Edition 1 2021-22 A KALEIDOSCOPE OF BAL BHARATIANS

Maths Activity (III A/ B ) The students made 3D shapes illustrating and defining the different dimension of the 3D shape. This activity helped them to enhance their understanding of shapes in a better way . Ms Tanya Dwivedi





EVS ACTIVITY - CLASS II THEME- “FOOD GROUPS” The students of class II participated in this fun filled activity with great enthusiasm and explained different food groups-” Energy- giving, Body- building and Protective food” by using props. This activity helped them to understand the importance of healthy eating and the nutrients we get from each food group. Ms. Shilpi Arora





EVS ACTIVITY - CLASS I THEME- “FOOD GROUPS” The students participated in this fun filled activity with great zeal and explained “Healthy and Junk food, Healthy food and it’s advantages, Junk food and it’s disadvantages and Healthy vs Junk food” by using props. This activity helped them to understand the importance of healthy eating, difference between healthy and junk food and the nutrients we get from each food . Ms. Gunjan Amarpuri





FUN WITH SCIENCE The students of class III - V had participated in ‘Fun with Science’ activity in which students had enjoyed acid base phenomena and learnt the concept of identification of bases by using natural indicator like turmeric ,lemon etc. All the students enjoyed the activity and revealed the message by using chemicals available at home. By - Ms Shobhna Sharma





ENGLISH ACTIVITIES CLASS-III--V POEM RECITATION “Poetry is a form of self-expression, with the creativity of words and emotion to convey a .”message to the audience To enhance the students’ recitation skills , poem recitation activities were conducted in class-III-V. During these activities ,the students practiced memorizing the poetry to recite, it linked memory with audio and visual events, helped them to develop memorization, rhyming and intonation skills. The students were quite enthusiastic for these activities. By- Ms Suman Sharma & Ms Tanya Dwivedi

STORY TELLING ACTIVITY- Class- III-V Story is the basis for so many entertaining pastimes in our culture. Oral storytelling itself is a great way to improve children's oral fluency and help them to understand concepts that underpin literacy and literature. Concepts like sequencing, story structure, and the features inherent in different genres are all brought out during regular storytelling sessions. To enhance the student’s story telling skills , storytelling activities were conducted in class III-V. All the students were quite enthusiastic for these activities. They presented many props while presenting their stories. Our story telling session was filled with great fun and zeal By- Ms Suman Sharma.







CHARACTER ENACTMENT Class- V Learning takes place when activities are engaging and memorable. Role play exercises give students the opportunity to assume the role of a person or act out a given situation. The joy of role-play is that students can 'become' anyone they like for a short time! The President, the Queen, a millionaire, a pop star etc. the choice is endless! Students can also take on the opinions of someone else. To enhance the students’ creativity, imaginative and presentation skills ‘A Role Play’ activity was conducted in the class. The students had chosen their favourite characters from the stories they had read in their course book. They had enacted like their favourite characters. This activity was filled with lots of fun and excitement. By-Ms Suman Sharma



SUMMER CAMP ACTIVITY TELL- A - TALE CLASS-III-V To channelize the immense energy and talent of the children in a productive way, the school organized a Virtual Summer Camp, for the very first time. The benefits of Summer Camp for young children are manifold. While on one hand, they are able to spend their day being physically active and mentally alert, on the other hand, the wide range of integrated fun activities surely make them more confident and instill lifelong skills. In order to constructively engage our students, English activity – Tell –A-Tale was conducted . Our super talented children were extremely excited and accomplished the fun-filled activity fervently. VIRTUAL PICNIC TO DISNEYLAND CALIFORNIA CLASS-I-II A virtual visit to Disneyland California was arranged for students . Visiting Disneyland (THEME PARK) help students to see and experience things in a whole new perspective. They enjoyed the fun rides and adventurous theme shows. Disneyland visit was a wonderful experience for kids . They enjoyed a lot.. Ms. Gunjan Amarpuri & Ms. Shilpi Arora





FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION CLASS-I- II Fathers, like mothers, are pillars in the development of a child’s emotional well-being. Kids look up to their fathers to provide them a feeling of security, both physical and emotional. Children want to show their love and gratitude towards their father for being there every day. To express their emotions and deep affection, they celebrated Father’s Day with full enthusiasm and participated in many activities. Ms. Gunjan Amarpuri & Ms. Shilpi Arora







CLASS V SST ACTIVITY- MY GLOBE “Designing a Globe is thinking about the whole world.” Students took keen interest in making their own globe by using clay, ball or other waste materials like newspaper etc. They coloured their globes to show land and water on the Earth surface. They learned how to locate the place on the globes by making the lines of longitude and lines of latitudes using threads, paper strips or colours. Students enjoyed the activity a lot. Ms. Yogita Mittal





CLASS IVA/B SST ACTIVITY- COLLAGE MAKING “Only mountains can feel the frozen warmth of the sun through snow’s gentle caress on their peaks” The students made the collage on various states located in northern mountains. They came to know about the climate,culture, rich heritage and the main occupations of people living in these regions. Ms. Yogita Mittal



SUMMER CAMP ACTIVITY CLASS IV- V NAME OF THE ACTIVITY- THE CITY EXPLORER The students were given various puzzles in which they have to find out the name of the Indian cities and then solve the crossword by finding that city in it. Students also made the collage on various states. It helps the students to learn about the our rich heritage, nature and also helps in problem solving. Ms Yogita MIttal



Mother’s Day Students saw a short movie and enjoyed the day with their Moms.

Satrarambh Session 2021-22 ‘SATRARAMBH’ an auspicious beginning, a positive start to the session is always filled with new anticipations and ardour . 2020-21 was, indeed, a challenging year for everyone but in BBPSIP it couldn’t affect the zeal and enthusiasm of children and faculty.





EARTH DAY Earth Day was celebrated on 22nd April .The Theme for Earth Day 2021 was ‘Restore Our Earth’. The children of our school celebrated this day with zeal and enthusiasm. Videos related to various challenges to our Earth and its conservation had been shown in online classes. Teachers had discussed about the environmental and educational revolution towards saving our Earth through various eco-friendly techniques and alternative methods. Children of all the classes got engaged in various activities like role plays, making videos, slogans and e- posters to create awareness among the people about the various challenges to Earth and methods to prevent them. Truly saving Earth is not a choice but it’s a necessity.
