which is to be quickly passed by and changed by a verbal-logical thinking” (Tihomirov, 1984). The ma er lies in the fact that the le hemispheric – verbal and logical – way of thinking and fathoming the world arises from the poly-seman c, metaphorical comprehension of reality. The new educa onal paradigm based on the concept of func onal asymmetry of human brain (as well as on the spacio-temporal asymmetry of man and Universe) declares that the purpose of man’s evolu on lies on the ways of integra on of right and le aspects of psychic ac vity, in the state of harmony, illumina on, authen c comprehension of reality, in the framework of which the world appears to be a paradoxical ambivalent (and hence – dialec cal) en ty, since this state fuses into one integral synerge c wholeness all numerical dichotomies, correla ng with psycho-soma c specializa on of the hemispheres, such as sensa onal and ra onal, single and plural, sublime and profane, and many other dichotomy rows, being of mutually opposite natures, which A. Maslow defi ned as “vectorial nature of facts and the holis c nature of values” (Maslow, 1976). The process of this fusion is realized due to the use of synerge c paradigm in pedagogical science, embodied in pedagogical synerge cs. We must add that this state of integrity due to the philosophical principle of the world’s unity can be extrapolated on the whole Universe being organic oneness on its fundamental quantum level. Quantum physics shows that on the fundamental quantum level of ma er there is no diff eren a on between cause and eff ect, simple and complex, linear (classical) and cyclic (holis c) types of causa on, actual and poten al, past and future. As V.N. Pushkin (Dubrov, Pushkin, 1990) puts it, “the founda on of the ma er appears to be at the same me the founda on of life and the founda on of psychics”. On the whole, refl ec ve hemispheric strategies result, due to the world’s unity, from general ma er dichotomy of the Universe. The ma er conceptually diff eren ates into two polar types – substance and fi eld. The substance, having rest mass and certain structure, being a discrete-plural forma on, correlates with infor- ma on as plural en ty in principle, refl ected by the le hemisphere. The fi eld, having no rest mass and being, as it is, mo on in a pure form, is a holis c-con nuous en ty, correla ng with energy as a measure of mo on, and refl ected by the right hemisphere. So, the right hemisphere can be quite jus fi ably named a substratum of energe c, and the le – informa on regula on of a man taken in all wholeness of his psycho-physiological cons tuents. The analysis we have made enables to draw a scheme of polar en es of the Being based on the analysis of hemispheric strategies of world’s cogni on. Psychocorrec on can be realized in a variety of approaches: - due to the psychoanaly c approach the psychocorrec onal work is aimed at the allevia ng of the symptoms ic ng interac on between the “I” and “It” through overcoming inadequate psychological defenses; flof internal con - due to the humanis c approach the psychocorrec on is understood as the crea on of the condi ons for posi ve personal changes: personal growth, self-actualiza on; - the ac vi es approach enables to link the psychocorrec on with the forma on of a system of ac ons and a clear structuring of man’s ac vi es. The problem of the soma c and mental health of the children is the most urgent problem of our me. In this connec on, system studies aimed at developing the methodological basis of correc onal pedagogy (one of the direc ons of Ukrainian pedagogy) are important. In this respect the informa on concept of health (Voznyuk, 2012-2016), the concept of psychocorrec on of the children with au sm spectrum disorders deserve a en on (Skrypnyk, 2012). 89
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) The new paradigm of psychocorrec on, in which new promising and eff ec ve methods of psychocorrec- onal work with children with Down’s syndrome, as well as with au s c children are based on the concept of func onal asymmetry of the human cerebral hemispheres (Bragina, Dobrohotova, 1988). In this regard, we can also talk about three types of people (in their cons tu onal and psychopatho- logical dimensions), the aff ec ve-cogni ve peculiari es of whose correlate with men oned three hemispheric strategies of cogni on and development of the world. In psychology the hemispheric dualism is refl ected in a phenomenon called the “cons tu onal axis”, whose poles are E. Krechmer opposing types – cyclo mic and schizophrenic types (asthenic and hypersthenic). It is interes ng that in the no on “cyclo mic” the rela on of this type of a person to the sphere of cyclic deter- minism is given (compare with cyclic psychoses), while the no on of “schizophrenic”, that is, “being split” gives us a hint of the rela on of this type of people to the sphere of classical linear (discrete) causality (Gannushkin, 1964). These correla ons in psychiatry are embodied in the no on of “psychopathological axis”, which coor- dinates the rela onship between two polar types of mental pathologies – schizophrenia and cyclic psychoses related to the func ons of the hemispheres of human brain (Springer, Deutsch, 1997; Flor-Henry, 1978). As L.S. Vygotsky put it, the schizophrenia is characterized by “emo onal stupidity and coldness of aff ec- ve life ... a schizophrenic form of thinking is o en called symbolic, meaning that its peculiarity that it perceives nothing literally but in the allegorical way” (Vygotsky, 1984). In this regard, we can talk about the au sm of the schizoids, which stems from the lack in them the “aff ec ve resonance” to other people’s emo ons. It can be said that the schizophrenic is characterized by a plural, split le -hemispheric abstract-logical worldview in its extreme pathological expression, which manifests itself in the striving of a person who is under the power of this pathology, to classify everything, to schema ze, to atomize the world. The second type of pathology is characterized by extreme expression of an integral imaginary, sensually expressive right hemispheric worldview, which manifests itself in a tendency to “totalize” everything, crystalliz- ing the world in the form of a super-value total