การลดพฤตกิ รรมไม่น่ิงของเด็กออทสิ ติกโดยใชช้ ุดกจิ กรรม SETT Framework อภชิ ยั เทือกหัน1* บทคัดยอ่ การวิจัยครัง้ นี้มวี ัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดภาวะไม่น่ิงของเด็กออทิสติกโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรม SETT Framework ของเด็กออทสิ ตกิ ท่ีมีปญั หาพฤตกิ รรมไมน่ ่ิง อายุ 5 ปี จำนวน 1 คน ได้รบั การวินจิ ฉัยทางการแพทยว์ า่ เป็นบุคคล ออทิสติก วิธีการวิจัยแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเดี่ยว รูปแบบ AB โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้เวลา 6 สัปดาห์ๆละ 5 วันๆ 35 นาที เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ กิจกรรมกรอบงาน SETT Framework 6 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเก็บ สิ่งของ กิจกรรมดึงบิดดินน้ำมัน กิจกรรม Finger pain กิจกรรมจับคู่กระดานภาพ กิจกรรมร้อยลูกปัดหลากสี กิจกรรมตอ่ เจดยี ์สลับสี และแบบบนั ทกึ พฤติกรรมชว่ งเวลา สถิตทิ ีใ่ ชใ้ นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมลู ได้แก่ คา่ เฉลี่ยร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดกิจกรรม SETT Framework ผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญแล้ว มีความเหมาะสม สอดคล้องนำไปใช้ได้ ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรม SETT Framework สัปดาห์ที่ 1 (A) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ12.6 สัปดาห์ท่ี 2 (B) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากบั 10.4 สัปดาห์ที่ 3 (B) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากบั 9.2 สัปดาห์ที่ 4 (B) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 5.8 สัปดาห์ที่ 5 (B) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.4 และสัปดาห์ที่ 6 (B) ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.6 พบว่าเด็กออทิสติกหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรม SETT Framework มพี ฤตกิ รรมไม่น่ิงลดลง คำสำคญั : ออทิสติก ภาวะไม่นิ่ง และกจิ กรรม SETT Framework The Reducing of Hyperactive Behavior of Children with Autistic Using SETT Framework Apichai thuekhun1* Abstract The purpose of this study was to use the SETT Framework activities of children with autistic behavior problems to improve inactivity in children with autism.
