clever.com/in/csisd In August, Clever will be the new “go.csisd.org” equivalent! Clever_CSISD Clever icons are already on your desktop. You will use Clever to log in and then use the links within clever to get to other applications with the same sign on.

End of Year District Technology Reminders Shannon Long sent out information about how to shut down technology for the summer - PLEASE read and follow it!! iPads All iPads MUST be returned before you leave. If not, they will be locked down and not usable. Passwords Passwords will still reset over the summer on the normal schedule. It is advised that you change your password BEFORE you leave for the summer and write it down so you aren’t locked out in the Fall! Checked out Technology Turn in any additional technology checked out from the library before you leave.

Have you heard?! Eduhero is being replaced with Hoonuit in the 2019-2020 school year! They have TONS of individualized trainings you can do on your own time! Click the graphic to go to hoonuit.com and check it out!

Schoology Reminders JUNE 15th Current courses will DISAPPEAR Save things to resources NOW so they will be accessible in the future. You can create groups for the summer to stay in contact with students and even send out assignments during the break.

& Basic Expectations for Next Year August 2019 ● Providing resources in your assigned courses for students (and parents) ● Adding Course Materials (documents, links, etc.) ● Utilizing the course updates and announcements to communicate with students and parents. ● Utilizing course calendars to add important events that are relevant to instruction in the course. ● Optional (encouraged): utilizing digital assignments and assessments in your courses, where/when appropriate. During the 2019-2020 School Year ● Continual updating and providing resources in courses for students (and parents) ● Maintaining a regular schedule to add updates and course materials to support students and parents. School Website & Calendar Outside Websites are Being Deleted! ● Any site associated with our campus MUST be run through our school site. The only exception → external sites can stay if run by parents in your booster club. All links to noncompliant websites WILL be deleted over the summer. ● If this applies to you, you should have received an email from Brittney Hawkins. Please reply to that email with your plan for transitioning your current external site. ● If you want to set up your own page for updates that YOU run, talk with Hawkins to set up a 15 minute training.
