THE RELOCATION TEAM LAURIE BENAZIC LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON , CORPORATE RELOCATION MANAGER Laurie has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry and 10 years specializing in relocation with the city’s top firms, managing her own accounts. She currently heads a dynamic team of Certified Relocation Specialists. Working in both rentals and sales, Laurie has built a reputation for being able to target exactly what people need at the right time. Her long standing relationships with relocation firms comes from their trust in her ability to guide their transerfees through an emotional and stressful process. A native New Yorker, Laurie grew up in real estate. Her family is comprised of commercial and residential landlords and was Laurie’s first foray into the real estate business as a property manager. As a mother, she has rediscovered new aspects of New York through the eyes of her child and loves to share her discoveries with others. WILLIAM D. MOYE LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON, CERTIFIED CARTUS RELOCATION SPECIALIST Having been a resident of Greenwich Village for more than 15 years, William has an impeccable knowledge of New York City. He first moved here to attend New York University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. After NYU, William worked in financial services, primarily in the field of Marketing for 9 years. This allowed him to hone strong professional skills, as well as a sensitivity to understanding his business partners’ desires, which has enhanced him as a Real Estate expert. William also has an innate understanding of property and the real estate industry from having worked as a property manager in his family’s real estate business for many years. TODD SIMMONS LICENSED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON , CORPORATE RELOCATION MANAGER Todd Simmons joined Bond New York this year after a decade with Halstead Property. He has an extensive background in both New York City real estate and the arts. He was born in San Francisco, raised in Portland, Oregon and has lived in New York City since 1999. He specializes in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets for both rentals and sales and has also worked as a relocation and estate specialist since 2004. Prior to entering the exciting world of NYC real estate, he trained and worked as an actor and he is a longtime member of the Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA and Actors Equity. Todd is also a published music journalist. He has great affection for New York City and has a passion for sharing that affection and knowledge of its diverse neighborhoods. He has brokered condos, co-ops, and townhouses. He is on the Board of Directors in his Brooklyn Heights Co-Op where he happily lives with his wife and two daughters.
