New Tahrir Strategy

Five months prior to the official start o the 2019-2020 Presidency, the IP the IHS together with the High Board, Committee Chairs and Tahrir Young Gen Clubs agreed on a comprehensive strategy for the year, including the following pillars :
1. Human Capital Development
2. Sustainable Development
3. Partnerships
4. Community Outreach
Thereby creating 6 areas of interest to RC of El Tahrir and link them to the 6 areas of focus of Rotary International
1. Sustainable Development
2. The Environment
3. Entrepreneurship
4. Innovation
5. Women
6. Youth

The plan includes 2 projects for each area of interest except for Sustainable Development which includes 3 projects. In addition, these are 5 distinct comprehensive ongoing projects from previous years that will be sustained.
Administratively, there are calls for:
1. A concentration on a particular geographic area of service, preferably the area around Tahrir Square
2. A Brand Theme for RC of El Tahrir
3. Professionally designed brand
