The program, organized by Human Capital Division was attended by a total of 100 new employees nationwide including staff from the Central Region, Northern Region, East Coast Region and Sabah Region who joined MBSB since March 2015 until January 2016. The INSPRO is designed for MBSB’s new staff and at the end of the program, they should be able to understand the rules and regulations of MBSB, have an awareness of integrity and responsibilities, be familiarized with all of MBSB products and services in the market and last but not least, get acquainted with YBhg. Dato’ President and Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Management team. Selected Heads of Division were invited to give a brief description of their respective division’s roles, organization structure, products and services in a separate session with the participants. In addition, other activities were also carried out in the INSPRO, like the icebreaking session with fellow new staff where they had the chance to network and get to know each other at one central point. On the second day of the program, the INSPRO participants met with Dato’ PCEO at a special luncheon. SL1M participants also attended this session, the purpose of which was to welcome participants from both programs and to induce cordiality between new staff and management.