representa on. This understanding allows us to talk about 1) a split discrete-plural (“substance”, linearly causal) le -hemisphere and 2) an integral con nual-synthe c (“fi eld”, cyclic-causa ve, i.e. holis c) right-hemispheric types of refl ec- on of the world in their extreme, pathological expression. In this case, as L.S. Vygotsky wrote (Vygotsky, 1984), “the spli ng is regarded as a func on equally in- herent to the pathological and normal consciousness, therefore as a func on is psychological one in nature, a func on that is equally necessary in abstrac on, with inten onal a en on, in the forma on of the concepts, as well as in the emergence of a clinical picture of the schizophrenic process”. Similarly, the right hemispheric, holis c, con nual, empathic refl ec on of the world has diff erent psycho- logical “levels” (the norm, accentua on, pathology) that in their essence have a common psycho-physiological basis. Thus, P.B. Gannushkin (Gannushkin, 1964) while describing the features of the cons tu onal-depressive persons, writes that behind their “sullen shell there is usually high kindness, responsiveness and the ability to understand the spiritual movements of other people; cons tu onal-depressive persons in close circle of loved ones and surrounded by an atmosphere of sympathy and love, become light and cheerful, talka ve, even jokers and humorists, in order, however, on leaving a merry society, they take up painful digging in their spiritual wounds”. Thus, we can talk about the dichotomous structures of psychological and social phenomena, one of the most important of which illustrates the informa on theory of emo ons P.V. Simonov, which states that emo on (as a right hemisphere phenomenon) is the result of a person’s reac on to a lack of relevant informa on (le hemisphere phenomenon). V.M. Dilman (Dilman, 1987) speaks of the three main homeostasis of the organism (energy, adapta on and regulatory), which, according to this author, are the cause of three “normal” diseases (hyperadaptosis, obesity, menopause) revealing the connec on with three interrelated proper es of the organism: the ability to reproduce (procrea on), to regulate the energy fl ow (metabolism) and adapta on. This triad scheme can be compared with the triadic aesthe c diff eren a on: symbolism, roman cism, classicism. The above dichotomies can be illustrated in Fig. 1, where they reveal a fractal similarity. The concept of func onal asymmetry of the hemispheres, the psychopathological and cons tu onal axes are considered here are an important methodological basis for understanding the rela onship between au s c disorders (le hemisphere phenomenon) and Down’s disease (right hemisphere phenomenon), as well 90

Fig. 1. The correspondence of the axes refl ec ng diff erent aspects of the human being Accordingly, the Down’s disease, which can be considered a right hemispheric phenomenon, is corrected and cured (specialists know the rare cases of such cure) due to the development of the child’s opposite le hemispheric forms of mental ac vity. In this regard, let us note that in 1866 an English scien st D.L. Daun described the disease, which, among other things, manifests itself in a specifi c human appearance, according to which the scien st called this disease “Mongoloid idiocy”, no ng its “oriental” character: as the research of V.V.Arshavsky has shown, the representa- ves of the peoples living in the North-East regions of Eurasia are characterised by the rela vely increased right hemispheric ac vi es (Rotenberg, Bondarenko, 1984). That is among the na ons that have ac vated the right- brain func ons of the higher nervous ac vity, their cogni ve func on including the iconic character of their wri ng are determined by the right hemispheric dominance. Conclusions. Under such condi ons, the psycho-correc on of the “children of the sun” presupposes the ac va on of the le hemispheric beginning of their psychic ac vity (in the form of sensory ac vity characterized by the le hemisphere – rhythm, cold colors, etc.), including the development of their personality beginning due to crea ng such socio-educa onal as well as training and therapeu c environment that allows the sun-child to aware itself through the development of refl ec on and goal forma on mechanisms (the focusing on the future, that can be compared with the method of “tomorrow’s joy” worked out by A.S. Makarenko), with the help of widening the social-role repertoire). Children with au s c forms of life are characterized by the state of excessive roo ng in le hemispheric ac vity. Accordingly, this problem is corrected through increasing in the “rain children” the right-hemispheric ac vity with all therapeu c and psychological consequences that stem from this. The ar cle presents the research results aimed at gaining cogni on of the adults’s psyche in its wholeness. The psychodynamic approach, men oned in the ar cle, was founded in 1978 (Yatsenko, 2015). The study was designed to develop a method of depth cogni on of the psyche in its whole- c-prac cal achievements within various psychological approaches, oriented not only finess, synthesising scien c studies, but, above all, towards the provision of real help for people. fitowards pure scien The issue of an adequate understanding of the psyche of socially adapted people, requiring help in the individualised psychocorrec on, which aims at catalysis of the personal growth and self-actualisa on, has been rst group of researchers, however, since file open for an extended period. Development of the method of Ac ve Social-Psychological Cogni on (ASPC) presupposed focussing on the disclosure of the whole psyche func oning pa erns. Over the years, depth studies of the psyche have been conducted in a spiral shape: from a theory into prac ce – from generalisa on of the prac cal results – back to the cant for more than thirty years of research, the focus fitheory etc. Consequently, in resolving the issues remaining signi has been placed on methodological principles, which contributed to the individualisa on of diagnos c-instrumental 93

