Beauty means the orderliness of the room. All appliances are neatly organized into place. Opt for tasteful decorations. And choose the right wall color with the picture. Because these can influence the mood of the guests. For this reason, housekeeping is essential for the best efficiency at work.

Normally, the staff will clean 14 rooms per person in the case of Standard rooms only. and cleaning 10 rooms per 1 person in the case of Standard rooms including Suite rooms Working hours of the room department divided as follows Normally, the first floor has about 30 rooms. Since the hotel must be open 24 hours a day and the labor law stipulates working hours of no more than 8 hours a day, the work cycle of the housekeeper must be divided into cycles as follows: Morning round, go to shift, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 3 people per floor, make 10 rooms (including 1 hour break) Afternoon round, go to shift from 2pm – 11pm, 2 people on each floor work together as a team (including 1 hour break). Night time from 22.00 - 07.00 (including 1 hour break). There may be only 1 full-time staff per floor and 1 supervisor only to serve guests. In case the guests need something, they call it special. 2. Cloth room is a room where all kinds of fabrics are stored in the hotel. Therefore, there is a task that must be managed about the laundry room, namely Counting and controlling fabric stocks every 3 months Select damaged fabrics to repair or prepare for use in other fabrics. 3. Mini bar is a work added to the room. And it's a part that helps make money for the hotel as well. The duties of minibar crews are: Responsible for keeping glasses, washing glasses, filling ice, filling beverage bottles in the refrigerator in full or complete according to the mini-bar menu. Make a report totaling sales to send housewives every day. Make a report to instantly collect money on guest bills. Do not allow guests to pay upstairs. Must inform to pay via front desk according to the price in the minibar menu The mini-bar crews may be affiliated with the housekeeping department. or some are under the food and beverage department

7 Duty of Minibar Supervisior is 1. Check the actual daily sales for each room. 2. Find out the amount that you need to withdraw more every day. 3. Make reports and copies of receipts to the front office daily. 4. After 15 days, the balance must be fully disbursed according to the number of each class. 5. At the end of the month, you will have to count the items in stock. 6. Housewives will count from the real thing to ask for the big treasury disbursement again. 4.Lost & Found. This item needs to be transliterated in English. because it is short and meaningful Storage and preservation department for items left behind by guests Whether it's something left in the room or after returning the room. Or forget to leave it in different places of the hotelPeople who see things that customers have forgotten. Public area This area includes restaurants, swimming pools, gardens, halls, lobby, office rooms and all bathrooms in the hotel. Must be kept clean and decorated to be beautiful at all times. The work of these employees is divided into 3 cycles, just like any other departmental employee Employees must be trained in the maintenance of sanitary ware. Different types of furniture, marble, carpet, and have to learn about different appliances, chemicals, and their proper use. and the danger of using incorrectly for the safety of the employees themselves.

8 Room Status Availability category will be Status starting with 'V' = Vacant. VC = Vacant Clean means a clean empty room. The maid has cleaned Fronts can be provided to C/I guests. VD = Vacant Dirty means dirty empty room. C/O guest has to clean the room. for guests to stay VCI = Vacant Clean Inspected means the room is clean. Supervisor has checked. VCP = Vacant Clean Pick Up means a clean room. But the items in the room are not complete, such as not filling the mini bar, etc. Busy room category is a status that starts with 'O' = Occupied. OC = Occupied Clean Room that has been cleaned by guest, i.e. room where guest C/I or has stayed. OD = Occupied Dirty The guest room hasn't been cleaned yet, that is, the guest has stayed past the day. OCI = Occupied Clean Inspected Room has been cleaned by Supervisor.

9 The broken room category will be the status for the room that cannot be used. OOO = Out of Order Temporary Broken Room can't sell (There is a cut off the number of rooms available) OOS = Out of Service Slightly Broken Room can be opened for sale or as a showroom open to stay (No cut off the number of rooms available) OOI = Out of Inventory, a room with no sales at all. may be permanently damaged or is the owner's room or an office The reserved room category will be the status that starts with 'A' = Assign. Assign Clean, clean room and already booked, waiting for guests to stay (C/I) Assign Dirty. The housewife hasn't cleaned it yet. but already booked

10 HOUSEKEEPING CART Hotel cart (Hotel cart) type that must have a shelf design. or lockers that can be picked up easily and conveniently.
