‫ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدى در ﺑﺎزى ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﺟﺰء ورزش ﻫﺎى ﻣﺪرن ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد و اوﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﺎر از اﻧﮕﻠﺴﺘﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ‪ : Ace‬اﯾﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم زﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﻣﻰ رود ﮐﻪ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﻮپ‬ ‫آﻣﺪ و اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺲ اوﻟﯿﻦ ﮐﺸﻮرى ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻃﺮﻓﺪاران زﯾﺎدى را در ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺟﺬب ﮐﺮد و اﯾﻦ اﺗﻔﺎق ﺑﺮاى اوﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﺎر در ﻟﻨﺪن در ﺳﺎل ‪1877‬‬ ‫ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ را ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دﻫﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ زﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻔﺘﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ‪ :Approach‬اﯾﻦ اﺻﻄﻼح زﻣﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮد‬ ‫اﻓﺘﺎد‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﻫﻢ اﮐﻨﻮن در ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﺎت اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺣﻀﻮر دارد و از ﺳﺎل ‪1988‬‬ ‫ﺧﻮدش را ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮر زﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫از ﺳﺌﻮل اﯾﻦ اﺗﻔﺎق رخ داد و اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﺳﺎل در اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ورزش را‬ ‫ﺑﮏ ﻫﻨﺪ‪ :‬اﯾﻦ اﺻﻄﻼح زﻣﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺸﺖ دﺳﺖ ﻓﺮد رو‬ ‫از اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﺣﺬف ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ‪ ،‬ﭼﻮن ﮐﻪ ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮاى ﺑﺮد و ﺑﺎﺧﺖ‬ ‫ﺑﻪ درﺳﺘﻰ در آن ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﻧﺸﺪه ﺑﻮد‪ .‬ﻓﺪراﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﻰ ﺗﻨﯿﺲ در ﺳﺎل‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﺟﻠﻮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 1924‬اﯾﻦ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ را ﺣﻞ ﮐﺮد و ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ دﻗﯿﻖ و ﺗﺎزه اى را ﺑﺮاى ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫ﺑﺮﯾﮏ‪ :‬ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادن ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮوﯾﺲ ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‪.‬‬ ‫وﺿﻊ ﮐﺮد و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ورزش دوﺑﺎره در اﻟﻤﭙﯿﮏ ﺣﻀﻮر داﺷﺘﻪ‬ ‫اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺑﺮﯾﮏ‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﻣﻰ رود ﮐﻪ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮدن ﺑﺎزى‬ ‫ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫دراﯾﻮ‪ :‬در ﭘﺸﺖ زﻣﯿﻦ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ‪.‬‬ ‫ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﺑﺎزى ﮐﻨﯿﻢ؟‬ ‫آﻣﻮرﺗﻰ‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮپ ﭼﺮﺧﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺑﯿﺶ‬ ‫ﺗﻨﯿﺲ را ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﻰ ﯾﺎ دو ﻧﻔﺮه ﺑﺎزى ﮐﺮد و ﻫﺪف در ﺑﺎزى ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮپ را ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﭘﺮﺗﺎب ﮐﻨﯿﻢ و اﯾﻦ ﮐﺎر ﺗﺎ ﺟﺎﯾﻰ اداﻣﻪ‬ ‫از ﺣﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮر ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺷﻮد‪.