Recogni on of the wholeness of the psyche in its self-organising abili es, as the fundamental issue of the psychodynamic metho- dology, has exacerbated the problem of the “implicit order” category disclosure. In La n, the word implicitus, later form of implicātus meant hidden, implied but not plainly expressed; one that is clearly not opened; that do not fi nd by a cursory observa on (The Concise Oxford Dic onary of English Etymology, 2003). The aim of the ar cle is an a empt to reveal the central sequence of systemic organisa on of the whole psyche with its preconscious forma ons. The la ers have been preset by the eff ects of displacement and are fi xed in the corresponding power centres, which integrate and create precondi ons for the emergence of the “implicit order”, where the interconnec on of two spheres of “the conscious / the unconscious” is rooted. Methods The fi ndings, presented in the ar cle, are based on the analysis of the verba m material of the psyche’s depth studies during the process of Ac ve Social-Psychological Cogni on. The main presenta on The conscious and the unconscious arise and func on through a binomial system of rela ons. The duality of the human psyche’s structure “the conscious/the unconscious” has remained an insuffi ciently studied issue. The causes concerning the fact that none of the psyche’s spheres cannot fuc onally subs tute for each other, as well as be studied without considering the other part of the structure, are s ll unresolved. The conscious and the unconscious psyche structures exclude one another reciprocally on a func onal level and concurrently maintain their interrela onship within the unifi ed system of the psyche’s wholeness, without which they completely cease to exist as the psyche. The conscious psyche, as well as the unconscious one, gives meaning to a subject’s involuntary ac on, not because of (or through) the removal of contradic ons, but due to the ac vity within their controversial nature. A. Sheroziya demonstrates that “the binomial system of rela ons can serve a fundamental principle of the conscious and the unconscious inerrela on” (Sherozyia, 1978). We associate this interrela on in psychody- namic paradigm with the concept of the implicit order, rela ng to the boundary (horizon) of reciprocal infl uences of the conscious and the unconscious. We are convinced of this phenomenon being generated by the “forma on” beyond the experience, with the former being catalysed by the basal defence mechanisms, and manifested in the psyche’s discrepant inclina ons “towards the strength” and “towards the weakness” (Yatsenko, 2015). Features of the internal implicit order are prearranged by the ability of the specifi c individual’s psyche to follow something that is determined internally and acquires the opportunity of the experimantal clarifi ca on only under condi ons of the subject’s involuntary behaviour and its psychoanalysis in the dialogic communica on within the system “psychologist – respondent” (“P.↔R.”). “The model of the psyche’s internal dynamics” (Fig. 1) shows the implicit order marked with dots that draw the “line” of the invisible horizon. Each dot indicates the intersec on of “the ver cal” and “the horizontal” in the act of an involuntary ac vity of the subject. Regarding the data above, the implicit order is not subject to scholas c requirements of the logic, and therefore it only sets the dynamics of “following the…”. It lies beyond the criteria of ra onality and irra onality in the subject’s behaviour. Fig. 1. The model of the psyche’s internal dynamics 94
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 Thus, the implicit order causes the inner drive (latent mo ve) for a subject’s ac vity regardless of the ra onal or irra onal nature of behaviours. The psychodynamic paradigm, which forms the basis of the research, affi rms that the internal basal confl ict of “life – death” stands at the back of the implicit order. The consciousness has not been aware of the confl ict, as it is familiarised itself only with the ins nct for self-preserva on. The spe- cifi ed confl ict camoufl ages itself from the consciousness with the system of psychological defence mechanisms, which transforms the confl ict into certain personal contradic ons, linked to the inclina ons “to the psychologi- cal death” and to the psyche’s impotence. No wonder, G. Hegel wrote, that “every consciousness is a rela onship of dual nature; consciousness as a single rela onship in general is a contradic on” (as cited in (Sherozyia, 1978)). Regarding a person’s knowledge of their inner world, S. Leclaire men ons that it looks as if split and illogical; it disguises himself occasionally or presents itself in the mist of its imagina on (Leclaire, 1978). Therefore, the human archetypal predisposi on to symbolisa on of their psychological fundamental nature in its wholeness is evident. The image is capable of holis c representa on of the psyche’s split and dual nature. There is a world of repressed feelings, linked by S. Freud to the symbolisa on of the unconscious activity “on the other side of the consciousness”. This fact coordinates with S. Leclair’s view of the unconscious to be the “conscious- werewolf” (Leclaire, 1978). In par cular, he affi rms that if this feature of the unconscious psyche does not manifest as symbolic images of the consciousness (alienated by itself long ago), we would know nothing about it (Leclaire, 1978). Consciousness produces its own a tude to such forma ons of the psyche through the person’s a tude to themselves and to everything around. Therefore, the psychodynamic paradigm of the dialogic interac on in the scheme “P.