Welcome Thank you for your interest in our state licence opportunity. The Allbiz Deal Room was created in late 2018 following the merger between Ray White Business Sales and the Mentored Platform with Mark Bouris. By combining technology and best business practices, we've been able to improve closing rates from a traditional rate of less than 20% to more than 60%. Our goal is to expand our business readiness services to accommodate any form of commercial transaction (deal). In 2020, the company began transitioning from business sales to allbiz deal rooms, as well as a variety of technology solutions centred on THE ALLBIZ DEAL ROOM. Today, we deal with business owners, business brokers, agents, and accountants to assist them in preparing their listings or appraising a business they may be interested in purchasing. What is business readiness, listing & consulting? In a word, our job is to prepare business deals for our clients, who are usually business owners, but could also be accountants, agents, or brokers with a mandate to sell any form of commercial asset. It's vital to remember that we're not participating in the transaction's actual negotiations. When the deals are ready, they are sent to our digital deal rooms, where registered buyers and investors are waiting to transact. The role of the readiness consultant is over once the deal is ready to go live.

Q. When can I expect my payments? A. Payments are split at the point of receipt; for example, if a customer pays $1, that money is split through the payment gateway according to the appropriate payout percentage. Q. Do I need a technical background? A resounding no. We simply require a self-assured salesperson who is eager to expand the business. Q. So what exactly would I be doing day to-day? A, The licensee's responsibility is to actively market the opportunity.
