Welcome to the MARKETS Emerging Markets Quarterly Newsletter. QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER, FY 22 Q1 Introduction Welcome to our first newsletter of FY21! I am humbled and honored to lead into this new era for the Emerging CMT. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Gonzalo Usandizaga for his leadership in driving the success of Emerging Markets over the past 4 years. He has built the foundation for success with the support of each one of you, and I am privileged to be able to take this opportuni- ty to continue our journey forward. I look forward to getting to know each of you much closer, and will contin- ue to be fully dedicated to support our success. As such, I envision much more collaboration in the months to come.