↔R.” is built just based on these principles. The consciousness may be interpreted as using the defence system to mask the controversial nature of the psyche. Because of the image symbols such as reveries, art, religion, dreams, lucid dreams etc., the conscious ackowledges exoginous mani- festa on of the mysterious desires under condi ons of masking (hiding) their contents, which are protected by resistance not allowing any access to the latent contents of the psyche. For example, while under hypnosis, a person does something unconsciously, although able to ra onalise grounds of that behaviour later on, even if the fact of ra onalisa on is concealed from their consciousness. We concur with A. Sheroziya that “... it is necessary to treat the unconscious psyche as to what may be per- ceived as a kind of the “an consciousness” (Sherozyia, 1978). According to the scien st, the repressed conscious is similar to the actors, who have le the scene, though later they need to get back, but obviously wearing diff erent ou its and playing another role, thus unrecognisable by the consciousness. The conscious is not aware either of their disappearance, or their return. The consciousness most probably does not correlate those who “get back” with those who have gone before, because such informa on has not been available to it under any circumstances and in any form. Otherwise, the “actors” could neither leave the stage of the conscious, nor return to it. The consciousness would create barriers by its interven on. We can agree with A. Sheroziya’s assump on that the “stage performance”, which forms the contents of the conscious, is inlikely to take place without these “actors’ movements”. The interdependence of the two spheres of the psyche can be fi gura vely refl ected when they compen- sate for each other, when they mutually exclude one another, and when they cer fy inaliable character of each other. Consequently, we can present the wholeness of the psyche we seek to learn focussing on the invisible horizon of the informa onal tangent point. In the psychodynamic paradigm we have been developing for many years (Sherozyia, 1978; Yatsenko, 2006; Yatsenko, 2015; Yatsenko, 2016), due to the necessity for the psyche’s wholeness cogni on, the principle of complimentarity has been introduced as an underlying ini al point of the psyche’s wholeness disclosure. N. Bohr (1927) formulated the principle of complimentarity within the fi eld of quantum mechanics. In psycho- dynamic paradigm, it was adapted to the specifi c subjec vity of the object of cogni on and divided into two principles: the principle of inseparable character of the spheres of the conscious and the unconscious, and the principle of “from the other”. The la er was outlined using a number of requirements a psychologist should follow in the process of diagnos c-correc ve interac on with a respondent (Yatsenko, 2015). The fundamental aspect of this principle is the necessity to provide a respondent with an opportunity to manifest spontaneous ac- vity, which naturally objec fi es the effi ciency’s depth causes. As A. Sheroziya men oned, that “in spontaneity of behaviour, the unconscious acts as the stability of the other logic, which renews itself persistently, which is the solely energe cally powerful logic, however never unifi ed” (Sherozyia, 1978). Consequently, it is clear, that there is no fi ght for priori es of the conscious or the unconscious logic because of their existence in diff erent func onal systems, which do not allow them to be reciprocally sterilised, s ll being detected through their own integra on into the subject’s spontaneous behaviour. It would be incor- rect to reduce ar fi cially the logics men oned above to the “common denominator” during a psycho-correc on 95
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) process, which is a priori impossible. Their unity is no ceable only in the psyche’s implicit order that becomes extended, visible and observed in a subject’s behaviour. A language of the conscious, invisible for itself produces latent dialec cs of rela onships set by the “other logic”, where the categories of me, space, sex and causality func on in a diff erent way than in the conscious. Here, mnemonic imprints, ie centres of the repressed feelings, play a signifi cant role in their synthesis with the psyche’s archetypal nature that encloses the wisdom of previous genera ons and has the ability to manifest in the subject’s individual experience. The psyche’s archetypal nature is manifested in the visualised and objec- fi ed representa on of the subject using an arsenal of images characteris c to its individualised world of the living and inanimate nature, and which can convey the informa on equivalents, ie the “contents” of psyche within the “other body”. S. Leclaire marks that “it would be naive to a ribute localisa on of these archetypal imprints of human history only to the brain, as they are imprinted into the world everywhere” (Leclaire, 1978). It is impossible to categorise them, because the archetypes become relevant (“alive”) only in associa on with the unconscious mnemonic imprints. These associa ons provide each individual with the psyche’s characteris c uniqueness in its archetypal, ie objec fi ed ma festa on. In solving the problem of the psyche’s depth cogni on, a dialogue as a psychologist’s tool in the ASPC diagnostic and correc on plays a crucial role. (Yatsenko, 2006; Yatsenko, 2015; Yatsenko, 2016). However, without any diagnos cally adequate word correla on with direc on of the unconscious energy poten al, the dialogue would involve merely lifeless le ers sta cally fi xing the process of cogni on, which is beyond the procedural extension. Even though, the logic of the unconscious is dis nguished by the paradoxical nature, the cogni on of which becomes possible only with the par cipa on of the language of the conscious. Each of the systems of the “con- scious / unconscious” logic makes contact with one another and par cipates in the other system; yet, the out- comes do not reduce to any of them alone! Contact of the psyche’s areas is even harder to perceive, than to catch the waves in the sound space. Here, we can reveal the signifi cance of the problem of a dual unifying chain of the conscious and the unconscious interac on, which seems to be magically invisible, but obvious in the impera ve of the infl uence on the behaviour of the subject of the psyche’s implicit order. It is objec fi ed especially clearly when a subject works with some classic pain ngs replicas. During such a spontaneous ac vity, a respondent can arrange in a hierarchy, rank selected pain ngs replicas in order of personal importance quickly and easily. A diagnos c- correctional dialogue follows the implicit order and simultaneously contributes to its revealing. The category of “implicit order” is barely represented in the scien fi c psychological and philosophical literature. However, the ASPC prac ce proves the category to be Ariadne’s thread leading to the key of solving problems of the subject’s psyche’s