Machine Learning- Analytics and Reports School Analytics Purpose- This is show all reports, analytics, and progress in one single screen ― This is the analytics and reporting center for all your activities ― This dashboard shows many different reports which you can easily view for different level information Let’s see How to perform this activity Menu path to access School Analytics is Main Menu  School Analytics To start, on Dashboard, click on School Analytics. This takes you to School Analytics screen. This is a very colorful screen with many tiles with numbers, graphs and scrolling windows with vital information. You can select the Date from dropdown and click on View Analytics to display the reports for that date. Here click on Reset to reset the analytics page to today’s date. Below are the key metrics or indicators you can to monitor- Report Name What it is for and how to use it Students Classes Divisions Teachers Active Notices Behaviour Live Classes Lost and Found Gallery Messages Announcement Homework Attendance News Events Birthdays Today’s WhatsApp Message Teaching Progress Engagement Reports IMPORTANT TIPS

Support Tickets Purpose- Why and where to Support Ticket You use this to submit your support ticket for all your problems, issues, concerns etc. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Support Tickets is Main Menu  Support  Support Ticket To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Support Ticket to display Support Ticket screen. Support Tickets This displays list of all the Support Tickets submitted till date. You can also search Support Tickets by simply entering search word, category, teacher name, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. To edit existing Support Ticket- Click on Division name and then click on Edit Ticket icon on the top right on Display and Edit Support Ticket screen. To add new Support Ticket- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to Add Support Ticket screen Add Support Ticket Then enter other details such as- Field Name What it is for Title Headline of support ticket Description Reported by Description of the issue, problem you facing Date Severity Name of the person facing the problem Priority Date from which the problem is occurring Other Details How critical is the issue or problem. Contact Details 1- High. Has stopped your job completely 2- Medium. Has impacted your work 3- Low. How quick you need the solution to the issue or problem. 1- High. Need immediate solution. 2- Medium. Can wait for 2-3 days 3- Low. Can wait for 3-5 days Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Support Ticket submitted, modified successfully This will also give you the ticket number generated. Result- Someone from Qeasily will contact you shortly to help and resolve the problem. IMPORTANT TIPS

Learning Content Setup Subjects Purpose- To setup and edit Subjects belonging to Class This is to add, edit the Subject information. All subject of class share same syllabus, curriculum. This is required where Qeasily has not provided the subject and hence need to add ‘missing subjects’ so that they can be included in activities such as Homework, Timetable, MQP etc. Let’s see How to perform this activity Tip- Path to access Setup Institute is Main Menu  Setup  Subject To start, click on Main Menu at top, which will display long list of Main Menu items. Here click on Setup. Within Setup, click on Subject to display Subject screen. Subjects This displays list of all the Subjects belonging to School. You can also search Subjects by simply entering search word, status (Active/Inactive) and click on Search. To edit existing Subject- Click on Division name and then click on Edit Subject icon on the top right on Display and Edit Subject screen. To edit Chapters to the Subject- Click on Chapters icon under action in front of the Subject. To add new Subject- Click on   icon at the top. This takes you to Add Subject screen Add Subject What it is for Here you can add or edit Subject details for fields below- Field Name Once completed, click on Save This will show the message Success! Subject added/edited successfully Result- After this students can see the edited information in App and Website. IMPORTANT TIPS ― You can assign subjects to Class and Chapters to Subject