‬‬ ‫ﭘﯿﺪا ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻔﺮ ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﻮپ را ﺑﻪ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮﮔﺮداﻧﺪ و ﺗﻮپ‬ ‫ﻟﮏ‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮوﯾﺲ ﻫﺎ ﮐﺎﻣ ًﻼ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫روى زﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺎﻓﺘﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﻮرﻫﻨﺪ‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﮐﻪ ﮐﻒ دﺳﺖ ﺷﻤﺎ رو ﺑﻪ ﺟﻠﻮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺎزى ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﺳﻪ ﺳﺖ دارد و ﮐﺴﻰ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ دو ﺳﺖ را ﺑﺒﺮد‪ ،‬ﺑﺮﻧﺪه ﺑﺎزى‬ ‫ﻧﺖ‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮپ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮر ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ و در زﻣﯿﻦ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﻣﻰ اﻓﺘﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻰ ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد و ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در وﻫﻠﻪ اول ﺷﺶ ﺑﺎزى اﻧﺠﺎم‬ ‫ﺷﻮت ﻋﺒﻮرى‪ :‬زﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﮐﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﺑﻠﻨﺪ از ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﻋﺒﻮر ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ‬ ‫دﻫﯿﻢ و ﺑﺮاى ﺳﺖ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﻰ‪ ،‬ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ دو اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﺗﻔﺎوت‬ ‫و ﺑﻪ ﭘﺸﺖ ﻣﻰ اﻓﺘﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫وﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻧﮑﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﺮاى ﻣﺒﺘﺪﯾﺎن ورزش ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫اﻣﺘﯿﺎز دﻫﻰ ورزش ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺒﺮﯾﺪ‪:‬‬ ‫اﻣﺘﯿﺎزﻫﺎى ﺑﺎزى ‪ 30 ، 15‬و ‪ 40‬ﻣﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻫﺮ زﻣﺎن ﮐﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺒﺮد‪،‬‬ ‫‪ 15‬اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﻣﻰ ﮔﯿﺮد و در ﺳﺖ ﺑﻌﺪى ﺑﺎﯾﺪ اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ‪ 30‬ﺑﺮﺳﺪ و ﺑﻌﺪ ‪ 40‬و‬ ‫اﮔﺮ ﺣﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﻤﺎ ﻗﻮى ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪ ،‬ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﻰ از ﭘﺮ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ‬ ‫اﮔﺮ در ﺳﺖ دوم‪ ،‬ﻫﺮ دو ﻃﺮف اﻣﺘﯿﺎز ‪ 40‬داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺟﺎﯾﻰ ﺑﺎزى‬ ‫ﺑﺎزى ﻫﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺑﺸﻮد و اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎزى ﺑﻪ ﻫﻮﺷﯿﺎرى ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻤﺎ ﻧﯿﺎز دارد و ﺑﺎﯾﺪ‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺗﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻗﺪرى ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﯿﭻ ﺗﻮﭘﻰ از دﺳﺖ ﺗﺎن ﺧﺎرج ﻧﺸﻮد و‬ ‫ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ اﺧﺘﻼف اﻣﺘﯿﺎز آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ دو ﺑﺮﺳﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺣﺮﮐﺎﺗﻰ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻃﻨﺎب زدن و ﭘﺮش و ﮐﺸﺶ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮاﻧﯿﺪ ﭘﺎﻫﺎى ﺧﻮد‬ ‫را ﺑﺮاى ﺗﻨﯿﺲ ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺒﺨﺸﯿﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻗﻮى ﮐﺮدن دﺳﺖ ﺑﺮاى ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اى ﺷﺪن در ﺗﻨﯿﺲ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺑﺎﯾﺪ در اﯾﻦ ورزش دﺳﺖ ﻗﻮى داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﯿﺪ و ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﯿﺪ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ‬ ‫راﮐﺖ را ﻧﮕﻪ دارﯾﺪ و ﺣﺮﮐﺖ دﻫﯿﺪ‪ .‬ﺑﺮاى اﯾﻦ ﮐﺎر ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ آﻣﻮزش دارﯾﺪ و‬ ‫ﺑﺮاى ﺿﺮﺑﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮاﻧﯿﺪ روش ﻫﺎى ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﻰ را ﯾﺎد ﺑﮕﯿﺮﯾﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺖ ﺧﻮد را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دﻫﯿﺪ‪:‬‬ ‫‪IRANNO.55‬‬ ‫‪١۴‬‬ ‫‪NOVEMBER 2021‬‬

