What are writing goals? Writing goals are something in students’ writing that they (or you) would like to see improvement.

What are the ideas to use as writing goals? It can be anything related to the writing assignment. For example: 1. Encourage them to guess at spelling. 2. Work together to write things. 3. Let them write about their interests. 4. Avoid giving too many writing assignments. 5. Incorporate drawing or coloring.
