PEARSON BETECLEVEL 7 QUALIFICATION IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Leanna Coleman Hi, I’m Leanna. I currently do the junior content producing apprenticeship at the Uk College of Business. It’s overall an extremely fun course and I am enjoying it so far. Before I officially started this apprenticeship I was nervous about everything because I have never done anything like this before. But that wasn’t the case once I officially started. The whole process was explained thoroughly how the apprenticeship will go. For example, month one will be the introduction and getting started in the course, month 2-9 understanding content and everything etc. The UK college of business has made this course worth it. Also due to the pandemic, everything is online through Microsoft Teams so no one is at risk.

Kieron Stokes My name is Kieron Stokes and I am a 19 year old apprentice who works as an accounts/finance assistant at UKCB. The level which I am currently working at for my qualification is level 2. Starting at this level of the qualification in accounting is a really good advantage for me to learn all the skills I need and gain the right experience before proceeding onto the next level. This will also help me to better my understanding of bookkeeping services and will enable me to know how to demonstrate those skills in reality. I am keen on working in this apprenticeship program that UKCB has to offer for me to progress towards my future career which is to become an accountant manager and I know that with the amount of support that my mentor and accounting teachers give me will help me to succeed in achieving my future goals.

Hodje Almeida-Joaquim To start off my name is Hodje Almeida-Joaquim and I currently study Junior content producer apprenticeship. I wanted to study this as I think of myself as a creative person thinking outside the box expressing myself as much as possible. This would be beneficial as I would be earning a wage in a working environment learning everyday. I preferred this to university as I prefer to be proactive and more of a visual learner which I can use everyday in a work environment. My employer Faizan has been very welcoming into the new work life and has made the work environment very easy despite being online. This has been a positive as it has made studying as well as working quite easy and beneficial to me.
