E- Learning @ S.D College WORKSHOP TO DESIGN ONLINE COURSE DAY 1 (04/08/2020) ● Computer/ mobile Fundamentals, Typing tools, Gboard, Google Docs, OCR ( google lens) Interactive video H5P Tools, Slideshare Image editing (paint, image editor ) Image album-Google photos ● Audio editing tools (Audacity or audioscope) and lexis audio editor, audio album - anchor fm ● Flip HTML5 Pdf book tool. ASSIGNMENT:- 1) Create an audio file using audio editing tools upload to anchor fm and submit the link (publish link) 2) Create an Flip HTML5 pdf book and submit the link DAY2 (05/08/2020) ● Video creation Tools- Screencast-O-matic, OBS - Desktop tools. ● a-z screen recorder, X recorder and inbuilt screen recorders in mobile phone. ● Video editing tools (openshot, kdenlive, Viva-video, Inshot, Filmorago) ● You-tube channel creation and uploading . ASSIGNMENT:- 1) Create video tutorial of 5 to 10 minutes duration,record it and upload to youtube and submit the youtube link DAY 3 (06/08/2020) ● Online assessment tools Kahoot, Quizizz, Google forms ● Online digital classrooms- Edmodo, google classroom ● Blogging- Blogger, bookmarking- wakelet, linktree ● Video conferencing tools- Meet, Zoom, You Tube live with OBS or AZ screen recorder integration ASSIGNMENT:- 1) Create an online assessment (10 Questions) test using any of the assessment tools and submit the link 2) Create blog with some educational content with an assessment question as a link submit the link of the blog 3 p.m : Live interaction session with Resource Persons using GOOGLE meet. Day 4to Day 6 - Familiarising MOODLE platform and hands on training to design a Course using MOODLE more effectively

DAY 4 (07/08/2020) ● Introduction to Online Learning and MOODLE LMS. ● Create a MOODLE site in gnomio. ● Create a MOODLE course. ● Add and Enrol users in MOODLE course ASSIGNMENT - Create a MOODLE course page after creating MOODLE site in gnomio. Add the user with following details and enrol the user in your course. Submit the link of your MOODLE page. Username and password of the user are as follows. Username: student Password: Sdcollege123# Day 5 (08/08/2020) ● Introduction to MOODLE course design. ● Creating forum in MOODLE course page. ● Inserting BOOK resource in MOODLE. ● Adding PAGE resource in MOODLE. ● Using FILE and URL resources in MOODLE ● Adding LABEL resource in MOODLE. ● ASSIGNMENT- Add Book, page, file, url and label resources in your MOODLE page and submit the link of your MOODLE page. 09/08/2020- Holiday 3 p.m : Live interaction session with Resource Persons using GOOGLE meet. Day 6 (10/08/2020) ● Use of attendance plugin. ● Supplying assignment to a student and grade the same. ● Providing a quiz. ● Using FEEDBACK activity in MOODLE. ● Use of BigBlue button to conduct live session in MOODLE. ● Use of activity completion option in MOODLE. ● Restricting activity access in a course. ● Backup and restore contents in MOODLE ASSIGNMENT - Add attendance, assignment,quiz, feedback activities in your MOODLE course page and submit the link. NOTE: The course will be offered in asynchronous mode in a self paced manner. You have the option to access the contents at your own convenience. Every day at 8 am , contents will be uploaded.
