RECYCLING IN OUR COUNTRIES
RECYCLING IN ITALY In Italy, various consortia and associations deal with waste disposal. There is the consortium that deals with plastic waste, the one that deals with glass waste, and so on. In my city, Reggio Calabria, the association that deals with waste disposal is the AVR. This association has adopted various types of sorting and collection of waste, differentiating them by gender or by collection. Public plastic compactor

In some other cities of Italy… In some cities there are public bins while in others there is door-to-door collection for the collection of paper, plastic, aluminum, glass, organic and undifferentiated material. In addition to this, special bins for the collection of used oil and clothes had been added in various areas of the city, one for each district.
Supermarkets and plastic bottle It has been a while since there has been this \"recycling with prizes\", that is, for a number of rubbish inside a compactor, you receive a discount in exchange. This is now also found in some supermarkets but also installed by individual municipalities or single participating shops.
RECYCLING IN TURKEY Turkey has several waste management methods including ● sanitary landfills ● burning (only for dangerous waste) ● composting , and other advanced disposal methods. The most common method of waste disposal in the country, especially for municipal waste, is landfilling. ❖ The municipal waste is collected on a regularly scheduled basis. ❖ The metropolitan municipality and other municipalities are responsible for providing collection, transportation, separation, recycling, disposal and storage of waste services. Turkey manages waste by distributing duties and powers among many institutions and organizations.
Recycling and Public Transportation Recycling helps you in public transportation in Istanbul. You can recycle using smart recycling machines, and when you recycle, money is loaded on your transportation card and provides transportation.
ZERO WASTE TAXI In Turkey I live in Beykoz and there is a system called \"zero waste taxi “ when you waste things you can call this taxi and they come to your house and take the things . And with the money of the vegetable oil that you give to taxi they will buy device for deaf people to hear.
ÜSKÜDAR In the district of Üsküdar, recycling is mostly handled by the municipality. On Tuesdays and Fridays, only recyclable materials are collected from the trash bins. There are waste vegetable oil and battery points in many social institutions. Also in every neighbourhood, there is a recycling bin for clothes.
Zero Waste “Zero Waste” is a goal defined as waste management philosophy that involves preventing the wastage, using the resources more efficient, reviewing the reasons for waste formation, preventing or minimizing waste formation, and collecting and recovering waste at source separately.
Actually zero waste is a lifestyle 1. Keep \"The 5Rs\" in mind (refuse, reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle). 2. Learn to say no to the little things. 3. Start eating real food (like fruits, vegetables,. and anything that doesn't come in packaging). 4. Try using less of everything. 5. Join zero waste communities for support.
