52 รายงการนมปธรนะจาำรปักี ษ2์ 557 ประวัติกรมธนารกั ษ์ The History of the Treasury Department กรม ธนารักษ์ สถาปนา ขึ้น ใน รัช สมัย ของ The Treasury Department was established พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 7 during the reign of King Rama VII according to the Royal ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาจัดวางระเบียบกรมในกระทรวง Decree on Regulating Rules and Regulations of the Ministry การคลัง เม่ือวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2476 โดยรวม of Finance on 23rd May, 1933. This establishment merged กรมที่มีหน้าที่สำคัญไว้ด้วยกัน 4 กรม คือ กรมกษาปณ์ four important departments, which were the Royal Mint, สิทธิการ กรมพระคลังมหาสมบัติ กรมเงินตรา และกรม the Royal Treasury Department, the Finance Department, รกั ษาทหี่ ลวงและกลั ปนา ในครงั้ แรกชอื่ วา่ “กรมพ​ ระค​ ลงั ” and the Royal and Ecclesiastical Properties Department, ต่อมาเปลยี่ นเปน็ “กรมค​ ลงั ” เมอื่ วนั ท่ี 12 มนี าคม 2495 into a single department called “the​ Royal​ Treasury​ และเปล่ียนชื่อเป็น “กรม​ธนารักษ์” ตราบจนถึงปัจจุบัน Department”. On 12th March, 1952, the Royal Treasury โดยมีท่ีทำการแห่งแรกอยู่บริเวณถนนเข่ือนขัณฑ์นิเวศใน Department was renamed “the​Finance​Department”. พระบรมมหาราชวัง ต่อมาในปี 2503 ได้ย้ายที่ทำการ Subsequently, the Finance Department was changed to มาอยู่ทีถ่ นนจกั รพงษ์ เขตพระนคร และในปี 2535 ได้ย้าย its present name “The​Treasury​Department”. In 1992, the office อาคารกรมธนารักษ์ ได้แก่ was moved to the present location inside the Ministry of Finance complex on Rama VI Road, Phayathai district. - สำนักทรัพย์สินมีค่าของแผ่นดิน ต้ังอยู่ใน Presently, the Treasury Department has five divisions บรเิ วณพระบรมมหาราชวงั เขตพระนคร กรงุ เทพมหานคร operating in separated offices in different locations in Bangkok Metropolitan area and Treasury Regional Office in 76 provinces.
