Investment RationaleWhy CDV Identified Lagrove Project• CDV’s interest in high growth reality market in India, to be achieved through low capital project where there is an opportunity for joint development. Land prices are astronomical and do not facilitate small capital holding’s participation. Hence CDV considers Lagrove opportunity with great interest.• Location: Cochin Kerala is the fastest growing B city in India with large focus on IT and Port. Housing market in Cochin is still fragmented. Large realty groups just started active presence in the city.• Valalrpadam container terminal and Smart city is a reality now.• 12 Acres of land owned by two of the promoters gives an opportunity for a phase 2 with over 8 acres/ a Rs.200 Cr project.
