From Your Clubhouse Manager The Food and Beverage Team have gained several new members, including myself and Kyle Rudd, who has joined us as our Food and Beverage Director. Kyle and I will be working with our existing management team, Ali Stabell and Ethan Knight, to raise the service standards throughout the Club. We will begin in the dining rooms, assessing and identifying areas for improvement. We will be focusing on basic service standards, as well as training on the finer points of service. We will also be working to improve the staff’s food knowledge as Chef Ben Davis and the culinary team raise the level of food offered. Inaddition, Kyle, who has extensive knowledge and training in the area, will be focusing on improving ourbeverage offerings. He has already increased the number of whiskey, bourbon and scotches available inthe Haas Grill and Casual Lounge, and he is working with a number of purveyors to significantly expandthe Club’s wine list.Personal recognition is the hallmark of private club service.Recognizing and addressing our members by name, seatingyou at your favorite table, knowing your favorite drink as wellas any favorite foods or special dietary needs all allow us totruly personalize the service that we provide to you. That isour goal. It will take both Kyle and I a little time to meet andrecognize all of our members but with the help of Ali andEthan, and other long-term staff, like Brenda and Tammy, welook forward to welcoming you to the dining rooms very soon. - Linda Caine
