About Us The RSI Co. was established in September 1983, with the efforts of an Iranian experts and craftsmen group on an area of ​m​ ore than 10,000 square meters in Razi industrial city of Isfahan, being one of the biggest paint factories in Iran. Since its foundation, this company has been one of the pioneers in Iran as one of the most credible industrial paints manufacturers; having always maintained the highest standards of quality and continuous technical improvement on its agenda. And now we are proud to cooperate with many polymer-paint engineers who graduated in different units of production, sales, R&D and quality control. Flooring Systems Epoxy/Polyurethane Flooring Systems These flooring systems are based on cyclo-aliphatic epoxy polyamine resins and / or two-component polyurethane resins. High mechanical and chemical resistance, excellent adhesion to the substrate, beauty and shine of the final surface, and their high durability, make these products an ideal choice for use in industrial plants, parking lots, hotels and many other areas. Hygienic Flooring Systems These systems are based on hygienic grade Epoxy resins and do not contain any free epichlorohydrin or isocyanate in their formulation. These systems are similar to industrial flooring in terms of physical- mechanical properties and have GMP certification in accordance with ISO 22716-2007. The application range of these products includes food and cosmetics plants, pharmacies, health centers, hospitals and related industries. Anti-Static Flooring Systems This special product is fully conductive after application and control ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and prevent possible sparks and fires in industrial plants, data centers and many other related areas. Antistatic flooring is based on cycloaliphatic polyamine epoxy resins and carbon particles. Traffic Paints Engineered to meet your specification, RSI waterborne and solvent based traffic paints are for use on streets, highways, roads and private properties. Our products formulated for use in a wide range of applications from streets and highways to parking lots, waterborne traffic paints can be applied from temperatures as low as 5°C to as high as 45°C. Waterborne paints are suitable for application on both bituminous and concrete substrates and can be sprayed with airless or conventional spray equipment. Thermoset solvent based traffic paints are especially suitable for colder ambient applications or for higher thickness up to 5mm, where waterborne cannot be used. Suitable for application on bituminous and concrete substrates. Our Traffic Paints is specifically designed to be tough, vibrant, and fade resistant. Considering all the wear, tear, and environmental elements that roadways and paved areas are naturally forced to contend with, it HAS to have these qualities! Adhesives Shoemaking industry adhesive These solvent-born adhesives are all types of contact adhesives which are suitable for sticking all types of leathers, outsoles, plastics, metals and rubbers. Every kind of adhesive, which is needed for making a shoe, can be found in this category. They are based on high quality polymers like CR, SBR, PU and etc. which are designed for mentioned applications. This adhesives have excellent rheology behavior (brush able), good tensile strength, resistance to weathering (both in dry and humid climates), water, chemicals and heat. Solvents It is necessary to clean and active the substrate specially outsoles for higher adhesion and the best outcome. Therefore, there are two kind of solvents which are designed for cleaning and activating the substrate. Upholstery industry adhesive This category includes solvent-born and water-born adhesives. The solvent-born adhesives are commonly used for sticking foam and leather in sofa, which are applied by spray pistol or brush, as well as the water-born one is suitable for sticking wood. Construction adhesive Water-born construction adhesives including wood adhesive and concrete adhesive have excellent adhesion, water repellency, good rheology behavior and high shear strength. 25
