UN TRÈS GRAND MERCI ! LALIQUE To celebrate the 130th anniversary of the Maison, the Hirondelles collection takes us to the heart of the immeasurable heritage built by its founder. Among fauna, the swallow particularly inspired René Lalique, which he then made the centerpiece of many jewels and decorative objects. Lalique reinterprets the figure of the swallow as a herald of spring and symbol of happiness and freedom. Fashioned in satin-finished and repolished crystal, Lalique’s hallmark, the swallows are juxtaposed in a graphic play on repetition.
