Tenant selection is the single most important step in the process, and we are committed to ensuring we find good tenants for your property.

MANAGEMENT: Your property is managed by professionals - agents who know market value and can help you make improvements to increase your property’s value and attractiveness to tenants. MAINTENANCE: Our property management team handles all maintenance calls, no matter the size. LEASE RENEWALS/RENT INCREASES: We coordinate and prepare lease renewals and rent increases at no additional cost. We also perform a comparative market analysis each time your tenant’s lease is up for renewal to ensure accurate valuation. We will recommend warranted rent increases helping you maximize returns and remain competitive with the market. LEGAL NOTICES: California landlord/tenancy laws are constantly changing.
