PARTIES ROOM RENTALS AT THE BBRC Pick your passion, our party packages have something for everyone! All packages are available on Saturdays and Sundays. PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS: Wet and Wild Pool Party Sports of All Sorts Party Artful Antics Party Skateboard Party-includes one hour of skate time followed by one hour in the room. Equipment needed for this party includes skateboard, helmet, and drinking water. Pads are not required but are highly encouraged. Available March- November. Run by Square State Skate. Party Package Inclusions: Two hours of specialized fun and room rental. A party supervisor to run activities, setup and break down the room. Paper goods with a choice of colors (red, blue, yellow, green, pink, or purple). All equipment for the sports and art parties. Fee includes ten children with 20 children maximum. An additional $4.00 per child will be charged for each child over the included ten. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, food, and beverages (no alcohol). Party Package Rules: Adults are required to be within arms-reach of children under six when in the water (pool packages). Payment is due at the time of reservation. Reservations must be booked at least ten days in advance. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for party cancellations. Days: Saturdays and Sundays. POLICIES AGE GUIDELINES ALL AREAS: For your child’s safety, all children under ten (10) years of age must be supervised by a guest 16 years or older. LOCKER ROOMS: In the best interest of all our patrons, children six (6) years of age and older are required to use the gender- appropriate locker room. RUNNING TRACK: Available to anyone age 12 years and older. Infants are permitted in a personal baby carrier/harness only. Strollers are not permitted on the track. POOL AREAS: Children five (5) years of age or younger, who will be swimming, must display the appropriate wristband and be accompanied by a paying guest 16 years or older who is in the water, within arms reach of the child(ren). Children 6 - 9 years of age must be supervised by a guest 16 years or older who is present and attentive in the pool area. FITNESS AREAS: Weight and fitness equipment is available to anyone age 15 years and older. Those between the ages of 15-17 must complete a weight room/fitness equipment orientation. PARTICIPANTS WITH DISABILITIES People with disabilities are welcome and invited to contact the Recreation Department at 303-665-0469 to discuss the need for adaptations and assistance. Requests for scheduled activities should be made at least two weeks before the start date. Families with children with disabilities are encouraged to complete the Support Assistance Form available at the BBRC Front Desk when registering. The appropriate Recreation Department staff member will contact you after receiving the completed questionnaire.