‫ﻣﮕﻪ ﻣﻰ ﺷﻪ ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎ ت ﻧﺨﻮرد؟‬ ‫ﺷﯿﺮ ﺣﺎوى ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺪن اﺳﺖ‪ ،‬ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرى ﮐﻪ ﺣﺪود ﯾﮏ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﺷﯿﺮ‪ ،‬ﻣﻰﺗﻮان ‪ 80‬ﺗﺎ ‪ 100‬درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﺪن اﻧﺴﺎن‬ ‫را در ﻃﻮل روز ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ اﻣﺎ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ در ﺑﺪن اﻧﺴﺎن ﻧﻘﺸﻰ ﻣﻬﻤﻰ دارد‪ ،‬وﺟﻮد ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﺮاى ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن و ﮐﻮدﮐﺎن در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر‬ ‫ﺿﺮورى اﺳﺖ ﭼﺮا ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاى ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﻮان و رﺷﺪ اﺳﺘﺨﻮانﻫﺎى ﺑﺪن آنﻫﺎ ﻣﻔﯿﺪ ﺑﻮده و در ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺪن در‬ ‫اﯾﻦ دوره‪ ،‬در ﺳﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎﻟﻰ و ﺑﺰرﮔﺴﺎﻟﻰ ﺑﺎ ﭘﻮﮐﻰاﺳﺘﺨﻮان ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﻧﺨﻮاﻫﻨﺪ ﺷﺪ‪ .‬ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺪن اﻧﺴﺎن در ﻃﻮل روز‬ ‫ﺣﺪود ‪ 800‬ﺗﺎ ‪ 1200‬ﻣﯿﻠﻰﮔﺮم اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﯾﮏ ﻟﯿﻮان ﺷﯿﺮ ﺣﺪود ‪ 300‬ﻣﯿﻠﻰﮔﺮم ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﺪن را ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﻰﮐﻨﺪ ﯾﺎ ﺑﻪﻋﺒﺎرتدﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒ ًﺎ ﯾﮏﺳﻮم ﻧﯿﺎز‬ ‫ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﺪن را ﻣﻰﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ‪ .‬ﻋﻮارض ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ در ﺑﺪن اﻧﺴﺎن ﻣﻰﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرىﻫﺎى ﻧﻈﯿﺮ راﺷﯿﺘﯿﺴﻢ در‬ ‫ﮐﻮدﮐﺎن‪ ،‬ﺳﺘﺌﻮ ﻣﺎﻻﺳﻰ در ﻣﯿﺎنﺳﺎﻟﻰ و اﺳﺘﺌﻮﭘﺮوز در ﺑﺰرﮔﺴﺎﻟﻰ ﺷﻮد؛ ﻟﺬا ﻣﻰﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺷﯿﺮ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎﺳﺖ‪ ،‬ﭘﻨﯿﺮ‪ ،‬ﺑﺴﺘﻨﻰ ﯾﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﺮاوردهﻫﺎى ﻟﺒﻨﻰ از اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرىﻫﺎ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮى ﮐﺮد‪.‬‬ ‫ﺧﻄﺮ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﺳﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮى از ﭘﻮﮐﻰ اﺳﺘﺨﻮان‬ ‫ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ و ﭼﺮﺑﻰ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﻰ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت ﮐﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان‬ ‫اﺳﯿﺪ ﻟﯿﻨﻮﻟﺌﯿﮏ ﮐﻨﺠﻮﮐﻪ )‪ (CLA‬ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻰﺷﻮد‪ ،‬ﺟﺰ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت اﺻﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺑﺮاى اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺗﻮده اﺳﺘﺨﻮاﻧﻰ ﺑﺪن دﭼﺎر ﺗﺨﻠﺨﻞ ﻧﺸﻮد و ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ‬ ‫ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن روده ﺑﺰرگ اﺳﺖ‪ .