Attendees had the opportunity to learn effective strategies, techniques, and best on Public Image left practices for managing and enhancing Rotary's reputation in the community. The session was marked by enthusiastic participation and Rotarians equipped valuable discussions, enriching the learning experience for all. The training session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing with enhanced skills participants to seek clarifications and delve deeper into specific aspects of public image management. The focus of the day was on Service Projects, drawing the participation of Club Service Projects Chairs, Presidents Elect, Incoming Secretaries, Assistant Governors, Club Officers, Members, and Zonal Secretaries. The session began with a warm welcome extended by District Trainer PDG Subhasish Chatterjee, setting a positive tone for the evening. DGE Nilesh Agarwal delivered opening remarks, sharing his insights and enthusiasm for the year ahead. A highlight of the evening was the presentation by District Service Project Chair PP Chiranjit Ghosh, who shared DG's Vision for Year 2023-24 on Rotary's Service Avenues. His address inspired attendees to strive for excellence in service projects and reinforced the importance of Rotary's mission in creating a positive impact. The District Service Projects Team was introduced by DSPC, emphasizing their role in coordinating and supporting service projects throughout the district. PP Mohan Kumar of RI District 3190 was introduced by DS, Admin & E-Governance PP Dr. Danny Dutta, highlighting his expertise and experience in successful service project implementation. PP Mohan Kumar led a highly interactive training session on the \"Keys of a successful Service Project.\" Attendees had the opportunity to learn essential strategies, best practices, and insights from his own experience in District 3190. The session fostered engaging discussions and provided valuable guidance for planning and executing impactful service projects. The training session concluded with a sense of gratitude, expressed by District Finance chair, PP Kavinder Jain. His words acknowledged the active participation and commitment of all attendees towards Rotary's service goals. The event brought together Club Membership Chairs, Presidents Elect, Incoming Secretaries, Club Officers, Members, and Zonal Secretaries. The session began with District Trainer PDG Subhasish Chatterjee welcoming all participants. DGE Nilesh Agarwal highlighted the importance of membership development in the upcoming Rotary year. DMC PP Arindam Dutta provided valuable insights into ongoing membership growth initiatives. The Membership Team was introduced, comprising dedicated individuals leading efforts to strengthen and expand Rotary's membership base. ARC PDG Jhulan Basu from RI District 3291 shared thoughts and experiences on membership development. RC PDG Sharat Chandra from RI District 3110 delivered a captivating presentation titled \"Accept the Challenge,\" showcasing innovative approaches to membership development. PDG Gurjeet Singh Sekhon from RI District 3070 conducted an interactive training session emphasizing that membership is not just a numbers game. The event concluded with a Q&A session, allowing participants to seek clarification and express their thoughts. PP Swapendu Mustafee expressed gratitude to all attendees for their commitment to Rotary's membership growth. This event showcased the dedication and enthusiasm of Rotary Club members in RI District 3240. With a strong focus on membership development, Rotary is poised to make a lasting impact in the community throughout 2023-24.

May Edition /The District Training Assembly 2023-24 ROTARY DISTRICT 3240 HOLDS SUCCESSFUL TRAINING SESSION FOR CLUB OFFICERS AND MEMBERS : CLOSING CEREMONY ON 14TH MAY On Sunday, May 14th, 2023, the Rotary District Training From the District Assembly comes to an end with sessions for Club Officers, Trainer : Members, Zonal Secretaries, Presidents-Elect, Incoming Secretaries, and AGs. DT PDG Subhashis Chatterjee accorded a Thank you so much for warm welcome to all the participants at the closing ceremony.DGE Nilesh Agarwal shared his vision for the making the DTA 2023 upcoming term. RIDE Zone-6 Anirudha Roy Chowdhury while addressing the gathering emphasized the importance of creating (Online) a grand HOPE through Rotary's initiatives. Mission Literacy was presented by DLCC Partha Pratim Phukan. District budget was success,much presented by District Treasurer PP Surendra Agarwal and the house passed the district budget 2023-24 unanimously. The training session concluded successfully with closing remarks by DT PDG Subhashis Chatterjee and important announcements by DES Ramesh Garodia. Words of gratitude from vice governor PDG Chandu Agarwal . appreciated your dedication & punctuality of attending all sessions for continuous 4 days along with your team. District team is also overwhelmed to have an average attendance of 175 approx for all four days. It was pleasure to witness that the DTA house passed the District Budget 2023-24 unanimously.

May Edition /The District Training Assembly 2023-24 RI DISTRICT 3240 : SECRETARIES ELECT TRAINING SEMINAR AND TREASURERS TRAINING SEMINAR Sunday, 21st May 2023 - The Secretaries Elect Training Seminar and Treasurers Training Seminar, organized by Rotary District 3240, took place virtually on the Zoom platform. The training seminar aimed to equip newly appointed club secretaries and treasurers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles within the Rotary Clubs. The event commenced promptly at 4:45 PM with participants logging in to the virtual platform. District Trainer PDG Subhasish Chatterjee, warmly welcomed all attendees to the seminar. DG Elect Nilesh Agarwal addressed the participants, sharing his insights and vision for the upcoming Rotary year thereafter. DMC Arindam Dutta introduced the key note speaker DG Elect Nihir Dave from RI District 3060, acknowledging his dedication and commitment to Rotary. The keynote speaker, Nihir Dave, shed light on the significant role of the club secretary as the backbone of a Rotary Club. Dave emphasized the secretary's responsibility in ensuring effective communication, record-keeping, and coordination within the club. Following his talk, DES Ramesh Garodia expressed words of gratitude to the key note speaker for sharing his value time and wisdom. The training then split into breakout sessions, with one focusing on the responsibilities of secretaries and another on treasurers. During the Secretary's breakout session, PDG Prabhat Kedia delivered a comprehensive presentation on the important responsibilities held by secretaries and treasurers. Dr. Danny Dutta engaged participants with an interactive session on managing the tools available on www.rotary.org, a vital resource for club secretaries. DES Ramesh Garodia then provided guidance on writing effective Rotary meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of club activities. DS OCV Sourab Deb Roy shed light on the role of a secretary in the Governor's Official Visit (GOV). Treasurer's breakout session, was taken by DES Ramesh Garodia in the absence of DS Finance Chair PP Kavinder Jain . He shared insights into financial management, budgeting, and reporting, emphasizing the treasurer's crucial role in maintaining club finances. Padmashree PDG Manas Chaudhuri delivered an update on the Council on Legislation (COL), providing valuable information on recent developments and changes within Rotary International. DGE Nilesh Agarwal then summarized the key takeaways from the seminar, expressing his gratitude to all participants for their active involvement.The seminar came to a close with closing remarks and words of Gratitude by DT PDG Subhashis Chatterjee .