depth cogni on in the most advantageous, and hence, the least emo onally devasta ng and most internally mo va ng way. In fact, we can consider an issue of harmonisa on of the psychologist’s eff orts with the immanent willing- ness and capability of psyche to support the process by the ability to organise and arrange the material, which is condi oned by its internal incen vised ini a ve. The explana on is as follows: the psyche’s dysfunc ons are caused by the energe c impera ve of the imprints of the experienced hardships such as life dramas, “incomp- lete childhood dilemmas” that are synthesised in the implicit order. If psychologists follow the implicit order, they choose the most energy saving thus most advantageous way in the depth cogni on. In the dialogic interac- on with a respondent, we rely on the fact that the psyche is aware of everything (only the conscious is not), although, the psyche is not reduced to the conscious. This universal truth can be confi rmed by the process of the suffi cient transforma on of the ideal (mental) reality into the visualised representa ons, including pictures, objects or words, as well as self-presenta on with the personally selected of classical pain ngs replicas. We can affi rm that the informa onal equivalents link an ideal and an objec fi ed reality together by a seman c load of representa ons that is impossible beyond the implicit order. The psyche is familiar with its peculiar seman c baggage that jus fi es the psychologist’s inten ons to “follow the respondent”. Implicit order – is a “following the...” concept. It is invisible and uncontrolled from the outside organisa- on of spontaneous manifesta ons of the the respondent’s ac vity. It involves the latent determinism of ac - vity’s depth impulses, and which is important for a psychologist not only in order to understand and forecast based on all probabil es, but also to take into account when asking the respondents the ques ons, which should trigger an impulse for ac vity, which based on the unconscious mo va on. The strict sequence of the implicit order manifesta on and methodological importance of its consi- deration within the diagnos c-correc ve prac ce is explained by the fact that the order is formed involuntarily (beyond the control of consciousness) and has an ability to express generally the individual uniqueness of the 96
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 psyche’s func oning. Implicit order cannot be either wiped, or modifi ed, or distorted, because it has not been wri en in advance and do not belong to any animate substratum; it is determined by the intersec on, the interference of power grids, which are maintained by certain integrated Meta-meanings, applicable both to the conscious and the unconscious. That is why, the implicit order is manifested in the energy potency of a subject’s spontaneous ac vity, which declares its loca on beyond “scholas c” requirements of any logic, whether of the conscious or of the unconscious (the ”other logic”). The prac ce of the psyche’s wholeness depth cogni on proves that the implicit order is inherent to it immanently. It is obviously confi rmed by the established a subject’s ability to arrange selected pain ngs replicas in a hierarchy according to their importance. This procedure enhances and accelerates the psychoanaly c pro- cess of cogni on. Procedural-diagnos c prognoses can be determined and carried out considerably intensely and speedily, easily and accurately. Moreover, they can be confi rmed under condi ons of understanding and actualising a respondent’s capabili es to establish the sequence in using visualised, objec fi ed material in the analy cal diagnos c-correc onal process. Psychodynamic paradigm proves the psyche to possess the archetypal latent meanings that are objec fi ed in a dialogue verbally and facilitate the subject’s awareness of them through the personal involvement in the presenta on procedure. In other words, the long-term prac ce convinces that the objec fi ed material may be arranged in an indestruc ble sequence set by the implicit order and in accordance to the the respondent’s priority ini a ve based on the signifi cance of seman c loads. A respondent cannot explain inten onally what have caused the hierarchy arrangements of the visualised material, various pictures in par cular, to be done exactly that way. Therefore, the respondent’s psyche has a seman c signifi cance according to pictures presented. It is supported by psychoanalysis, which reveals the perfect arrangement of the material, depending on the seman- c parameters that a priori (before analysis) were not known either to a respondent, or to a psychologist. And the procedure of their psychoanaly c cogni on took place through a dialogic interac on (gradually and through various levels) and the analy cal interac on “P. ↔R.”. We suppose that the language of the psyche in its wholeness is manifested in the meanings, where both spheres (the conscious / the unconscious) are integrated func onally rather than in the images, symbols (lan- guage of the unconscious). It becomes a representa on within the invisible, but almost concrete, implicit order, which is independent from the means of a subject’s self-presenta on, ie it is posi oned over the experience and over the set sense. The la er provides a psychologist with the broad opportuni es to use certain means of depth cogni on, which will dri to the clearway of the implicit order. This contributes to clarifi ca on of the psychoanaly c fi ndings’ reliability. A psychologist, who ini ates a respondent’s spontaneous ac vity, may not be afraid of breaking the cogni ve basis of any specifi c-diagnos c conclusions. In the process of the respon- dent’s pictures analysis, a psychologist can ini ate a psychodrama fragment, stones modelling, or non-verbal exercises – the same implicit order of a par cular person psyche will be obvious in every ac vity. The prac ce provides evidence that the pain ngs replicas contribute to the precise manifesta on of the implicit order, appa- rently, because of the authorial pictures’ psychologising. A er all, any ar s c pain ng comprises an emo onal signifi cance for the person behind. The number of such replicas enables a psychologist to iden fy priori es