A million-dollar location
Strasbourg, the new host for our office, is a key European city. It is also called “Europe’s beating heart” because Strasbourg is the official seat for various European institutes, such as the Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the European corps, and the European Ombudsman of the European Union. It is also among the few cities in the world that’s not a capital city, yet hosts important international organizations, for instance, the Central Commission for Navigation of the Rhine, and the International Institute of Human Rights.
