WHAT DOES CARB 2 CERTIFICATION MEAN? The CARB 2 certification validates that a product is compliant with the California Air Resources Board ATCM (Airborne Toxic Control Measure), which goal is to reduce formaldehyde emissions from com- posite wood products.
