Cover letter definition: It is a document that does not exceed one page, which you submit with your resume to the new place of work. It aims to introduce yourself and talk about your professional experience briefly, through which you talk about your educational qualifications and the reason for your desire to get the job.

Coverletter sections A successful cover letter should have 4 main sections: salutation, opening, body, and closing.

First: salutation Be sure to start your cover letter with a short salutation that reflects what you know about the person you are addressing. If you know the hiring manager's name, use their full name: Example: Dear Hiring Manager :Dear Ms. Ihab,

Second: the opening This should be a short introduction that includes the name of the company, the name of the position you are applying for, why you are applying, and why you think you would be a good fit for the job.

Third: the body This section is the bulk of your cover letter, and it needs to convince the reader why you are a good fit for the position. Without repeating information on your resume, you should highlight some of your best achievements and skills, while explaining anything on your resume that might need clarification (employment gaps, career change, etc.)

Fourth: the conclusion The closing should emphasize your interest and readiness for the job. It must be convincing enough to make the employer want to contact you for an interview.
