A WORD FROM ROB COHEN CHAIRMAN & CEO, THE IMA FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.The IMA Financial Group Community Report highlights the incredible achievementsof IMA associates and the work they do to give back to the communities where welive, work and play. Protecting assets and making a difference is what we do and whowe are – day in and day out.Our associates share a commitment to excellence in the way we service ourclients and resources to the nonprofits we treasure. We continue to look at how we provide support to our nonprofit partners. Werecognized we need to be more strategic in our giving and responsive to the passionsof our associates. The result of that work is reflected in our focus areas on page six ofthis report. We were thrilled to launch an employee matching gifts program in 2015,combining the power of personal and company resources to have an even largerimpact in our communities. Finally, I want to thank the numerous donors to the IMAFoundation. Because of your support, we were able to make an even bigger impactin IMA communities. A WORD FROM RUTH ROHS VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, THE IMA FOUNDATION One of the exciting things about being a part of a rapidly growing company is that we are able to have an even larger impact in the community. Now nearly 700 strong, IMA associates donate thousands of volunteer hours in the communities where we operate. This year we asked our associates to share with us their nonprofit board participation. Not only was the total number of associates serving on nonprofit boards an impressive 10% of the company, but many of those individuals started the nonprofits where they serve as board members. The entrepreneurial spirit of IMA expands the reach of the office walls and is shared in our communities through the creation of organizations solving problems for those in need. It’s humbling to work with so many incredible people who allow IMA to support nonprofits by being more than just a check. IMA associates are strong ambassadors of the IMA brand and truly embrace IMA’s mission to protect assets and make a difference.
