4.3. มะเร็งปอด (LUNG CANCER; ICD-O: C34) Lung cancer in Chiang Rai During the period 2008-2010, lung cancer was the second most common cancer after liver cancer in males. For females, it was the third after cervical and breast cancer. The total number of lung cancer cases was 1,384; 793 cases were males and 591 cases were females, accounting for about 21.6 % in males and 14.3 % in females. The average age-standardized incidence rates were 38.0 per 100,000 in males and 27.0 per 100,000 in females. Sex ratio for male to female was 1.3:1. The age-specific incidence rate was higher in males than in females. The highest incidence rate in males was found in Thoeng district (ASR=47.8) and the lowest incidence rate was in Chiang Khong district (ASR=10.8). For females, the highest incidence was in Wiang Chai district (ASR=40.9) and the lowest incidence rate was found in Pa Daet district (ASR=12.5). อบุ ตั กิ ารณโ รคมะเร็งปอดจังหวดั เชยี งราย จากการวิเคราะหขอมูลอุบัติการณโรคมะเร็งปอดจังหวัดเชียงรายชวงป พ.ศ.2551-2553 โรคมะเร็งปอดในเพศชายพบมากเปนอนั ดบั ท่ี 2 รองจากโรคมะเร็งตบั สาํ หรับเพศหญิง พบมากเปน ลําดับที่ 3 รองมาจากโรคมะเร็งปากมดลูก และโรคมะเร็งเตานม ตามลําดับ โดยมีจํานวนผูปวย โรคมะเรง็ ปอดรายใหมทงั้ หมด 1,384 ราย แบงเปน เพศชายจํานวน 793 ราย คิดเปนรอยละ 21.6 ของโรคมะเรง็ ทงั้ หมดในเพศชาย และเพศหญิงจํานวน 591 ราย คดิ เปน รอยละ 14.3 ของโรคมะเร็ง ทงั้ หมดในเพศหญิง โรคมะเรง็ ปอดในเพศชายพบมากกวาเพศหญิง อัตราสวนผูปวยโรคมะเร็งปอด เพศชายตอเพศหญิง คิดเปน 1.3:1 คาเฉลี่ยอัตราอุบัติการณโรคมะเร็งปอดจังหวัดเชียงราย ในเพศชายมีคาเทากับ 38.0 ตอประชากร 100,000 ราย เพศหญิงมีคาเทากับ 27.0 ตอประชากร 100,000 ราย (ตารางที่ 9)

The total number of breast cancer cases was 682; only 3 cases were males and 679 cases were females, accounting for about 16.5 % of all cancers among females. The average age-standardized incidence rate was 28.7 per 100,000 in females.
