FROM THE SUCCESS STORY OF Syafiqah Natasha NOVEMBER 2020

Who am I ? I'm a shy person. Well, that's the trait I kept from “Don't be afraid to ask, If you don't childhood until I was 14 years old. In interacting ask, You're going to be down the with people, especially while speaking in public, I wrong path\" am hardly confident. I choose to be a passive student at school rather than active because of the Her effective way of teaching and his character heavy shyness. Consequently, when I was in made me study smart. In fact, she also always primary school, my academic results were not very asked about my studies and her advice, which I good because I was afraid of questioning my remember until now is “Don't be afraid to ask, if teacher or friends. Also, the close relatives who you don't ask, you're going to be down the frequently compared my academic results with wrong path.\" From that day until now, if I don't their children did not make myself interested in understand anything I'm directly asking my learning at that time. But when I was 15 years old, teachers or friends. Besides, I'm trying to get rid I was able to overcome the problem of of introversion and lack of confidence by doing communication with the public over time. At that business. I started a small business where I sold time, there was a teacher who inspired not to be in my scarf at an affordable price with the support my comfort zone. She's a cheerful and easy person from my mother when in high school. Sadly, to get along with and even that my classmates due to my introverted behavior and my young enjoyed communicating with her. She taught my age some people distrust my product which friends and me the subject of Mathematics which makes me down when running my business. was the most difficult subject compared to other However I also never given up on venturing in subjects which I frequently failed exams. this area and will help me improve my communication skills and confidence while interacting with people.

Turning a Hobby to Business Before this, I ran a business focused on what trends were attracting the public at the time. Trends are certainly important to emphasize, but if we sell the product that we are interested in, that would be better. At that time I realized that I didn't care what product I was selling, and my target market was only focused on women and girls as well. Through that experience, in order to purchase and satisfy my product for all communities, I needed to expand my target market further. Then I decided to launch a variety of desserts like Mango Cheesecake, Pavlova, and Brownies. Not only that from a young age, baking was one of my hobbies, so I am sure that every layer of the community will gain the trust of the business I manage. At the early part, I ran my business at home, where I would continue to do it whenever I got a customer's order. Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abudance in your life - Wayne dyer The advertisement I do every day on each social media platform makes it much easier for me to get customers. I received customers almost every day through the sale, one of the reasons why I allowed my customer to custom their cake as the level of sweetness and decoration according to their taste. This is because not all customers have their same taste, for the elderly they do not like cakes that are too sweet while young people like sweet cakes. So, I fulfill my customer's desires with the available benefits. Although there are some competitors in the products I produce, the improvements I make in that product are what makes it different from other products. But now with increasing consumer demands, I have to run my business in my shop. It thus makes it easier for customers to continue buying the variety of desserts I sell.

Although the company I ran while in high school did nUontcolebJtoanianthaanre|sJpuonnes2e7, it is not an obstacle for me to continue once more in the business field. As said by Jack Ma, \"Never give up. Today is hard, tomorrow is worse, but there will be sunshine the day after tomorrow\" I'm sure it doesn't mean that I failed today, that I failed forever. With that, I run a food-based business where I get a lot of customer interest. It's not easy to go into business and become an entrepreneur because we have to look at several aspects, such as consumer targets, the geographical location of stores, competitors, and so on. This strongly affected the business I operated. \"I'm sure it doesn't mean that I failed Not only that, the achievement for me is which I today, also actually trained myself with this business not to be passive and to improve the situation to get rid that I failed forever\" of the feeling of nervousness and lack of confidence when interacting with people. This world of business also helps me to improve my communication skills further where it is really important to be in every individual that owns the business. Besides, my greatest goal is to market my products throughout Malaysia, such as the \"Absolut Food Festival Malaysia\" where it is a food festival with different kinds of food sold in Malaysia by entrepreneurs. I was able to further grow my company through the food festival so that every layer of society knows my product. Once my food products have become publicly known, they will get to know myself and a success also which is how a shy person becomes a successful entrepreneur.

THE END \"Don't ever give up. Today is tough, tomorrow is worse, but the day after tomorrow, there will be brightness in your life\" BUSINESS WRITTING (GROUP A) WRITTEN BY : NUR SYAFIQAH NATASHA BINTI SAPINGI (D20171077090) WRITTEN FOR : DR. NADRATUN NAFISAH ABDUL WAHAB