of the psyche’s direc on according to the parameters of the basic confl ict “life-death”. A psychocorrec on proce- dure in the ASPC groups catalyses psychocorrec onal refocus towards “life”. Our experience of more than thirty-fi ve years of the psyche’s depth cogni on demonstrates that due to the objec ve laws of its internal organisa on, ac vity is set by the factors of seman c signifi cance, and the un- awareness of them is not an obstacle to the depth cogni on. These factors are manifested independently in the invariant, intera ve characteris cs of the respondent spontaneous behaviour, which is holis cally interpretable. The conscious usually resists the revealing of the uncounscious seman c parameters. It proves the existence of the logics contradic on comprising the logic of the conscious and the logic of the unconscious (the “other logic”). The paradoxical fact here is that the implicit order does not solve the problem of ensuring the psyche’s whole- ness, though, it expresses it holis cally through the coherence and con nuity of the energy impulses driving to the “following the…”state in the empirical space. In addi on, it sets the respondent’s intrinsic mo va on to the process of depth cogni on. The implicit order cannot be objec fi ed in a “pure form”, as a given no on, auto- nomously from empirical procedural interac on within the system “P. ↔ R.”. The la er becomes complicated because that “following the...” does not involve objec fying the nature of the subject’s spontaneous internal arrangements. The unconscious can be objec fi ed depending on the context and under condi ons of involun- tary behaviour. As the implicit order is predetermined by the unconscious; it [the order] always has an energy force that determines the sequen al effi ciency of the mo va onal cause for the dialogic-analy cal interac on. 97
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) To conclude every aspect men oned, we should state that in the “P.↔ R.” dialogic interac on, the implicit order aff ects to sequence of a subject’s behaviour dynamics. All data discussed allow us to diff eren ate between the process of depth cogni on and the experimental- scholas c study, where the researcher determines the order of experimental procedure in advance. The leader of the depth cogni on (a psychologist) is a “slave” following the con nuum of a subject’s extensive ac vity. Under such circumstances, psychologists fulfi l themselves competently through the professional-informa onal suitability of the ques ons to the respondent. The ques ons are set on a probabilis c prognosis. Therefore, a psycho- correctional dialogue diff ers from a dialogue in its typical meaning of the informa on coveyance and exchange. In the ASPC, the informa on needs to be acquired based on the combina on of diagnosis and correc on, their measured use on various levels. A psychologist involved in the procedure specifi es only the backgrounds of objec fying and fi nding informa on of the depth cogni on in accordance to the dynamics of a dialogic interac- on within an immanent sequence of a respondent’s spontaneous ac vity. This enables the longitudinal inter- preta on of the respondent’s overall behavioural material. The psychologist’s interac on with the respondent actualises the detec on sequence of seman c parameters in spontaneity of the ac vity. The ques ons’ diagnos- c capacity of the given format is manifested in arousal of the mo va onal impulse of energy in accordance to meanings of seman c loads causing the impulses to act. A psychologist’s diagnos c accuracy is successful when their ini a ves meet the requirements of the implicit order including and considering all the previous behavioural material of the respondent from the begin- ning of the session. This determines the predic ve founda on for the psychologist’s next step and the catalysing power of the ques ons in triggering the respondent to ac vity. The implicit order exists in concordance with the energy potency of the respondent’s mo va on to the “P.↔R.” interac on. The respondent’s ac vity de- pends not only on the mo va onal forces of the latent characteris cs and their impact on behaviour, but also on the ini a ves’s arousal caused by certain visualised tools that act as the depth cogni on mediator. As I. Prigogine pointed out “...there is a need for a dialogue with the nature for its cogni on” (Prigogine, Stengers, 1986). This means that a psychologist not only can but also should infl uence the depth cogni on through a suffi cient diag- nosis, where the major assistant is probabilis c prognosis of the psyche’s implicit order. At the same me, the psychologist either can have or do have no professional rights to set and to infl uence the content of spontaneity, as well as to place accents independently beyond the predetermined order of the respondent’s involuntary ac- vity. The psychodynamic dialogue, on one hand, takes into considera on the subject’s energy potency mani- fested in the implicit order, and on the other hand, it is conducted under condi ons of the ini al opacity and obscurity of the individually predetermined respondent’s behaviour, especially under condi ons of the indepen- dent selec on of ar s c pain ngs replicas from an off ered range. In order to ensure the probabilis c prognosis and to predict the respondent’s behaviour risks, a psychologist should acquire skills in diagnos c-correc onal prac ces oriented to the respondent’s behaviour, which has been catalysed by the implicit order as the adept of the tangent nature of both areas of the psyche. This will provide the psychologist with the opportunity to get closer to the cogni on of the seman cs of the impera ve of certain “depth” psyche features that defi ne the transit of the life diffi cul es experienced by the subject, and exist beyond the effi ciency period of the “imprint eff ects” (fi xa ons). The priority of the dialogue (the way and sequence of the ques ons asked) over any other methodological techniques can be explained by the ability to reveal the depth psyche features in involuntary behaviours and ac vi es. The dialogue also prevents the psychologist from imposing the false “truths” upon the respondent. The transi onal and fi nal chains of the psychologist’s interpreta ve generalisa