‬ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﮏ ﮔﺰارش‬ ‫اﺳﺘﺨﻮاﻧﻰ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺒﯿﻌﻰ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻦ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻰﯾﺎﺑﺪ‪ ،‬اداﻣﻪ‬ ‫از ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺳﺮﻃﺎن آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ‪ ،‬راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﮑﻮﺳﻰ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ و‬ ‫ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺘﻌﺪدى در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد‪ .‬ﯾﮑﻰ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻮارد‬ ‫آن ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﮐﺎﻓﻰ ﺑﺮاى ﺑﺪن اﺳﺖ‪ .‬ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت و ﺷﯿﺮ ﯾﮑﻰ از اﺻﻠﻰﺗﺮﯾﻦ‬ ‫اﺑﺘﻼء ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن روده ﺑﺰرگ وﺟﻮد دارد‪.‬‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دﯾﮕﺮ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮى از ﺳﺮﻃﺎن وﺟﻮد وﯾﺘﺎﻣﯿﻦ ‪ D‬در ﺷﯿﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در‬ ‫ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﻰ و ﺧﻮراﮐﻰ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ رﺷﺪ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﻰ و ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮى از ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﻧﻘﺶ دارد‪ .‬اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﺑﻪﺧﺼﻮص‬ ‫در اﻓﺮادى ﮐﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻗﻠﯿﻤﻰ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﺑﺶ ﻧﻮر ﮐﻢ زﻧﺪﮔﻰ ﻣﻰﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺣﺎﺋﺰ‬ ‫‪ .2‬ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل اﺑﺘﻼء ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺷﯿﺮ‬ ‫اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺷﻮاﻫﺪ ﻣﺤﮑﻤﻰ وﺟﻮد دارد ﻣﺒﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺷﯿﺮ ﻣﻰﺗﻮاﻧﺪ از ﺑﺮوز‬ ‫ﺳﺮﻃﺎن روده ﺑﺰرگ و ﺳﯿﻨﻪ در زﻧﺎن ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮى ﮐﻨﺪ‪ .‬ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺑﺮ‬ ‫‪ .3‬ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت‬ ‫روى ﺣﺪود ﭘﻨﺠﺎه ﻫﺰار ﻣﺮد در ﺳﻮﺋﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺮداﻧﻰ ﮐﻪ‬ ‫روزاﻧﻪ ‪ 1.5‬ﻟﯿﻮان ﺷﯿﺮ ﯾﺎ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻰﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﺧﻄﺮ اﺑﺘﻼء ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﺗﺎ‬ ‫از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺧﻮاص ﻟﺒﻨﯿﺎت ﺑﺮاى ﺑﺪن اﻧﺴﺎن ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ اﺳﺖ‪ .‬ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺳﻰ و ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از ﮐﺴﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از دو ﻟﯿﻮان در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺷﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﻧﺎﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ در ﻃﻮل زﻧﺪﮔﻰ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل اﺑﺘﻼء ﺑﻪ ﭘﻮﮐﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻰﮐﺮدﻧﺪ‪ .‬ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ در ﻧﺮوژ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺮادى‬ ‫اﺳﺘﺨﻮان ﻣﻰﺷﻮد‪ .‬ﺑﺴﯿﺎرى از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻰدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻠﺴﯿﻢ‬ ‫ﮐﻪ از ﮐﻮدﮐﻰ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺰرﮔﺴﺎﻟﻰ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺷﯿﺮ را اداﻣﻪ ﻣﻰدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ در ﻣﻌﺮض‬ ‫ﻧﺎﮐﺎﻓﻰ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﻮان‪ ،‬ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺳﺮﯾﻊ ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﻮان و‬ ‫‪IRANNO.55‬‬ ‫‪١٢‬‬ ‫‪NOVEMBER 2021‬‬

