The construction include also the heating system of the building. The heating system include a pellet boiler and the radiators in each room. This system was proposed because to the high eficensy and the simplicity that minimize the maintenance cost. The construction include also the sanitary and water and sewerage network. After the reconstruction of the buildind the energy class is B.

The height of this tower is 36m high or 12 storeys from the ground. The construction of this tower is a protected area. During the construction we have implemented a strict protocol for a minimum environmental impact. This protocol include the use of special machineries for drilling, cutting and building the tower. The construction include the building of 24 piles in a loose sand. In this soils conditions is required the use of vibrator and the drilling machine in order to achieve the construction of the piles. The structure upper the groung is a simple reinforced concrete frame system. The surface is 1200m².

It invests in a building with a surface of about 2,400 m² of which 1,900 m warehouse are covered by up to 7m and 500mm are office spaces, meeting rooms. The project also envisages the external layout of the building as well as the road connecting the national road with an interval of approximately 6 500m².

We made sure that everything was done with precision.This project was implemented to eliminate the possibility of flooding in this area which would bring many problems to the surrounding lands but also to thelivelihood of the community.
