Online billing has never been easier On-Site/Virtual Training Your district will be assigned a Medicaid Implementation Administrator who will provide on-site/virtual comprehensive training for all clinical service providers at your district, so personnel experience minimum time away from important duties. Customer Support We have a dedicated Help Desk team, who are available Monday – Friday. Our team can easily be reached through our toll-free line, via email or instant messaging. We have SHARS tutorials available on-line with step by step videos providing an interactive experience.
