The WCC Chronicle was formed in the years 2017 and 2018. However, it was unofficially established and it was not as active as it is in the present time. The name 'Chronicle' was inspired by the same publication organization in WCC Binalonan Campus. The Chronicle was re-established and was led by Mr. Kevin John Maddela, bearing the motto \"We Capture Stories.\" Although The WCC Chronicle has started to kick-off its activities as an organization, the Covid-19 pandemic had transpired, making the activities of The WCC Chronicle into a halt and went into a long state of hiatus. Fast forward to the year 2021, The WCC Chronicle has embarked on an inspiring journey of rebuilding, spearheaded by its new supervisor, Ms. Ailene Mae Perez. With her guidance and the continued support of Mr. Kevin John Maddela, the organization has successfully revived its operations, overcoming the challenges posed by the pandemic. On March 26, 2021, The WCC Chronicle made a significant announcement under the leadership of Ms. Ailene Mae Perez. They introduced David Audric Acebedo as the new Editor-in-Chief, a talented individual who brought fresh perspectives and ideas to the organization. With the appointment of Acebedo, The WCC Chronicle underwent a rebranding process, including a new and captivating logo. The WCC Chronicle embraced both the newly established team and the dedicated members who had been part of the organization before the pandemic. Together, they worked tirelessly to resume the publication's activities, ensuring the remaining days of the academic year 2020 - 2021 were filled with informative and engaging content. As a testament to their resilience and determination, The WCC Chronicle released its first-ever E-Magazine, titled \"The Untitled,\" signifying a new chapter for the organization and its efforts to make a name for itself once again. Despite the challenging circumstances caused by the pandemic, The WCC Chronicle, led by Ms. Ailene Mae Perez, thrived under the supervision of Mr. Kevin John Maddela. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and their passion for journalism allowed the organization to overcome obstacles and emerge stronger than ever before. The WCC Chronicle became a beacon of inspiration, showcasing the power of collaboration, adaptability, and dedication in the face of adversity. 6

A year had passed, marking a new chapter in the history of The WCC Chronicle. On June 10, 2022, David Audric Acebedo had step down from his role as the Editor-in-Chief. In his place, Mitchie Ayessa D. Ferrer was elected as the new Editor-In-Chief, bringing her unique perspective and strong leadership skills to the position. Before concluding his term, Acebedo led The WCC Chronicle in completing and publishing the new E- Magazine titled \"The Legacy.\" This publication symbolized the aspirations of future generations of The WCC Chronicle to make history and leave a lasting impact within the school community. Within the magazine, \"Waku\" was introduced as a persona, representing gratitude towards all the individuals who contributed to the creation of \"The Legacy\" magazine. The transition of leadership from David Acebedo to Mitchie Ferrer represented an important milestone for The WCC Chronicle. It signified the organization's ability to adapt, grow, and evolve with each passing year, while recognizing and honoring the contributions of those who came before. The WCC Chronicle remained dedicated to its mission of providing insightful journalism and becoming a cherished part of the school's history. As Ferrer assumed her position as the new Editor-in- Chief, she carried with her the spirit of building upon the foundation left by her predecessor. Under her exceptional guidance, The WCC Chronicle experienced significant changes throughout her term. The team doubled in size, reflecting the organization's growing influence and commitment to delivering quality journalism. Furthermore, the organization was able to resume operating under a face-to-face setting, marking a significant milestone in its journey. With the new Editor-in-Chief at the helm, The WCC Chronicle reinstated its motto from \"We Capture Stories\" to \"We Capture Stories and Create Memories.\" This new vision aimed to inspire individuals to cherish the invaluable moments within the institution, emphasizing the Chronicle's role in preserving and celebrating those memories. Supporting The WCC Chronicles on this journey was their new advisor, Ms. Angeline Mara Tuguigui. With her guidance and expertise, the organization continued to uphold its commitment to excellence and passion for journalism. Together, they became a beacon of inspiration, showcasing the power of collaboration, adaptability, and dedication in the face of adversity. As The WCC Chronicle continued to evolve under the leadership of Ferrer and the guidance of Ms. Angeline Mara Tuguigui, their impact on the community grew exponentially. They served as a shining example of what can be achieved through teamwork, resilience, and a shared dedication to journalistic integrity. 7