‫ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﭽﻪ و ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ‬ ‫ﮔﻠﯿـــــﻢ‬ ‫ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ ﻧﻮﻋـﻰ ﻓـﺮش ﺑـﺪون ﭘـﺮز اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﺎ درﮔﯿـﺮى ﺗﺎروﭘـﻮد ﺑـﻪ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕـﺮ‬ ‫اﯾﺠـﺎد ﻣﯿﺸـﻮد ‪ .‬ﻣﻌﻤـﻮﻻ ﺗـﺎر آن ﭘﻨﺒـﻪ و ﭘﺸـﻢ وﮔﺎﻫـﻰ ﻧـﺦ اﺑﺮﯾﺸـﻢ و ﭘـﻮد آن‬ ‫از ﻧﺨﻬـﺎى ﭘﺸـﻤﻰ و ﮐـﺮك و اﺑﺮﯾﺸـﻢ ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت رﻧﮕـﻰ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﻣـﻰ ﺷـﻮد‬ ‫‪ .‬اﯾـﻦ ﻓـﺮش در زﺑـﺎن ﻓﺎرﺳـﻰ ﻧﺎﻣﻬـﺎى ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔـﻰ دارد‪ .‬ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ در اﻓﻐﺎﻧﺴـﺘﺎن ‪-‬‬ ‫ﮔﯿﻠﯿـﻢ در اوﮐﺮاﯾـﻦ ‪-‬ﺑـﺪاس در ﻗﻔﻘـﺎز ‪ -‬ﻟﯿـﺎط در ﺳـﻮرﯾﻪ و ﻟﺒﻨـﺎن ‪ -‬ﭼﯿﻠﯿـﻢ‬ ‫در روﻣﺎﻧـﻰ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿـﻦ ﮐﯿﻠﯿـﻢ در ﺗﺮﮐﯿـﻪ و ﻟﻬﺴـﺘﺎن و ﻣﺠﺎرﺳـﺘﺎن و ﻋﺮﺑﺴـﺘﺎن‬ ‫از ﺟﻤﻠـﻪ ﻧﺎﻣﻬـﺎى ﻣﺘﻔـﺎوت أن اﺳـﺖ ‪.‬‬ ‫اﻧﻮاع ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ‪:‬ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺑﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد‪:‬‬ ‫ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﭽﮥ ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﺑﺎﻓﯽ‬ ‫اﻧﺴــﺎن از زﻣــﺎن ﻫــﺎى ﮐﻬــﻦ از ﭘﻮﺳــﺖ ﺣﯿﻮاﻧﺎﺗﻰ ﮐــﻪ ﺷــﮑﺎر ﻣــﯽ‬ ‫ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺎف ‪ :‬در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع ﮔﻠﯿﻢ‪ ،‬ﭘﻮدﻫﺎ ﯾﮑﻰ در ﻣﯿﺎن از ﻻﺑﻪ ﻻى ﺗﺎر‬ ‫ﮐـﺮده ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﭘﻮﺷـﺶ و ﻣﺤﺎﻓـﻆ ﺑـﺪن در ﻣﻘﺎﺑـﻞ ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮات ﺟـﻮي‬ ‫)ﭼﻠﻪ( ﻋﺒﻮر ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ‪ .‬اﯾﻦ ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﯾﮏ روﺳﺖ و ﺑﺮاى ﺑﺎﻓﺖ آن ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ“‬ ‫و ﻧﯿـﺰ ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان زﯾـﺮ اﻧـﺪاز اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﻣـﯽ ﮐـﺮده و ﺑـﻪ ﺗﺪرﯾـﺞ ﺑـﺎ رواج‬ ‫از ﻧﻘﺸﻪ از ﻗﺒﻞ آﻣﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﻰ ﺷﻮد‪ .‬ﻧﻘﻮش ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺎف‪،‬‬ ‫داﻣــﺪارى و رﯾﺴــﯿﺪن ﭘﺸــﻢ‪ ،‬ﺑﺎﻓﺘــﻦ در ﻣﯿــﺎن ﻗﺒﺎﯾــﻞ اﺑﺘﺪاﺋــﻰ رواج‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ“ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻰ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻧﺪرت ﻧﻘﻮش ﻣﻨﺤﻨﻰ در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع ﮔﻠﯿﻢ دﯾﺪه‬ ‫ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد‪ .‬ﮔﺎﻫﻰ روى ﮔﻠﯿﻢ ﻫﺎﺋﻰ ﺑﺎ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻟﯿﺎف رﻧﮕﻰ‬ ‫ﯾﺎﻓـﺖ و ﺟـﺰو اوﻟﯿـﻦ ﻫﻨﺮﻫـﺎ و ﺻﻨﺎﯾـﻊ ﻗﺒﯿﻠـﻪ اى ﺑـﻪ ﺷـﻤﺎر آﻣـﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻫـﺮ ﭼﻨـﺪ ﺑـﻪ روﺷـﻨﻰ ﻣﺸـﺨﺺ ﻧﯿﺴـﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﻧﺨﺴـﺘﯿﻦ ﺑـﺎر در ﮐﺠـﺎ و‬ ‫ﭘﺸﻢ‪ ،‬ﻧﻘﻮﺷﻰ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﻰ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎ“ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻰ اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ ﭼـﻪ ﻗـﻮم و ﻗﺒﯿﻠـﻪ اى ﺑﺎﻓـﺖ ﭘﺎرﭼـﻪ ﻫـﺎى اوﻟﯿـﻪ ﮐـﻪ ﻫﻤﺰﻣـﺎن ﺑـﺎ‬ ‫ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ ﺑﺮﺟﺴـﺘﻪ ‪ :‬اﯾـﻦ ﻧـﻮع ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ داراى زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ اى ﺳـﺎده ﻣـﻰ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ‬ ‫ﺷـﺮوع ﺑﺎﻓـﺖ ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ ﺑـﻮده ﺻـﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻣـﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳـﺎس ﮐﺎوش ﻫﺎى ﺑﺎﺳـﺘﺎن‬ ‫وﻟـﻰ ﻃـﺮح اﺻﻠـﻰ ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﻗﺎﻟـﻰ ﭘـﺮزدار اﺳـﺖ‪ .