HOLIDAY COOKIES Makes: 2½ dozen cookies Prep time: 10 mins. Cook time: 30 mins. INGREDIENTS • 1 cup cool, unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup granulated sugar • 1/2 tsp. salt • 2 large eggs, cold • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C. 2. Mix butter, sugar and salt just until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix. 3. Add remaining ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix. 4. Roll out dough to 1/4\" thick and cut using desired cookie cutters. 5. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on metal baking sheet and arrange cookies. Bake for 12–14 minutes.
