Hades' role is often misunderstood. Not only in this performance, but in world history. True, Hades is the god of the Underworld, the king of the dead, but fake news! Facebook, & the global call center industrial complex have wrongly associated Hades as some kind of evil deity and the underworld as a place Dante would have vaca- tioned. Actually, Hades was a master administrator, solving the problems of too many dead people, traffic snarls, and a lack of qualified security ghouls. Under his leadership, hell was warm - and cozy. It doesn’t help that Hades only wears black & red, with custom Chuck Taylors, but those colors pop in the underworld. Hades is the god of the dead, but not death! (That's Thanatos!) Hades is like a benevolent parent, taking care of our souls for eternity. Isn’t that sweet? And he had two cute pets; his adorb puppy Cerberus and Twix, a wild 3-headed kitty. In the true story of Percy Jackson, it is Hades (often in the form of a Chipmunk or motorcycle handles) that saves the day. Hades loves BTC and has taken human form to be in these shows and also has cool merch available on ETSY. So, if you see Hades walking around, just pay a tribute of 1 gummy worm and be free of eternal damnation for another day. The International Society of Telling it Like it is, and the &E fan club