ons of the respon- dent’s spontaneous-behavioural material can assist in this procedure. Thus, in the depth cogni on, the psychologist acts as a trigger of the intrinsic-mo va onal impulses of the subject’s ac vity focussed on the representa ve self-visualising and objec fying their self-percep on. The ASPC organisa onal se ngs are crucial from the point of view of introducing a number of principles, namely absence of cri cism, judgements in black and white categories, imposed instruc ons, pieces of advice etc. The research demonstrates that the subject’s energy ac vity is infl uenced by the imprints of a perina- tal, pre-lingual period of a person’s development, which represents an addi onal argument for using non-verbal methods able to objec fy engrams, not represented verbally, fi xa ons of a pre-lingual period in depth knowledge. The interpreta on of the behavioural material obtained in spontaneous dialogic interac on makes it possible to reveal the contradic on between the logic of the conscious (declara on of a person’s desires and aspira ons) and the logic of behaviour. Analy cal interpreta ons of results encompass both verbal statements and nonverbal representants (pain ngs, moldings, stone cra s), which acquire the interpre ve equality in the 98
American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) ISSN 2474-9397 process of generalisa ons of the total behavioral material. The la er is understandable if the research focusses on the horizon of the tangent point of both areas of the psyche and considers their func onal incompa bility. If psychologists do not s ck to such methodological requirements in some types of ac vity, for example art- therapy, they are reduced only to visualisa on without further psychoanalysis. It nullifi es the possibili es to use the psyche’s willingess to “cooperate” in the process of its depth cogni on. The professionalism of a psychologist is in the ability to catalyse the process of dialogic achievements, to accumulate diagnos cally credible behavioural material that requires cu ng off “noise” behavioural material that is not essen al for depth cogni on of the psyche, for example philosophical or academical musings. It is im- portant to understand that under certain condi ons, a visualised representant (drawings, moldings etc.) may be shi ed to the category of “mediator” of depth cogni on. That fact is linked to subjec fying emo onal contents of a visualised representant with the individualised meaning. The presence of the impera ve energy of the “striving to the surface” unconscious manifesta on con- di ons is combined with the uncertainty of the subject’s behaviour forms. Consequently, it is signifi cant to understand the possibility of actualisa on the resistance mechanisms blocking the manifesta ons of the psy- che’s seman c aspects that are dangerous for the Ego’s self-esteem. The duty of a psychologist is to neutralise the resistance mechanisms, to move them apart, to alleviate and to weaken them. Abili es of the psychologist to make predic ons are meaningless without a sensible a tude to the psyche’s internal implicit order. The pro- per a tude contributes to the effi ciency of asking diagnos cally correct ques ons and making sugges ons to a respondent concerning the experience visualisa on based on the involuntary ac vity. Spontaneous objec fi ca on of the psyche’s unconscious meanings meets the requirements of the laws of the psyche’s posi ve disintegra on and its secondary integra on at the upper level of the subject’s psyche development. In the process of psychoanalysis, it is essen al to consider the unconscious as “striving to the surface”, on one hand, and as behaviourally camoufl aging its meanings, on the other hand. Consequently, a psy- chologist should be skilled not only in catalysing the unconscious manifesta on, but also in decoding its meaning (sense). This requires ability to make an extended analysis of the dialogue. The psychology’s coopera on with a respondent contributes to the amassing of the behavioural material, which is seman cally potent in the process of objec fying the psyche’s latent-seman c parameters requiring interpreta on. Under such condi ons, the dialogue becomes a catalyst of the psyche’s “energe c willingness” to reveal the behaviour predetermined character caused by unconscious factors. The implicit order, as men oned already, correlates with the boundary, with the so-called invisible hori- zon, the contact point of the conscious and the unconscious. With regard to the func onal incompa bility of both areas of the psyche, this order integrates the power fi elds “from both sides” (the conscious/ the unconscious). Therefore, expansion of the individually unique ini a ve may be associated with the presence illogicality and irra onality of tendencies, which are infl uenced by visualisa on in the subject’s spontaneous self-presenta on. In other words, the sequen al expansion of the respondent’s behaviour does not follow a logical order. This indicates the assimila on of seman c aspects of the psyche’s both areas, which are func onally incompa ble (asymmetric) by the implicit order. The implicit order objec fi es the psyche in the subject’s spontaneous be- haviour in a holis c and invisible way to the Ego. The appropriateness of the psychologist’s ques ons is sub- stan ated not only by their comprehensibility for the respondent, but also by their ability to actualise the en- erge c impulse of behaviour by “the other” area (the unconscious). Manifesta on of the implicit order can be fi gura vely comparable to the calendar, with the pages strictly arranged and that, however, can be full with the individualised and diametrically opposite contents. The psyche’s seman c parameters are unique and invisible for each respondent, as well as the sequence of their manifesta on outwards is. S. Leclaire wrote, “... the presence of “the other logic”, logic of the unconscious has been revealed only in the fi eld of the psychoanaly c experience. Moreover, it is absolutely necessary for those, who claim to conduct a thorough scien fi c study of the human psyche’s nature, to reckon with this “other logic” (Leclaire, 1978). The psychologist cannot observe and consider this exact “other logic”, as well as the implicit order in isola on. The “other logic” can be objec fi ed in the “P.↔R.” professional-dialogic interac on based on naturalness of the respondent behaviour as well as its professional catalysa on by the psychologist’s diagnos cally appropriate ques ons. Concerning the orienta on of the psychodynamic paradigm onto the “invisible horizon” of the contact of both areas, the psychologist’s understanding of the important character of the dynamics of the dialogic catalysing of the psyche’s implicit order in a par cular person is a prerequisite for a successful diagnos c-correc onal process. We can defi nitely point to an infl uen al energe c power of the unconscious in its infl uence on the nature of the 99
