NEMA Chicagois a residential tower in Chicago, Illinois. The tower, built by developer Crescent Heights, has 800 apartments and rises 896 feet (273.1 m) making it the city's tallest rental apartment building. NEMA is currently the eighth tallest building in Chicago and the forty first tallest building in the United States. It is the tallest all-rental residential building in the city.Thoughtful design, extensive and bespoke amenity collections, and personalized, tech-powered service are at the core of the NEMA ethos. Project Summary:Crescent Heights enlisted Gym Design Group, to design its NEMA Chicago property for the downtown area. Consisting of 11,000 square feet of fitness amenities, NEMA is a one of a kind facility that redefines luxury living.Fitness Amenities are divided into 3 rooms with a main fitness center, indoor cycling room and Pilates room for group classes. The main fitness room includes cardio, strength, dedicated functional training and customized turf areas.NEMA's wellness amenities are serviced by a team of certified fitness professionals, curating all program elements from group classes and bootcamps to reformer Pilates and private training sessions.In addition to the fitness amenity spaces, residents have access to a sprawling 70,000 square feet of communal space. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a coworking space, basketball court, boxing gym, sports bar, golf simulator, kids playroom, lounge, and a demonstration kitchen.
