These children have distinguished themselves in most areas worthy of applause this week and therefore have won themselves the stars of the week. Congratulations to you all!!!! Gabrielle Umoru - Playgroup Marble- for positive behavior and being responsible. Desire Oluwafemi- Nursery Cuddles - For being helpful and participating actively in class. Kashimana Ukaa - Toddler Pebbles - For being able to help others. Joanna Fapo- Reception Sparkle - For being helpful.

TODDLER PEBBLES This week in communication and language we read a story book titled A Number Of Animals, in maths, we learnt how to count numbers from 1-20, In Literacy, we learnt to identify letter sound / s/t/. PLAYGROUP MARBLE This week In Physical Development: The children talked about safety. In Mathematics, we Identified shapes by their properties. e.g A triangles has three sides, we also explored black and white colours using the Zebra crossing. in Literacy, we have been learning about the different letter sounds s, a, t, i, p, n...etc and we can confidently identify most of our single phonemes.

NURSERY CUDDLES This week, in maths we learnt Subtraction of numbers between 1- 10.In Literacy, we practiced the level 3 and 4 jolly phonics sounds and formation. level 3 (g, o, u ,l, f, b) level 4 ( ai, j, oa, le, ee, or). we also practiced writing lower case letters and carrying out corresponding actions for each of the letter sounds. In Communication and language, we enjoyed listening and retelling the story The Run Away Pancake. RECEPTION SPARKLE This week in Maths, we learnt how to tell time by hour and half past, we also talked about the importance of being punctual and the implication of lateness. In Personal Social and Emotional Development, we talked about holiday and the different place we could visit during the holiday as we look forward to it . In Literacy, we learnt how to add 'ing' to words that ends with e. eg. take-taking, shake-shaking.

Helpfulness . Love and kindness are never wasted. .Even if it is a little thing, do something for those who have need of help. .Our prime purpose in this life is to help others We can't help everyone but everyone can help Someone.
