REDUCED RATES GENERAL INFO The City of Lafayette provides a program for eligible participants that reduces fees for youth by 50% for activities sponsored by the Recreation Department* and reduces the daily admission fee by 50%. The reduced rate program is available to all Lafayette Residents meeting one of the following guidelines: • TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES (TANF) • SUPPLEMENTAL SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME (S.S. I. OR S.S.D.) • W.I.C. CLASS CONFIRMATION Please provide your email address on the registration form and review your receipt carefully. Contact the Recreation Center immediately if there is a problem. REGISTRATION INFORMATION ► The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or combine any class due to insufficient participants. If a class is canceled, you will be notified before the first class and receive a full refund, credit, or class transfer. ► Late fees: Any youth sports registration not received by the registration deadline will be assessed a $10 late fee. Payment will be taken (check or credit card) for youth league waitlist registrations but will not be processed until the child is placed on a team. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY We strive for positive experiences and excellence in everything we do. If you cancel from a class, you must request the cancellation seven days before the start of the class to receive a 75% refund. Day Camp deposits and Preschool/B.A.S.E. registration fees are nonrefundable. ► Class transfers are subject to a $5.00 transfer fee. ► All cancellations initiated by the participant must be approved by the program supervisor and will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. ► NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given for cancellations initiated by or for the participant made less than seven days before the start of class. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check or credit card (depending on the payment method ) or a household credit balance. ROOM RENTALS PARTIES AT THE BBRC Pick your passion; our party packages have something for everyone! Party packages are available only on Saturdays and Sundays. PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS: Wet and Wild Pool Party - Party room and pool time! Sports of All Sorts Party- Party room and the use of one- half of the gym with select sports equipment provided. Party Package Inclusions: Party room rental for two hours and time in the pool or gym. A party supervisor is available to help with the setup and breakdown of the room. We supply the paper goods (cups, napkins, and plates) with your choice of the following colors (red, blue, yellow, green, pink, or purple). The fee includes up to ten children, 20 children maximum. An additional $4.00 per child will be charged for each additional child over the ten included. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, food, and beverages (no alcohol).
