Ayman Sharmy .‫الآخرين‬ ‫وبينما نحتفل بإنجازات السنة واستمرارية تراث‬ ‫ فإن الاعتراف بجهودنا هو عادة آخر شيء في أذهاننا؛‬،‫وعليه‬ ‫ نحتفل أيضا بتلك العظماء الذين تركونا‬،‫التحرير‬ ‫ لكن هناك بعض المفاهيم في‬.‫ بعضها ثقافي‬،‫للعديد من الاعتبارات‬ ‫ نحن نكرس‬.‫لنواصل بذور السلام التي زرعوها‬ ‫ واحد من هؤلاء هو أنه كان هناك‬.‫هذا العالم التي نعتز بها جميعا‬ ‫ ونأمل في الاستمرار في طريقنا‬،‫هذه المكافآت لهم‬ ‫ وبعضهم قد‬،‫بعض الأفراد الذين عملوا كقادة وأمثلة لنا جميعا‬ ‫لخدمة وتنمية ومساعدة أولئك الذين يحتاجون إلى‬ ‫ لقد ألهمونا‬.‫توفتهم المنية؛ تاركين وراءهم إرثا وأساسا لعملهم‬ ‫ ونحن مجرد استمرار لإرثهم للجيل المقبل؛ مما يمهد‬،‫جميعا‬ .‫دعمنا‬ ‫ نوسع نفوذهم على‬،‫ على هذا النحو‬.‫الطريق أمام التنمية المستدامة‬ ‫إن أعظم ما في جوائز المنطقة هو أنه مراجعة‬ .‫ وتحفر الجوائز مصدر إلهام على مر الزمن‬،‫الآخرين‬ ‫شاملة من قبل فريق من زملائنا الروتاريين‬ ‫المعطاءين؛ الذين يلهمون الآخرين بينما يكرسون‬ ‫أما المؤثر الآخر فهو أنه حتى لو لم تكن المكافأة نفسها هي السبب‬ ‫ ووفق هذه الروح نحتفل‬.‫حياتهم لخدمة المجتمع‬ ‫ فلا ينبغي أن يذهب مجهود هؤلاء الأشخاص الملهم‬،‫في العمل‬ ‫دون اعتراف بالدور المؤثر الذي قاموا به؛ إن جهودهم الطيبة هي‬ - :‫بالأوسمة في الفئات التالية‬ ‫ وعملهم يميز قيادتهم‬.‫من المعايير التي شكلت أوجه القيادة الفعالة‬ :‫خمسة كؤوس‬ ‫ نظمت قيادة نادي‬،‫ انطلاقا من هذه المفاهيم‬.‫من الأتباع والمارة‬ ‫روتاري التحرير اجتماعها الاحتفالي الذي عقد خلال اجتماعها‬ ‫مؤسسة الروتاري وافشاء السلام المجتمعي‬ ،‫ وفي هذا العام‬.‫الأسبوعي الذي عقد بعد مؤتمر المنطقة مباشرة‬ ‫خدمة التدريب المهني‬ ‫ بعد عام طويل وشاق ودعنا من‬،‫كان هناك الكثير للاحتفال به‬ ‫الخدمة الإنسانية‬ ‫الصورة العامة‬ :‫خلاله خمسة أعضاء من قيادات نادينا وهم‬ ‫ نيرة نور‬.‫• ر‬ ‫انماء العضوية الروتارية‬ :‫درعين‬ ‫ رمزة فريد‬.‫س‬.‫• ر‬ ‫الإدارة‬ ‫ نجلا حمدي‬.‫س‬.‫• ر‬ ‫ عبد السلام رجب‬.‫س‬.‫• ر‬ ‫الأجيال الجديدة‬ ‫• روتاري ايمن الشرمي‬ ‫ يتقدم نادي روتاري التحرير بكافة‬،‫وبهذه الروح‬ ‫انديته واعضاءه إلى اللجنة المانحة بالشكر على‬ ‫الجوائز؛ وننحني واحترام لأولئك الذين سبقونا‬ ‫ والذين‬،‫بالخيرات قدموا لنا المثل العلية والسبل‬ .‫سيتبعون تراث التحرير‬5/8/2018 #PeopleOfAction 15

Each year, Rotary districts, all over the world, are asked to hold a district conference for district club members so they can learn about what's happening in Rotary and their district. But the district conference, is also a fantastic opportunity for Rotarians within the district and the area to meet one another. The conference usually lasts one to two days and includes: • A visit from a president's representative, who gives an update on Rotary International and inspires and motivates participants • A report on the district, including its successes and challenges • An official business meeting to discuss and vote on important district matters • Local and international speakers giving information on topics relevant to district members • Time to network, reconnect with friends, and find inspiration for continuing service and community leadership5/8/2018 #PeopleOfAction 24

‫‪May 2018 Edition Vol. 12/2017-2018 – Youth Service Month‬‬ ‫‪P Nagwa Zaki‬‬ ‫‪VP Hala Allawy‬‬ ‫‪HS Indjie Hafez‬‬‫‪[email protected]‬‬ ‫‪[email protected]‬‬ ‫‪[email protected]‬‬ ‫ما هو مؤتمر المنطقة؟‬ ‫ينعقد مؤتمر المنطقة الروتارية كل عام ولكن ما‬ ‫هو مؤتمر الروتاري؟‬ ‫يُطلب الروتاري الدولي ان تقوم كل منطقة بعقد‬ ‫مؤتمر لها وهذا بالفعل ما يحدث في جميع أنحاء‬ ‫العالم‪ ،‬يعقد مؤتمر في كل منطقة روتارية‬ ‫للأندية الأعضاء بها بحيث يمكنهم التعرف على‬ ‫ما يحدث في روتاري بصفة عامة وفي منطقتهم‬ ‫بصفة خاصة‪ .‬لكن مؤتمر المنطقة‪ ،‬هو أي ًضًا‬ ‫فرصة رائعة للروتاريين في المنطقة ومناطق‬ ‫الإقليم للالتقاء ببعضهم البعض‪ .‬يستمر المؤتمر‬ ‫عادة ما بين يوم إلى يومين ويشمل‪:‬‬ ‫• زيارة من ممثل الرئيس‪ ،‬الذي يقدم تحديثًا‬ ‫عن الروتاري الدولي ويلهم المشاركين‬ ‫ويحفز الحضور على العمل التطوعي‪.‬‬ ‫• تقرير عن المنطقة ‪ ،‬بما في ذلك النجاحات‬ ‫والتحديات‬ ‫• اجتماع عمل رسمي لمناقشة والتصويت‬ ‫على المسائل المهمة في المقاطعة‬ ‫• المتحدثون المحليون والدوليون الذين‬ ‫يقدمون معلومات حول المواضيع ذات‬ ‫الصلة بأعضاء المناطق‬ ‫• حان الوقت للتواصل وإعادة الاتصال‬ ‫بالأصدقاء وإيجاد الإلهام لمواصلة الخدمة‬ ‫وقيادة المجتمع‬‫‪5/8/2018‬‬ ‫‪#PeopleOfAction‬‬ ‫‪26‬‬