ISSN 2474-9397 American Journal of Fundamental, Applied & Experimental Research, 2017 / 3 (6) person’s spontaneous behavior. Expanding of the subject’s consciousness is due to the extension of recogni on of the psyche’s internal personal contradic ons that opens the prospects of fi nding a solu on. The psychocorrec onal eff ect is manifested in the psyche’s harmonising, enhancing its sensi vity and adaptability to a society. Thus, we can substan ate our a en on to the implicit order, which latently assimilates and integrates dominant “worries” of both areas, as well as coordinates dynamics of the subject’s spontaneous ac vity. The psychodynamic paradigm takes into account a programmed character of the unconscious determined by the in- exhaus ble “over defi niteness”, which indicates the need for the psychologist orienta on to the fact, that “the psyche is aware of everything”, including that the subject’s conscious Self is not. Summing up, we would like to emphasise that any act of spontaneous behaviour occurs with the assis- tance of the system of psychological defence mechanisms that camoufl age the nature of the psyche’s order. In regards to the types of the defence mechanisms iden fi ed by us, basal (“the horizontal”), and peripheral (“the ver cal”), the psyche’s single act always manifests at the junc on of “the ver cal” and “the horizontal”. In its explica on, the unconscious solves two problems: to manifest outwards and camoufl age its interests (the seman c parameters). Rebu al of this fact requires the psychologist’s skills in dialogical accomplishments of diagnos cally eff ec ve behavioural material with its consequent longitudinal interpreta on. In the process of interpreta on, verbal and nonverbal aspects of self-presenta on acquire an equival status, which corresponds to the fact of integra on of the conscious (verbal) and the unconscious (fi gura ve-symbolic) contents in the inner implicit order. The implicit order’s nature concealed from the Self ensures the order’s purity by means of infl uence of “socialisa on”, which actually gives birth to the Self. We are convinced that the energy centres of mnemonic imprints, which do not exist isolated from each other, play a foremost role in shaping the logic of the unconscious, ie the “other logic”. Such synthesis of im- prints eff ects, compared to the logic of the conscious, is caused by the process of irradia on of repressed energy, with integra on consequences to refl ects generally the category of “meta experienced” (“beyond experien al”) (Yatsenko, 2015). Because of the latent character of these processes, we cannot cognise this or that mnemonic imprint of repression as an autonomous factor in the subject’s behaviour. The process of synthesis is abstracted from the thema cally situa onal aspects of behaviour: it sets the vector of the subject’s internal willingness to act. Moreover, we can detect the poten al of unrealised (displaced) energy, which is manifested in the subject’s ac vity impulses mo va onally linked to the implicit order right behind that vector. Therefore, the specifi cs of the repressed not available for cogni on, refers to the over experien al synthesis of the tangent point of both systems of the psyche: the conscious / the unconscious. Methodological strictness of depth cogni on is manifested in the adherence to the established psyche’s aspects that open up in the unique dynamics for each subject. As a result, the individualised psychocorrec on eff ect is achieved through the objec fi ca on of informa on, which has been beyond percep on, and which opens the prospects of resolving internal stabilised contradic ons set by the subject and s mulates personal harmonisa on (homeostasis) of the psyche at all levels including structural, energe cal and func onal ones. In lieu of conclusions: Let us appreciate the subject’s psyche for “being aware of everything” and for allowing a professional to rely on it in the process of giving the subject diagnos c-correc onal help through expanding social-perceptual knowledge, as well as developing refl ec ve intelligence. Special recogni on goes to the implicit order for its objec vity and ability to catalyse the process of depth cogni on and self-knowledge of a respondent energe cally. This mo vates and op mises the “P.↔R.” dialogical interac on and off ers the prospects of the psyche’s scien fi c cogni on. Addi onal gra tude goes to the Self for its social progressive character and aspira ons to expand of knowledge about itself; for mo va on for self-cogni ve interest; for the ability to create the psyche’s represen- ta ve visualisa on in its objec fi ed forms, which are informa onal equivalents. The subject’s consciousness deserves apprecia on for the following: • non-interference in the displacement processes of the preconsciousness (the unconscious) forma on specifying the objec ve nature of the psyche’s depth parameters; • the community (an nomy) of rela onships of the psyche’s substructures (not just the antagonism of the Super-Ego and the Id); • the psyche’s opportuni es to preserve of informa onal equivalents in the process of transforma on of the ideal [the psyche’s one] reality into the objec ve (available for the researcher in order to perceive and inter- pret) determined by the ac vity of the language of the fi gura ve-symbolic representa ons archetypes; • reciprocal func onal involvement of the areas the conscious and the unconscious with the invisible boundaries (horison) of a contact point of the psyche’s areas, maintaining their autonomy and func onal 100