‬ﺑﺪﯾﻨﺼـﻮرت ﮐـﻪ از روى‬ ‫ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﯽ ﺷـﻮاﻫﺪى از ﺑﺎﻓﻨﺪﮔـﯽ در ﻣﯿـﺎن ﺳـﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﻓـﻼت اﯾـﺮان و ﺳـﺮزﻣﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﻧﻘﺸـﻪ ﻗﺎﻟـﻰ‪ ،‬ﺑـﺮ روى ﭼﻠـﻪ ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ ﮔـﺮه زده ﻣـﻰ ﺷـﻮد و در ﭘﺎﯾـﺎن ﭘـﺮز‬ ‫ﻫـﺎى ﻫﻤﺠـﻮار ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪه‪.‬از ﺟﻤﻠـﻪ در ﻏﺎرﻫﺎي ﺟﻨـﻮب ﺷـﺮﻗﻰ درﯾﺎي‬ ‫ﻣﺎزﻧـﺪران ) ﻏـﺎر ﮐﻤﺮﺑﻨـﺪ و ﻫﻮﺗـﻮ در ﻧﺰدﯾﮑـﯽ ﺑﻬﺸـﻬﺮ ( آﺛـﺎرى ﭘﯿـﺪا ﺷـﺪه‬ ‫اﺿﺎﻓـﻰ ﭼﯿـﺪه ﻣـﻰ ﺷـﻮد‪.‬‬ ‫ﮐـﻪ ﭘـﺮورش ﮔﻮﺳـﻔﻨﺪ و ﺑـﺰ و رﯾﺴـﯿﺪن ﭘﺸـﻢ و ﻣـﻮى آﻧﻬـﺎ را ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ‬ ‫ورﻧـﻰ ‪ :‬ورﻧـﻰ‪ ،‬ﮔﻠﯿﻤـﻰ اﺳـﺖ ﺑـﺪون ﭘـﺮز و ﯾـﮏ رو‪ ،‬ﮐـﻪ ﻋﻤﻮﻣـﺎ“‬ ‫ﺑـﺪون ﻧﻘﺸـﻪ و ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ذﻫﻨـﻰ ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ دﺧﺘـﺮان و زﻧـﺎن ﻋﺸـﺎﯾﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺮدﻣـﺎن اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘـﻪ در ‪ 8000‬ﺳـﺎل ﭘﯿـﺶ ﺑـﻪ اﺛﺒـﺎت ﻣـﯽ رﺳـﺎﻧﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﻨﺎﻃـﻖ ﻣﻐـﺎن‪ ،‬ارﺳـﺒﺎران و ﻣﺸـﮑﯿﻦ ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺑﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻣـﻰ ﺷـﻮد‪ .‬اﯾـﻦ‬ ‫ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿـﻦ ﺗﮑـﻪ ﭘﺎرﭼـﻪ اى ‪ 8000‬ﺳـﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺎﻓﺘـﻪ از ﻣـﻮى ﺑـﺰ در ﮐﺮاﻧـﻪ‬ ‫ﻧـﻮع ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ در ﮐﺮدﺳـﺘﺎن و ﮐﺮﻣـﺎن ﺑـﺎ ﻃـﺮح و ﻧﻘـﺶ دﯾﮕـﺮى ﺑﺎﻓﺘـﻪ‬ ‫ﻫـﺎى درﯾـﺎي ﻣﺎزﻧـﺪران و ﭘﺎرﭼـﮥ ﮐﺘﺎﻧـﯽ ‪ 6000‬ﺳـﺎﻟﻪ اي ﻫﻢ از ﺷـﻮش‬ ‫ﻣــﻰ ﺷــﻮد ﮐــﻪ در ﮐﺮﻣــﺎن آن را ”ﺷــﯿﺮﯾﮑﻰ ﭘﯿــﭻ“ ﻣــﻰ ﻧﺎﻣﻨــﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪ‪ .‬ﺑـﺎ ﻫﻤـﮥ اﯾـﻦ ارزﯾﺎﺑـﻰ ﻫـﺎ ﻧﻤـﯽ ﺗـﻮان ﺗﺎرﯾـﺦ دﻗﯿـﻖ‬ ‫ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾــﻦ ورﻧــﻰ ﻫــﺎى اﯾــﺮان ﺗﻮﺳــﻂ اﯾــﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺴــﻮن ﯾــﺎ اﯾﻠﺴــﻮن‬ ‫ﺑـﺮاي ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ اراﺋـﻪ ﮐـﺮد‪ .‬ﻗﺪﯾﻤـﯽ ﺗﺮﯾـﻦ ﻓـﺮش ﮐﺸـﻒ ﺷـﺪه دﻧﯿـﺎ ﺑـﻪ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﻟﯿــﺪ ﻣــﻰ ﺷــﻮد ﮐــﻪ ﺳــﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﻃﻮﻻﻧــﻰ در اﯾــﻦ زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ دارن‪ ،‬ﺑــﻪ‬ ‫ﮔﻮﻧــﻪ اى ﮐــﻪ ﻫﻤــﻮاره واژه ورﻧــﻰ ﺑــﺎ ﻧــﺎم ﺷﺎﻫﺴــﻮن ﻗﺮﯾــﻦ ﺑــﻮده‬ ‫ﻧـﺎم ﭘﺎزﯾﺮﯾـﮏ ﻣﺘﻌﻠـﻖ ﺑـﻪ ‪ 500-350‬ق م ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﮔﻠﯿـﻢ ﺑﺎﻓـﯽ ﻣﻘﺪﻣـﻪ اي ﺑـﺮاي ﺑﺎﻓـﺖ ﻓـﺮش ﺑـﻮده اﺳـﺖ‪ .‬ﺗﺎرﯾـﺦ آﻏـﺎز‬ ‫اﺳ ـﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻗﺎﻟــﯽ ﺑﺎﻓــﯽ را ﺑــﻪ ‪ 2000-1500‬ق م ﺗﺨﻤﯿــﻦ زده اﻧــﺪ ﻣــﯽ ﺗــﻮان‬ ‫ﮔﻔــﺖ ﺗﺎرﯾــﺦ آﻏــﺎز ﮔﻠﯿــﻢ ﺑﺎﻓــﯽ ﺣــﺪود ‪ 3000‬ﺗــﺎ ‪ 5000‬ق م ﺑــﻮده‬ ‫اﺳ ـﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫‪١١ Georgia‬‬ ‫‪NO.55‬‬ ‫‪NOVEMBER 2021‬‬

‫زﻧﺪﮔﻰ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى‬ ‫ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى‬ ‫ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى در ﺳﻰ ام ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر ﻣﺎه ‪ 1305‬در ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺪﻧﯿﺎ آﻣﺪ‪ .‬در دوران ﺧﺮدﺳﺎﻟﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻌﺮ‬ ‫ﺗﻮﻟﺪ‪ 30 :‬ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر ‪1305‬‬ ‫ﻋﻼﻗﻪ داﺷﺖ و در دوران دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎن و ﺳﺎل اول داﻧﺸﮕﺎه دﻓﺘﺮى از ﻏﺰل و ﻣﺜﻨﻮى ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ داد‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺤﻞ زﻧﺪﮔﻰ‪ :‬ﺗﻬﺮان‪ ،‬ﻣﺸﻬﺪ‬ ‫آﺷﻨﺎﯾﻰ ﺑﺎ ﺷﻌﺮ ﻧﻮ و ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻫﺎى آﺛﺎر او را از اداﻣﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﮐﻬﻦ ﺑﺎز داﺷﺖ‪ .