A Chance to Shine Individual i~ Ensemble Competition Locations Madison Area Technical College • Truax Airpark Campus 3550 Anderson Street • Madison, WI 53704 As you watch a drum corps show, it's obvious that all of First Floor the corps have many talented individuals participating. Some Room 116 Baritone, French Horn, Other Brass of the members take their talents beyond the football field by Room 117 Soprano/Other Brass competing in the Individual and Ensemble Competition. The Room 102 Snare, Tympani, Cymbal Ensemble event takes place on the Madison Area Technical College - Room 101 Multi-Tenor, Keyboard Truax Campus on Wednesday, August 12 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Outdoors on Basketball Courts, outside rooms 110-C & 110-B Auxiliary/Flag (In case of inclement The participating corps members spend every spare weather, this competition will be held in moment rehearsing by themselves or with their ensemble in the Student Lounge Room 142-C) preparation for this event. They are judged on the merits of Theater Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, their own performance in any of 16 brass, percussion or visual Mixed Ensemble, Multi-Percussion, categories.
