Subject: Math Creating word problem Students were asked to create any word problem. They showed the word problem in the form of pic- tures and stories. Through this activity students learnt to form a word problem and solve it. 3

Subject: Hindi Literary Literary Fest is a platform for students to show case their linguistic skills. Students study Hindi as second language in our curriculum, though Hindi is nota native language for ma- jority of students but the participation of students was remarkable. Students narrated stories prepared by them in a very confident manner. It boost their confidence and inter- est in Spoken Hindi 4

Subject: Hindi Currency play an important role in our lives. That are direct- ly or indirectly connected to our lives. By doing this activity grade two students were learning “ऐ की मात्रा”words by drawing the picture of Indian Paise and U A E Fils and coloured. This helped them to know the coins name of India and UA E. It will help to gain their general knowledge as well . 5

Subject: Arabic A conversation between students to teach stu- dents how to order and thank .There is anoth- er entertaining activity where students sing with dance song body part .This activity helped them to be active and smart during class hour. 6

ART To describe the good practice and transform these into better teaching and learning grade2 students were given an opportunity to do hands on experience with various colors of clay. This activity will help students to enhance their creativity through learning by doing. 7

Subject: Moral Science Kindness matters because it makes you happy A simple act of kindness can turn a bad day into a good day. ... Happiness is spread through each and every one of us. By taking the time to help others, we not only give them a better day, but their satisfaction and gratitude caGnramdeak2eCours better as well. During this activity children listed out different act of kindness and they learned the importance of kindness. 8

Subject: English Literary Fest Literary Fest is defined as any form of interaction between authors or interpreters of their work (e.g. Rhapsodes, actors) and others participating in their processes of production or reception (e.g. patrons, audience, readers). Literary Fest Preliminary Round was conducted this week. Students of Grade 2 were allotted with Elocution competition with the option of three different topics. An Imaginary Friend 2. Missing Outdoor Play 3. H.H Sheikh Zayed- as a role model Students participated very enthusiastically and showcased their skills in presenting their thought on the given topic. 9

Music Singing comes from within and keeps one happy and joyful. Students learn a new song with singing techniques and breath control. They focus on the pitch and tone and also learn the lyrics of the song. 10

Library Library is a place where students develop the dispositions and skills to develop a realistic topic and plan for research; determine what types of sources they should seek, develop an effective search strategy and ask for help when needed. define their information need and understand what resources are avail- able to them. Students choose appropriate databases in order to search for scholarly articles on their topics. Students distinguish between primary and secondary sources in order to use those most appropriate for their assignment. Students construct a keyword search statement in order to find relevant information. 11
