OUR TEAM Kenneth J. Szady, SIOR, CCIM National Director - North America & Canada, Marcus & Millichap | Institutional Property Advisors Kenneth J. Szady, SIOR, CCIM, serves as National Director and senior leader of Marcus & Millichap | Institutional Property Advisors Division (“MMIPA”) for North America and Canada. Based in Chicago, Mr. Szady coordinates the resources of the Platform that specialize in raising capital on equity sales, joint ventures, note sales and debt structures for institutional, corporate and major private clients throughout the United States and Canada. With 27 years of experience and $9.8 billion in closed transactions spread across 22 states and 48 cities, Mr. Szady is widely distinguished as a leader in the institutional commercial real estate industry, leading both national portfolio sales as well as large single asset assignments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Szady was a senior level officer at NGKF and served as Executive Managing Director of Newmark’s institutional capital markets platform. Before NGKF, Mr. Szady was executive director and co-head of Cushman & Wakefield’s national industrial capital markets division and was executive vice president and head of capital markets at Trammell Crow Company. Prior to Trammell Crow, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a senior vice president in their real estate investment banking group. Krysti C. Galvin Director | First Vice President, Marcus & Millichap | Institutional Property Advisors Krysti C. Galvin specializes in raising capital on equity sales, joint ventures, and sales/leaseback structures for institutional, corporate, and major private clients throughout the United States. Based in Chicago, and a key member of the MMIPA National Office and Industrial Team, Ms. Galvin will coordinate the resources of MMIPA’s national platform for industrial and business park transactions. Additionally, Ms. Galvin will work with MMIPA senior leadership on national business development. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Galvin has a highly diverse background in real estate with a focus on industrial, business park and suburban office properties for institutional and corporate clients, as well as regional and national developers. Ms. Galvin served as Managing Director in Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s, Capital Markets Group downtown Chicago office. Based in Los Angeles before relocating to Chicago, Ms. Galvin held a senior position in Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Group where she focused on securing and transacting new institutional sale and asset management assignments. Ms. Galvin also served as a vice president with Deutsche Bank/RREEF where she was responsible for overseeing a team of twenty (20) on the west coast as well as coordinating the asset management and disposition of a large portfolio of industrial and office properties for institutional clients. She is a licensed real estate broker in both the States of Illinois and California.