‬اﻣﺎ راﻫﻰ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﻪ را ﺑﺮﮔﺰﯾﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺸﯿﺮى‪ ،‬ﻧﻪ اﺳﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺼﺒﺎت ﺳﻨﺖ ﮔﺮاﯾﺎن ﺷﺪ‪ ،‬ﻧﻪ ﻣﺤﺠﻮب ﻧﻮﭘﺮدازان اﻓﺮاﻃﻰ‪ .‬راﻫﻰ را ﮐﻪ او ﺑﺮﮔﺰﯾﺪ‬ ‫ﻫﻤﺎن ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺎن ﺑﻨﯿﺎﻧﮕﺬاران ﺷﻌﺮ ﻧﻮﯾﻦ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ ﮐﻪ او ﺷﮑﺴﺘﻦ ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻫﺎى ﻋﺮوﺿﻰ و ﮐﻮﺗﺎه و ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺷﺪن ﻣﺼﺮع ﻫﺎ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﺠﺎ و‬ ‫ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻰ را از ﻗﺎﻓﯿﻪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺤﺘﻮى و ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎ ﻧﮕﺎﻫﻰ ﺗﺎزه و ﻧﻮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﺖ و اﺷﯿﺎء‪،‬‬ ‫اﺷﺨﺎص و آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺣﺴﺎس و ﻧﺎزك اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻰ ﻫﺎى ﺧﺎص ﺧﻮد ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ و ﺑﻪ ﺷﻌﺮش اﯾﻨﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﭼﻬﺮه اى ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﻰ دﻫﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫اﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﻘﯿﺪ‪ ،‬دﮐﺘﺮ ﻋﺒﺪاﻟﺤﺴﯿﻦ زرﯾﻦ ﮐﻮب‪ ،‬درﺑﺎره ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى ﮔﻔﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ‪ » :‬ﺑﺎ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ زﺑﺎن‬ ‫ﺳﺎده‪ ،‬روﺷﻦ و درﺧﺸﺎﻧﻰ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮﯾﺪون‪ ،‬واژه ﺑﻪ واژه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺣﺮف ﻣﻰ زﻧﺪ‪ ،‬ﺣﺮﻓﻬﺎﯾﻰ را ﻣﯿﺰﻧﺪ‬ ‫ﮐﻪ ﻣﺎل ﺧﻮد اوﺳﺖ‪ ،‬ﻧﻪ اﺑﻬﺎم ﮔﺮاﯾﻰ رﻧﺪاﻧﻪ‪ ،‬ﺷﻌﺮ او را ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﻫﺬﯾﺎن‪ ،‬ﻧﺎﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ و ﻧﻪ ﺷﻌﺎر‬ ‫ﺧﺎﻟﻰ از ﺷﻌﻮر آن را ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻣﺮﯾﺪﭘﺮورى و ﺧﻮدﻧﻤﺎﯾﻰ ﻣﻰ ﺳﺎزد‪ .‬ﺷﻌﺮ او‪ ،‬زﺑﺎن در ﺳﺨﻦ ﺷﺎﻋﺮى‬ ‫اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ دوﺳﺖ ﻧﺪارد در ﭘﻨﺎه ﺟﺒﻬﻪ ﺧﺎص‪ ،‬ﻣﮑﺘﺐ ﺧﺎص و دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﺧﺎص ﺧﻮد را از اﻫﻞ ﻋﺼﺮ‬ ‫ﺟﺪا ﺳﺎزد‪ .‬او ﺑﻰ رﯾﺎ ﻋﺸﻖ را ﻣﻰ ﺳﺘﺎﯾﺪ‪ ،‬اﻧﺴﺎن را ﻣﻰ ﺳﺘﺎﯾﺪ و اﯾﺮان را ﮐﻪ ﺟﺎن او ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ آن‬ ‫ﺑﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ دوﺳﺖ دارد‪«.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺸﯿﺮى ﺳﺮودن ﺷﻌﺮ را از ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﻰ و ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎً از ﭘﺎﻧﺰده ﺳﺎﻟﮕﻰ ﺷﺮوع ﮐﺮد‪ .‬اوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﺷﻌﺮش‬ ‫ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎم ﺗﺸﻨﻪ ﺗﻮﻓﺎن در ‪ 28‬ﺳﺎﻟﮕﻰ او ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪﺣﺴﯿﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﯾﺎر و ﻋﻠﻰ دﺷﺘﻰ در ‪ 1334‬ﺑﻪ‬ ‫ﭼﺎپ رﺳﯿﺪ‪ .‬ﺧﻮد او درﺑﺎره ى اﯾﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﻣﻰ ﮔﻮﯾﺪ‪» :‬ﭼﻬﺎرﭘﺎره ﻫﺎﯾﻰ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﮔﺎﻫﻰ ﺳﻪ ﻣﺼﺮع‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺎوى ﺑﺎ ﯾﮏ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﮐﻮﺗﺎه داﺷﺖ‪ ،‬و ﻫﻢ وزن داﺷﺖ‪ ،‬ﻫﻢ ﻗﺎﻓﯿﻪ و ﻫﻢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ‪ ،‬آن زﻣﺎن ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﻧﻔﺮ از‬ ‫ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻧﺎدر ﻧﺎدرﭘﻮر‪ ،‬ﻫﻮﺷﻨﮓ اﺑﺘﻬﺎج )ﺳﺎﯾﻪ(‪ ،‬ﺳﯿﺎوش ﮐﺴﺮاﯾﻰ‪ ،‬ﻣﻬﺪى اﺧﻮان ﺛﺎﻟﺚ و ﻣﺤﻤﺪ زﻫﺮى‬ ‫ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺷﻌﺮ ﻣﻰﮔﻔﺘﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﻪ ﺷﺎﻋﺮان ﻧﺎﻣﺪار ﺷﺪﻧﺪ‪ ،‬زﯾﺮا ﺑﻪ ﺷﻌﺮ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﻰاﻋﺘﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻧﺒﻮدﻧﺪ‪ .