FORUM PANELIST Todd Corley FounderTodd Corely is the founder of The TAPO Institute, an advisory group focusing on the generationally-driven shift in beliefs andvalues that has redefined the meaning of “inclusive” leadership. His professional career began as an INROADS (Upstate, NY-chapter) intern, where he spent four summers with his corporate sponsor. Todd is the first-ever INROADS intern to beconverted to a full-time employee with his corporate sponsor, United Technologies, which remains a large supporter ofINROADS.As the former corporate officer in charge of global diversity and inclusion at Abercrombie & Fitch, he led an enterprise-widetransformation that included: 1) increasing the in-store minority population from below 10% to over 50% of total population(100,000 people) across all positions 2) achieving significant gender diversity among its senior ranks, with over 40% of thecompany’s vice presidents and 75% of executive vice presidents being female 3) positioning the brand as an LGBT-friendlyemployer, by securing a perfect score on the HRC Corporate Equality Index, for nine consecutive years.Todd’s tenure at Abercrombie & Fitch ended in 2014 and overlapped several high profile discrimination cases includingGonzalez v. Abercrombie, which was at the epicenter of a $50M class-action settlement mandating his position be created in2004 and EEOC v. Abercrombie, which was argued in front of- and decided by- the U.S. Supreme Court a year after he decidedto leave the company. FORUM PANELIST ALLEN LOVE TD BANK Executive Vice President, U.S. BSA Officer and Deputy Global AML Officer Allen is Executive Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act Officer for TD Bank NAand Senior Vice President, Deputy Global Anti-Money Laundering Officer US for TDBank Group. Allen is responsible for the implementation and day to day oversight of theBSA program for TD Bank, Americas Most Convenient Bank. As the Deputy GAMLOfor the US, Allen is responsible for building out the AML program in the US andensuring that it aligns with the TDBG Enterprise AML program. Allen’s responsibilitiesalso include providing advice, guidance and direction to the Board, executives, lines ofbusiness and employees on TD’s regulatory and internal AML responsibilities. Allen is amember of the Diversity Leadership Team, chairs the Minority Leadership Subcommittee,the COLA Diversity Committee and is a member of a number of TD riskcommittees/councils. SCOTT Managing Director, Center for Engineering Diversity & Outreach - College of Engineering, University of Michigan Vice President, Information & Decision Solutions, The Procter & Gamble Company (retired)Robert D. Scott serves as Managing Director, Center for Engineering Diversity &Outreach within the University of Michigan College of Engineering. In this capacity, heis responsible for supporting the diversity and outreach strategy and programs across theEngineering College. The Center for Engineering Diversity & Outreach is an academicexcellence community committed to developing engineers who are innovative leaders in aglobal society. The Center works to broaden participation, increase academicperformance and provide personal support for diverse students from all backgrounds.Mr. Scott is a former business executive, retired from the Procter & Gamble Companyafter over 32 years of service. Before his retirement, Mr. Scott served as Vice President,Innovation & Architecture, Global Business Services. In this capacity, Mr. Scott wasresponsible for identifying and leveraging emerging information technologies,stewardship for the P&G IT enterprise architecture and innovation of new internal andexternal IT-enabled business models. Mr. Scott had a wide variety of roles at Procter &Gamble. This included an international assignment based out of Brussels, Belgium, firstserving as regional IT leader (covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and then asthe CIO for the Fabric & Home Care business unit (a $14 billion business). Mr. Scottserved as the Corporate CIO of P&G and was a core leader of P&G’s Global SharedServices implementation program. More recently, Mr. Scott held the position of VicePresident, IT, Global Market Development, responsible for the global IT program forretail customer systems, including the Company’s retail e-business strategy (publicmarketplaces, portals, exchanges, consumer bonding). Born and raised in Kalamazoo,Michigan, Mr. Scott earned a B.S.E. degree in Computer Engineering from the Universityof Michigan in 1975.In addition to his current role at the University of Michigan, Mr. Scott is a member of theIT Senior Management forum, a national organization dedicated exclusively to fosteringupper-level executive talent among African-American IT professionals and serves as theNational Program Chair.
