Spinach Madeleine 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. chopped onions ½ cup evaporated milk ½ cup vegetable liquor 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. black pepper Cook spinach according to directions in pan. Melt butter in saucepan over lo but not brown. Add onion and cook un constantly, to avoid lumps.