‬اﺧﻮان ﺛﺎﻟﺚ‪ ،‬ﻧﺎدرﭘﻮر و ﻣﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻌﺮ ﻗﺪﯾﻢ اﺣﺎﻃﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ داﺷﺘﯿﻢ‪ ،‬ﯾﻌﻨﻰ آﺛﺎر ﺳﻌﺪى و ﺣﺎﻓﻆ‬ ‫و ﻓﺮدوﺳﻰ را ﺧﻮاﻧﺪه ﺑﻮدﯾﻢ‪ ،‬در ﻣﻮرد آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺤﺚ ﻣﻰ ﮐﺮدﯾﻢ و ﺑﺮ آن ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﻣﻰ ﮐﺮدﯾﻢ‪«.‬‬ ‫ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى در دوران ﺷﺎﻋﺮى ﺧﻮد‪ ،‬در ﻫﯿﭻ ﻋﺼﺮى ﻣﺘﻮﻗﻒ ﻧﺸﺪ‪ ،‬ﺷﻌﺮش ﺑﺎزﺗﺎﺑﻰ اﺳﺖ از‬ ‫ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﻈﺎﻫﺮ زﻧﺪﮔﻰ و ﺣﻮادﺛﻰ ﮐﻪ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن او در ﺟﻬﺎن ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ و ﻫﻤﻮاره‪ ،‬ﺳﺘﺎﯾﺸﮕﺮ ﺧﻮﺑﻰ و ﭘﺎﮐﻰ‬ ‫و زﯾﺒﺎﯾﻰ‪ ،‬و ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻫﻤﻪ اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت و ﻋﻮاﻃﻒ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﯿﺶ از ﻫﻤﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﮕﺬار اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯿﺖ اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻋﻼﻗﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻌﺮ و ﻣﻮﺳﯿﻘﻰ‬ ‫ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى ﺳﺮودن ﺷﻌﺮ را از ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﻰ و ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎً از ﭘﺎﻧﺰده ﺳﺎﻟﮕﻰ ﺷﺮوع ﮐﺮد‪ .‬اوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ‬ ‫ﺷﻌﺮش ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎم ﺗﺸﻨﻪ ﺗﻮﻓﺎن در ‪ 28‬ﺳﺎﻟﮕﻰ او ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪﺣﺴﯿﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﯾﺎر و ﻋﻠﻰ دﺷﺘﻰ در ‪1334‬‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﭼﺎپ رﺳﯿﺪ‪ .‬ﻣﺸﯿﺮى ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺧﺎﺻﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺳﯿﻘﻰ اﯾﺮاﻧﻰ داﺷﺖ و در ﭘﻰ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ دﻟﺒﺴﺘﮕﻰ‬ ‫ﻃﻰ ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎى ‪ 1350‬ﺗﺎ ‪ 1357‬ﻋﻀﻮﯾﺖ ﺷﻮراى ﻣﻮﺳﯿﻘﻰ و ﺷﻌﺮ رادﯾﻮ را ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ‪ ،‬و در ﮐﻨﺎر‬ ‫ﻫﻮﺷﻨﮓ اﺑﺘﻬﺎج‪ ،‬ﺳﯿﻤﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺒﻬﺎﻧﻰ و ﻋﻤﺎد ﺧﺮاﺳﺎﻧﻰ ﺳﻬﻤﻰ ﺑﺴﺰا در ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ دادن ﺷﻌﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺳﯿﻘﻰ‪،‬‬ ‫و ﻏﻨﻰ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﮔﻞ ﻫﺎى ﺗﺎزه در رادﯾﻮ اﯾﺮان در آن ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎ داﺷﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻓﺮﯾﺪون ﻣﺸﯿﺮى در ﺳﺎل ‪ 1377‬ﺑﻪ آﻟﻤﺎن و آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﺳﻔﺮ ﮐﺮد و ﻣﺮاﺳﻢ ﺷﻌﺮﺧﻮاﻧﻰ او در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎى‬ ‫ﮐﻠﻦ‪ ،‬ﻟﯿﻤﺒﻮرگ و ﻓﺮاﻧﮑﻔﻮرت و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ در ‪ 24‬اﯾﺎﻟﺖ آﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎى ﺑﺮﮐﻠﻰ و‬ ‫ﻧﯿﻮﺟﺮﺳﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺑﻰ ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ اى ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ دوﺳﺘﺪاران ادﺑﯿﺎت اﯾﺮان ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ‪ .‬در ﺳﺎل ‪1378‬‬ ‫ﻃﻰ ﺳﻔﺮى ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﺋﺪ در ﻣﺮاﺳﻢ ﺷﻌﺮ ﺧﻮاﻧﻰ در ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ اﺳﺘﮑﻬﻠﻢ و ﻣﺎﻟﻤﻮ و ﮔﻮﺗﺒﺮگ‬ ‫ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺮد‪.‬‬ ‫‪IRANNO.55‬‬ ‫‪۶‬‬ ‫‪NOVEMBER 2021‬‬
